Job 12:1-25 Book of Job [in Smaller Chunks] |
And Job answered, & said, No doubt, but you are the [only intelligent] people, & wisdom shall die with you. But I have understanding, as well as you; & I'm not inferior to you. [Yes,] who [doesn't know] such things as these? |
I am [like someone] mocked [by] his [neighbor,] who [calls] upon God, & [he Lord God answers] him. The just, upright man is laughed [at,] & [looked down upon.] [Psalm 91:15 He shall call upon Me, & I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble, & I will deliver him, & honor him.] |
[He who] is at ease, despised the thought of a lamp, [until] his feet [were about] ready to slip, [a.k.a. stumble.] God [brings] abundantly into [the] hands of robbers, [whose tents] prosper, & [those who] provoke God are secure, [a.k.a. safe.] [Psalm 73:12 [Look,] these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world, & they increase in riches.] |
But ask the [animals] now, & they shall teach you; & the [birds] of the air, shall tell you. Or, speak to the earth, & it shall teach, [a.k.a. instruct,] you, & the [fish] of the sea shall declare [it] to you. Who [doesn't know] that in all these [things,] the [Lord's] hand [has brought about] [all of] this? |
In Whose hand is the soul, [a.k.a. life,] of every living thing, & the breath of all mankind? [Acts 17:28 For we live in Him, & move, & have our being. Also, [some] of your own poets have said, For we are also His offspring.] |
Doesn't the ear [test] [the] words? And the mouth [tastes its] meat? With the [elders] is wisdom; & in length of days [comes] understanding. With [the Lord God] is wisdom & strength. [The Lord God has advice,] & understanding. [Look, the Lord God breaks] down, & it can't be [rebuilt] again. [Isaiah 25:2 For [the Lord God] has made a city: a heap, & ruin, [from] a [fenced] city. A palace of [foreigners is] no [longer] a city, & it shall never be [rebuilt.] |
[The Lord God shuts] a man up, & there can't be [any] opening, [a.k.a release.] [Look, the Lord God withholds] the waters, & they dry up. Also, He [sends] them out, & they [overflow] the earth. [Deuteronomy 11:16-17 [Pay attention to] yourselves, that your heart [isn't] deceived, & you [don't go astray,] & serve other gods, & worship them. And then, the Lord's [anger grows] against you, & He [shuts] up the heaven, & [there's] no rain, & the land [doesn't produce its] fruit; lest you perish quickly from the good land [that] the Lord [gives to] you.] |
Strength & wisdom is with [the Lord God.] The deceived, & the deceiver are [both] His. [1 Kings 22:19-23 And [Micaiah, a.k.a. a prophet,] said, Therefore, you hear the Word of the Lord. I saw the Lord sitting on His throne, & all the host of heaven standing by Him on His right hand [side,] & on His left. And the Lord said, Who shall persuade Ahab, [so] that he may go up, & fall, [a.k.a. die,] at Ramoth Gailead? And one [of the host,] said, this [thing,] & another said that [thing.] And a spirit came [forward] there, & stood [in front of] the Lord, & said, I will persuade [Ahab.] And the Lord said to him, [With what?] And he said, I will go [out,] & I will be a lying spirit in the [mouths] of all [Ahab's] prophets. And [the Lord God] said, You [shall] persuade [Ahab,] & also prevail, go [out,] & do so. Therefore, see, the Lord [has] now put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these, your prophets, & the Lord [has] spoken evil, [about] you, [a.k.a. Ahab.] |
[The lord God leads advisors] away [plundered,] & [makes] the judges fools. He [loosens] the [bonds, a.k.a. chains] of kings, & [straps] their waist with a [belt.] [Isaiah 42:6-8 I, the Lord, have called You in righteousness, & will hold Your hand, & will keep You, & will give You for a Covenant, [a.k.a. contract for] the people, & for a Light of the Gentiles; *To open the blind eyes, to bring prisoners out from the prison, & [those who] sit in darkness, out of the prison houses. I Am the Lord: that is My Name, & I won’t give My glory to another, & neither [will I give] My praise to [carved] images.] |
[The Lord God] leads princes away [plundered,] & [overthrows] the mighty. He [removes] away the speech of the [trustworthy,] & [takes] away the understanding of the aged. [Job 32:9 Great men are not always wise. Neither do the [elders] understand judgment.] |
He pours [out] [disgrace] upon princes, & [weakens] the strength of the mighty. [the lord God makes known] things [difficult to understand] out of darkness, & [brings] out [those who were in] the shadow of death to [the] light. [Isaiah 49:9-10 *That You [may] say to the prisoners, Go [out,] & to [those, who] are in darkness, [Show] yourselves. They shall feed, [a.k.a. eat,] by the ways, [a.k.a. roads,] & their pastures shall be in all high places. *They shall not hunger, nor thirst. Neither shall the heat, nor sun [scorch] them. For [the Lord God, Who had] mercy on them, shall even guide them, & lead them by the springs of water.] |
[The Lord God increases] the nations, & [destroys] them. He [enlarges] the nations, & [reduces] them again. [The Lord God takes] away the [wise] heart [of the leaders] of the people of the earth, & [causes] them to wander in the wilderness, where there is no [road.] [Joshua 5:6 For the children, [a.k.a. people,] of Israel, walked 40 years in the wilderness, [until] all the people, [who] came out of Egypt, that were men of war, were consumed, because they [didn't obey] the voice of the Lord, to whom the Lord [swore] He wouldn't [show] them the land, [that] the Lord [swore] to their [forefathers,] that He would give us, a land that [flows] with milk & honey.] |
They grope [like] in the dark without light, & He [makes] them stagger like a [drunk] man. [John 8:12 Then, Jesus [spoke] again to them, saying, I Am the Light of the world: & he, [who follows] Me, shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the Light of Life.] |
And I heard, but [didn't understand.] Then, I said, O my Lord, What shall be the end of these things? And He said, Go [on] your way, Daniel: for the Words are closed up and sealed till the time of the End. Daniel 12:8-9 KJV
About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible:
About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: Since the Lord had it on my heart to write this blog, I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:
Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible.
For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV.
Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning.
For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.
The Table Format:
The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.
