About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Joseph Was Wrongly Accused & Put into Prison

Joseph Was Wrongly Accused & Put into Prison

Genesis  39:1-23               The First Book of Moses Called Genesis

Joseph was brought down to Egypt & [sold to] Potiphar, an Egyptian, who bought him from the [Ishmaelites] who brought him down [there.] He was an officer of Pharaoh & captain of the guard. The Lord was with Joseph & he was a prosperous man & was in the house of his master, the Egyptian.

[Potiphar,] his master, saw that the Lord was with [Joseph] & made all that [Joseph] did prosper in his hand. Joseph found grace in his sight & served him & [Potiphar] made [Joseph] overseer of his house & all that he had put into his [Joseph’s] hand.

It [happened after, Potiphar] made [Joseph] overseer of his house & all that he had, that the Lord blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake & the blessing of the Lord was on all that he had in the house & in the field.

[Potiphar] left all that he had in Joseph’s hand. [Joseph didn't take anything Potiphar] had, [except] for the bread that he ate. Joseph was [handsome] & well favored. After these things, it [happened] that [Potiphar’s] wife cast [longing] eyes on Joseph.

She said, Lie with me, but he refused. [Joseph] said to his master’s wife, [Look,] My master has put all that he has in my hand, but [he doesn’t know you are] with me in the house. There is none greater in this house than I [am], neither has he kept back anything from me, [except for] you, because you are his wife.

How then, could I do this great wickedness & sin against God? She [continued] to speak to Joseph, day by day, [but] he [didn’t pay attention to her requests] to lie with her or to be with her. It [happened] about [the] time, Joseph went into the house to do his [work] & none of the men [who work in] the house were [inside.]

She [grabbed] his garment & asked [Joseph,] Lie with me, but he fled [outside,\ & left his garment in her hand. It [happened,] when she saw he had fled & left his garment in her hand, she called [out] to the men of her house & [said,] See he brought in a Hebrew to us to mock us. He came in to lie with me.

But I cried out with a loud voice. And it [happened] he heard [me cry out loudly] he fled & left his garment with me & [went] out. She [set aside Joseph's garment, until [Potiphar] came home.

[She said these] words, saying, The Hebrew servant, [that] you have brought to us, came in to me to mock me. It [happened,] when I [raised] my voice & cried [out,] he left his garment with me & fled out.

It [happened,] when Joseph's master heard the words of his wife, saying, [What I said,] your servant did to me. [Potiphar's] anger [grew].

Joseph’s master took him & put him into the prison, where the king’s prisoners were bound & [Joseph] was there in the prison. The Lord was with Joseph & [showed] him mercy & gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison.

He [put] into Joseph’s hand all the prisoners [who] were in the prison & whatever they did there & he was [in charge of what they did]. The keeper of the prison [didn’t check on what Joseph was in charge of], because the Lord was with him & [all that] he did & the Lord made it to prosper.
