About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible:

About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Deuteronomy 26:1-19 First Fruits of the Promised Land to the Priest

First Fruits of the Promised Land to the Priest

Deuteronomy 26:1-19     Deuteronomy the Fifth Book of Moses

When you come [into] the land [that] the Lord your God gives you to possess & [live in it,] for an inheritance, it shall be, that you take [some] of the first of all the fruit [you produce] in your land that the Lord your God gives to you & put it in a basket.

[You] shall go to the place [where] the Lord your God shall choose to [put] His Name there. You shall go to the priest, [serving] in those days & say to him, I [declare] this day to the Lord your God, that I [have] come [into] the country [that] the Lord [swore] to our [forefathers] to give us.

The priest shall take the basket [from] your [hands] & set it down before the altar of the Lord your God. You shall say before the Lord your God, My father was a Syrian ready to perish & he went down into Egypt & [temporarily stayed] there with a few & became a great, mighty, populous nation there.

The Egyptians [treated] us [wickedly,] afflicted us & laid [heavy] bondage upon us. When we cried [out] to the Lord God of our [forefathers,] the Lord heard our voice & [saw] our affliction, labor & our oppression.

The Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand & an outstretched arm, with [terrible & awesome] signs & wonders. The [Lord God] has brought us to this place & has given us this land, even a land that [flows] with milk & honey.

Now, [look,] I have brought the first fruits of the land, [that,] You, O Lord, have given me. You shall [put] it before the Lord your God & worship before the Lord your God. You shall rejoice in every good thing [that] the Lord your God has given to you & to your house & to the Levite & the stranger among you.

[After you finish making your 3rd annual 10%] tithe of the increase of your [produce,] in the third year, which is the year of tithing & have given it to the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless & the widow, [so] they may eat within your gates & be filled;

Then, you shall say before the Lord your God, I have brought the [sacred portion] out of [my] house & I have also given them to the Levite, to the stranger, to the fatherless & to the widow, according to all You commanded me.

I [haven’t sinned] against Your commandments, [nor] have I forgotten them. In my mourning, I haven’t eaten [of them, nor] have I taken away [any] for an unclean use, nor given [any of it] for the dead. But I have [paid attention] to the voice of the Lord my God & have done according to all You [have] commanded me.

Look down from Your holy habitation, from heaven & bless Your people, Israel & the land [that] You have given us, [like] You [swore] to our [forefathers.] A land that flows with milk & honey.

The Lord your God has commanded you to do these [mandates] & judgments this day. Therefore, you shall keep & do them with all your heart & with all your soul.

[Today] you have declared that the Lord is your God & you will walk in His ways & keep His statutes, commandments, [His rules] & [pay attention] to His voice.

The Lord has [declared] to you this day, [that you are] His [special] people, [like] He has promised you & that you shall keep all His commandments; And [He will] make you high above all the nations He has made; in praise, name & honor. [So] that you may be a holy people to the Lord your God, as He has [said.]
