Job Continues Explaining Human Limitations |
Job 14:1-22 Book of Job [in Smaller Chunks] |
Man that is born [from] a woman, is of few days, & [is] full of trouble. [Job 5:7 [Still,] man is born unto trouble, [like] the [campfire] sparks fly upward.] |
He [comes out] like a flower, & is cut down. He also flees, [a.k.a. disappears,] like a shadow, & [no longer exists.] [James 1:9-11 Let the brother of low degree, [a.k.a. status,] rejoice, in that he is [magnified.] But the rich [shall also rejoice when] he is [reduced in status.] Because [like] the flower of the grass, he shall pass away.] |
And [do] You open Your eyes upon [someone] such [as me,] & [bring] me into judgment with You? Who can bring a clean thing out of [something] unclean? [No] one. Seeing [man's] days are determined, & You [know] the number of his months, You have [fixed] his [boundaries, so] that he can't pass [them.] Turn [away] from him, [so] that he may rest, [until] he has [finished] his [days like a hired worker.] |
For there is hope [for] a tree, if [it's] cut down, that it will sprout again, & [its] tender branch will not cease. [Although its roots grow] old in the earth, & the [stump of it dies] in the ground. Yet, it will bud [with] the scent of water, & bring forth boughs like a plant. But man [dies,] & [wastes] away. |
[Yes,] man [gives] up the ghost, & where is he? [Job 10:21-22 Before I go [from where] I shall not return, even to the land of darkness, & the shadow of death; a land of darkness, [like] darkness itself; & the shadow of death, without any order, & where the light is [like] darkness.] |
[Like] the waters fail, [a.k.a. evaporate, & disappear] from the sea, & the flood [recedes] & [dries] up. So, man lies down [in death,] & [doesn't] rise, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep, [until] the heavens [no longer exist.] [Revelation 21:1-2 And I saw a new heaven, & a new earth; for the first heaven, & the first earth [had] passed away, & there was no more sea. And I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from God, out of heaven, prepared [like] a bride adorned for her husband.] |
O that You [would] hide me in the grave, [so] that You [would] keep me [concealed,] until Your [anger has] past, [so] that You [would] appoint me a [specific] time, & remember me! If a man [were to] die, shall he live again? I will wait, all the days of my appointed time, [until] my change [comes.] |
[Revelation 3:5 He [who] overcomes, the same shall be clothed in white [garments,] & I will not blot out his name out of the Book of Life, but I will confess his name before My Father, & before His Angels.] |
You [shall] call, & I, the work of Your hands, will answer You, to [do whatever] You [will] desire. [But] now, You [count] all my steps: & [don’t] You [also] watch over my sin? [Job 31:4 [Doesn't] He see my ways, & count all my steps?] |
My [sin] is sealed up in a bag, & You also [sewed] up [my] iniquity. And surely, the falling mountains [come] to [nothing,] & the rock is removed [from its] place. The waters wear [away] the stones. You [wash] away the things [that] grow out of the [dirt] of the earth; & You [destroy] the hope of man. You [prevail] forever against [man,] & he [passes] [away.] |
You [change] his [appearance,] & [send] him away [in death.] His sons [become honored,] but he [doesn't know] it. And they are [humbled,] but he [isn't aware] of them. [Ecclesiastes 9:5 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead [don't] know anything, neither [do] they have a reward any more; for the memory of them is forgotten.] |
But his flesh upon him, shall have pain, & his soul within him, shall mourn. |
And I heard, but [didn't understand.] Then, I said, O my Lord, What shall be the end of these things? And He said, Go [on] your way, Daniel: for the Words are closed up and sealed till the time of the End. Daniel 12:8-9 KJV
About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible:
About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: Since the Lord had it on my heart to write this blog, I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:
Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible.
For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV.
Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning.
For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.
The Table Format:
The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.
