About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Numbers 13:1-33 At the Lord’s Command, Moses Sent All These from the Wilderness of Paran

At the Lord’s Command, Moses Sent All These from the Wilderness of Paran

Numbers 13:1-33                       The Fourth Book of Moses Called Numbers

The Lord [spoke] to Moses, saying, Send [12] men to search [out] the land of Canaan, which [I am giving] to the children [people] of Israel. A  man shall be sent [from] every tribe of their fathers, everyone a ruler among them.

By [command] of the Lord, Moses sent them from the Wilderness of Paran, all those [12] men were heads of the children [people] of Israel. These were their names: of the tribe of Reuben, Shammua, [Zaccur’s] son. Of the tribe of Simeon, Shaphat, [Hori’s] son. Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb, [Jephunneh’s] son.

Of the tribe of Issachar, Igal, [Joseph’s] son. Of the tribe of Ephraim, Oshea, [Nun’s] son. Of the tribe of Benjamin, Palti, [Raphu’s] son. Of the tribe of Zebulun, Gaddiel, [Sodi’s] son. Of the tribe of Joseph, Manasseh, Gaddi, [Susi’s] son. Of the tribe of Dan, Ammiel, [Gemalli’s] son.

Of the tribe of Asher, Sethur, [Michael’s] son. Of the tribe of Naphtali, Nahbi, [Vophsi’s] son. Of the tribe of Gad, Geuel, [Machi’s] son. These are the names of the men Moses sent to spy out the land. And Moses called Oshea, [Nun’s] son, Joshua. And Moses sent them to spy out the land of Canaan & said to them, Get [yourself] up this way [by the] south & go up into the mountain.

See the land, what it is, & the people [who live] there, whether they [are] strong or weak, few or many. What is land [like] that they [live] in, whether it’s good or bad, and what cities they [live] in, whether in tents or [with fortified walls.] [See] what the land is, whether [it’s fertile or barren,] whether there [are woods in it] or not.

Be of good courage & bring [some] of the fruit of the land. It was the time of the 1st ripe grapes. So, [the 12] went up & searched the land from the Wilderness of Zin to Rehob, [toward] Hamath. They ascended by the south & came to Hebron where Ahiman, Sheshai, Talmai, the children of Anak, were.

(Now Hebron was built 7 years before Zoan in Egypt.) They came to the Brook of Eshcol & cut down a branch with a cluster of grapes from [there] & [carried] it on a [pole] between 2 [men.] They brought [some] pomegranates & figs. The place was called the Brook of Eshcol [a.k.a.Cluster,] because of the cluster of grapes the [men] of Israel cut down from [there.]

They returned from searching the land after 40 days. They came to the Wilderness of Paran to Kadesh, to Moses, Aaron & all the congregation of the children [people] of Israel & brought back word to them & all the congregation & [showed] them the fruit of the land.

They told [Moses] & said, We came to the land [where] you sent us & it surely flows with milk & honey. This is  the fruit of it. [Still] the people [are] strong [who live] in the land. The cities are walled & very [big.]

[Also] we saw the children [people] of Anak there. The Amalekites [live] in the land of the south & the Hittites, Jebusites & the Amorites [live] in the mountains. The Canaanites [live] by the sea & by the coast of Jordan.

Caleb [quieted] the people before Moses & said, [Let’s] go up at once & possess it. For we are very able to overcome [them.] But the men [who] went up with [Caleb] said, We aren’t able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we [are.]

They brought [a negative] report [about] the land which they had searched, [to] the [people] of Israel, saying, The land, which we [searched,] is a land that eats up [its] inhabitants. All the people we saw are [very] tall men. We saw the [giants] there, the sons of Anak, which are of the giants. In our sight, we were like grasshoppers [to them.]
