A Psalm or Son for the Sabbath Day. |
Psalm 92:1-15 Book# 4 of Psalms [in Smaller Chunks] |
It is a good thing to sing praises to Your Name, O Most High & to give thanks to the Lord: to [proclaim] Your loving kindness in the morning & Your faithfulness every night, upon the 10 [stringed lyre,] the [zither] & upon the harp with a solemn sound. |
For You, Lord, have made me glad through Your work. I will triumph in the works of Your hands. [Exodus 14:21-22 And Moses stretched out his hand over the [Red Sea] & the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night & made the sea dry land & the waters were divided. |
And the children [people] of Israel went into the [middle] of the sea upon the dry ground. And the waters were a wall to them on their right hand & on their left.] |
How great Your works are, O Lord! And Your thoughts are very deep. [Jeremiah 32:19-21 Great in counsel & mighty in work: for Your eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men, to give to everyone according to his ways & according to the fruit of his [actions.] |
[Who] has [put] signs & wonders in the land of Egypt & Israel & among other men, even to this day & [have] made [Yourself] a Name, [like] at this day. And [have] brought forth Your people, Israel, out of the land of Egypt with signs & wonders & with a strong hand & an [outstretched] arm & with great terror.] |
A [senseless] man [doesn't] know & neither does a fool understand this. When the wicked [sprout up like] the grass & when the workers of iniquity flourish, it is [those who] shall be destroyed forever. |
[Revelation 22:12-15 And, [watch,] I come quickly & My reward is with Me & shall be to give every man according as his [deeds.] I Am [the] Alpha & [the] Omega, the Beginning & the End, the First & the Last. |
Blessed are [those who] do His commandments, [so] that they may have right to the Tree of Life & may enter in through the gates into the city. For [outside] are dogs, sorcerers, [sexual traffickers,] murderers & idolaters & [whoever invents & loves to tell lies.] |
But You, O Lord, are Most High forever more. For [look,] O Lord, Your enemies shall perish & all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered. But You shall exalt my horn, like the horn of the unicorn. I shall be anointed with fresh oil. |
Also, [my eyes] shall see & [my] ears shall hear, my desire on [my] enemies & the wicked, [who] rise up against me. The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree. He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those [who are] planted in the house of the Lord, shall flourish in the [courtyards] of our God. |
Still, they shall [shall produce] fruit, [a.k.a. their offspring,] in [their] old age. They shall be [well-fed] & flourishing; to [demonstrate] that the Lord is upright. He is my Rock & there is no unrighteousness in Him. |
