Foretelling Many Things About Jesus

Isaiah 49:1-26                                The Book of Isaiah [in Smaller Chunks]

O [coastal] [islands,] Listen to Me, & you people from far [distances,] [pay attention.] The Lord [has] called Me from the womb; from [deep] [within] My mother, & He [has] made mention of My Name.

[Isaiah 42:6-8 I, the Lord, have called You in Righteousness, & will hold Your hand, & keep You, & give You for a Covenant, [a.k.a. Contract, for] the people, & for a Light [for] the Gentiles; *To open the eyes [of] the blind, & to bring out the prisoners from the prison, & [those who] sit in darkness, out of the prison house. I Am the Lord, & that is My Name. And I will not give My glory to another, & neither will I give My praise to [carved] images.]

And He [has] made My mouth like a sharp sword. He [has hidden] Me in the shadow, [a.k.a. shade,] of His hand, & made Me a polished [arrow] shaft, & He [has hidden] Me in His quiver. And [He] said to Me, You [are] My servant, O Israel, in Whom I will be glorified. [Matthew 12:15-18 But when Jesus knew it, He withdrew Himself from [there,] & great multitudes followed Him, & He healed them all.

And He [ordered] them that they shouldn't make Him known: [so] that it might be fulfilled, [what] was spoken by [Isaiah,] the prophet, saying, *Behold My Servant, Whom I have chosen, My Beloved, in Whom My soul is well pleased. I will put My [Holy] Spirit upon Him, & He shall [show] judgment, [a.k.a. justice,] to the Gentiles.]

Then, I said, I have labored in vain. I have spent My strength for [nothing,] [with no result.] Yet, surely, My judgment, [a.k.a. justice,] is with the Lord, & My work [is] with My God. And now, [says] the Lord, [Who] formed Me from the womb to be His servant, to bring Jacob again to Him. [Although] Israel [hasn't] gathered, [still] I shall be glorious in the eyes of the Lord, & My God shall be My strength.

*And He said, It is a light, [a.k.a. little] thing that you [should] be My servant, to raise up the tribes of Jacob, & to restore the [saved] of Israel. I will also give You for a Light to the Gentiles, [so] that You [may] be My Salvation [until] the end of the earth.

[Acts 13:46-49 Then, Paul & Barnabas [grew] bold, & said, It was necessary that the Word of God should 1st have been spoken to you, [a.k.a. Israelites,] but seeing you put it off from you, & judge yourselves unworthy of Everlasting Life, [look,] we turn to the Gentiles. For the Lord [has] commanded us, saying, I have [put] you to be a light to the Gentiles, [so] that you [should] be for Salvation to the ends of the earth.And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, & glorified the Word of the Lord. And as many as believed, were ordained, [a.k.a. appointed,] to Eternal Life. And the Word of the Lord was [declared] throughout all the region.]

The Lord, the Redeemer of Israel, & His Holy One, [says this;] to Him, Whom man [despises,] to Him, Whom the nation [loathes,] to a Servant of rulers. Kings shall see, & arise, & princes shall also worship, because of the Lord, [Who] is faithful, & the Holy One of Israel, & He shall choose You.

[Mark 15:29-32 *And [those, who] passed by, [ridiculed] Him, wagging their heads, & saying, Ah, save Yourself, & come down off the cross, You, [Who destroys] the temple, & [rebuilds] it in 3 days. *Likewise, the chief priests also mocking said among themselves with the scribes, He saved others, & He can't save Himself. Let Christ the King of Israel, now descend from the cross, [so] that we may see & believe. And [those, who] were crucified with Him [insulted] Him.]

*The Lord [says this,] In an acceptable time, I have heard You, & [on] the day of Salvation, I have helped You, & I will preserve, [a.k.a. safeguard,] You, & give You for a Covenant, [a,k.a. Contract, for] the people, to establish the earth, & to cause the desolate heritages to [be] [inherited.]

*That You [may] say to the prisoners, Go [out,] & to [those who] are in darkness, [Show] yourselves. They shall feed, [a.k.a. eat,] by the [roads,] & their pastures shall all be in all high places.

[Luke 4:18-21 *The [Holy] Spirit of the Lord [God,] is upon Me, because He [has] anointed Me to preach the Gospel to the poor. He [has] sent Me to heal the broken-hearted, & to preach deliverance to the captives, & recovering of sight to the blind, to set [free those who] are bruised, & to preach the acceptable year of the Lord [God.] And [Jesus Christ,] closed the book, & He gave it to the minister again, & sat down. And the eyes of all [of those who] were in the synagogue, were fastened, [a.k.a.focused,] on Him. And He began to say to them, This day, this Scripture is fulfilled in your ears.]

*They shall not hunger, nor thirst. Neither shall the heat, nor sun [scorch] them. For He, [Who has] mercy on them shall lead them, & guide them, even by the springs of water.

[Revelation 7:15-17 Therefore, [those who] are before the throne of God, & serve Him day & night in His temple, & He, [Who sits] on the throne shall dwell among them. *They shall no [longer] hunger, & thirst anymore. Neither shall the sun, nor any heat [scorch] them. *For the Lamb, [Who] is in the [middle] of the throne shall feed them, & shall lead them to Fountains of Living Waters. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.]

And I will make all My mountains a [road,] & My highways shall be exalted. [Isaiah 40:4 *Every valley shall be exalted, & every hill shall be made low, & the crooked [places] shall be made straight, & the rough places [made] [smooth.]

[Watch,] these shall come from far [away,] & [look those] from: the North & the West, & these from the land of Sinim. Sing, O heavens, & be joyful, O earth. And break [out] into singing, O mountains: for the Lord [has] comforted His people, & will have mercy upon His afflicted.

[Revelation 21:4-7 *And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, & there shall no [longer] be death, & neither sorrow, nor crying. Neither shall there be anymore pain: for the [previous] things [have] passed away. And He, [Who] sat upon the throne said, [See,] I make all things new. And He said unto me, Write: for these words are true & faithful. And He said to me, It is done. I Am [the] Alpha & [the] Omega, the Beginning & the End. I will freely give to him, [who] is [thirsty,] the Water [from] the Fountain of Life freely. He, [who overcomes] shall inherit all things & I will be his God, & he shall be My son, [a.k.a. child.]

But Zion, [a.k.a. Jerusalem,] said, The Lord [has abandoned] me, & my Lord [has] forgotten me. [Isaiah 54:7-8 For a [little] moment, I have [abandoned] you. But I will gather you with great mercies. I hid My face from you for a moment, in a little [anger,] but I will have mercy on you, with everlasting kindness, [says] the Lord your Redeemer.]

Can a woman forget her [nursing] child, [so] that she [wouldn't] have compassion on the son of her womb? [Yes,] they may forget, [but] I won't forget you. [Malachi 3:16-18 Then, [those who] feared, [a.k.a. respected,] the Lord [spoke] often to one another, & the Lord [paid attention,] & heard it. And a Book of Remembrance was written [in front] of Him for [those who] feared, [a.k.a. respected,] the Lord, & thought upon His Name.

And they shall be Mine, [says] the Lord of Hosts, [on] that day, when I make up My Jewels. And I will spare them, [like] a man [spares] his own son, [who] serves him. Then, You shall return, & [decide] between the righteous & the wicked, between him, [who serves] God, & him, [who doesn't serve] Him.]

[Look,] I have [carved] [your names] upon the palms of My hands. Your [city's] walls are continually before Me. [Isaiah 60:18 Violence, [ruin,] nor destruction, shall no [longer] be heard in your land, within your borders. But you shall call your walls: Salvation, & your gates: Praise.]

Your children shall [hurry,] & your destroyers, & [those who] made you waste [lands] shall go [out] of you. Lift up your eyes, & [look around, & see,] all these gather themselves together, & come to you. The Lord [says,] As I Live, you [shall] surely clothe [yourselves] with all [of] them, [like] with an ornament, [a.k.a. decoration,] & [tie] them on you, [like] a bride [does.]

[Isaiah 60:4 Lift up your eyes [all around,] & see: all [those who] gather themselves together, [who] come to you. Your sons shall come from far, & your daughter shall be nursed at your side.]

For your waste [lands,] & your desolate places, & your land [that has been] [destroyed,] shall even be too [small,] now, [because] of the inhabitants. And [those who] swallowed you up, shall be far away. After you [had] lost the [others,] the children [that] you [shall] have, shall say again in your ears, The place is too [small] for me. Give me [a] place that I may dwell.

Then, you [shall] say in your heart, Who [has] [given birth to] [these] [for] me, [since,] I have lost my children; am desolate; & a captive, [wandering] to & fro? And who [has raised] these? [Look,] I was left alone; & where had they been?

The Lord God [says this, Watch,] I will lift up [My] hand to the Gentiles, & [put] up My [banner] to the people; & they shall bring your sons [to adopt,] in their arms, & your daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders. And kings shall be your [foster] fathers, & their queens you [foster] mothers.

They shall bow down to you [facing the ground,] & lick up the dust [off] your feet. And you [shall] know that I Am the Lord: for they shall not be ashamed, [who] wait for Me.

Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the [captives, lawfully] delivered? But the Lord [says this,] Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, & the prey of the terrible, [a.k.a. ruthless,] shall be delivered: for I will [dispute] with him, [who argues] with you, & I will save your children.

And I will feed them [who] oppress you, with their own flesh, & they shall be [drunk] with their own blood, [like] with sweet wine. And all flesh, [a.k.a. humans,] shall know that I, the Lord, Am your [Savior,] & your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob, [a.k.a. Israel.]

[Isaiah 59:20-21 *And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, & to [those] in Jacob, [a.k.a.Israel, who return] from [sin, says] the Lord [God.] As for Me, this is My covenant, [a.k.a. contract,] with them, [says] the Lord [God;] My [Holy] Spirit that is upon you, & My Words [that] I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, nor out of the mouth of your seed, [a.k.a. children,] nor out of the mouth of your seed's seed, [a.k.a. grandchildren, from now on,] & forever, [says] the Lord [God.]
