About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Jeremiah 34:1-22 The Lord Has Jeremiah Tell King Zedekiah, He Will Die in Peace

The Lord Has Jeremiah Tell King Zedekiah, He Will Die in Peace

Jeremiah 34:1-22                       The Book of Jeremiah [in Smaller Chunks]

[This is] The Word [that] came from the Lord to Jeremiah, when Nebuchadnezzar, [Babylon's] king, & all his army & all the people & the kingdoms of the earth [in] his [empire,] fought against Jerusalem & all [its] cities, saying, The Lord, the God of Israel, says [this;] Go & speak to Zedekiah, [Judah's] king & tell him, The Lord says, [this; Look,] I will give this city into the hand, [a.k.a. control] of [Babylon's] king, & he shall burn it with fire.

[2 Chronicles 36:11-14 Zedekiah was 21 years old when he began to [rule] & [ruled] 11 years in Jerusalem. And he did [what] was evil in the sight of the Lord his God & [didn't] humble himself before Jeremiah, the prophet, speaking from the mouth of God.

And [Zedekiah,] also rebelled against king Nebuchadnezzar, who made him swear by God. But [Zedekiah stubbornly] stiffened his neck & hardened his heart from turning to the Lord God of Israel. [Also,] all the chief priests & people, [sinned] very much, [according] to all the abominations of the heathen & [defiled] the [Lord's] house, which He had hallowed in Jerusalem.]

And you shall not escape out of [Nebuchadnezzar's] hand, but shall surely be [captured] & delivered into his [control.] And your eyes shall [see Babylon's king's] eyes & he shall speak to you, [face to face] & you shall go to Babylon. [Still,] hear the Word of the Lord, O Zedekian, [Judah's] king.

The Lord says [this about] you, You shall not die by the sword, but you shall die in peace & with the burnings of your [forefathers,] the [previous] kings, [who] were before you. [Like this,] they shall burn [incense] for you. And they shall [mourn for] you, saying, Ah, lord! For I have [declared] the Word, says the Lord. Then, Jeremiah, the prophet, [spoke] all these words in Jerusalem, to Zedekiah, [Judah's] king.

When the king of Babylon's army fought against: Jerusalem & against all of [Judah's] cities that were left. For these [fortified] cities: Lachish & Azekah,] remained of [Judah's] cities. This is the Word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, after king Zedekiah had made a covenant [contract] with all the people, [who] were [in] Jerusalem, to [declare freedom] to them.

[So,] that every man should let his [male & female servants, who were] Hebrew, go free, [so] that none should [themselves, be served by] them, [that is, by] a Jew, his brother, [a.k.a. brethren.] Now, when all the princes & people, [who] entered into the covenant, heard that everyone should let his [male & female servants,] go free, [so] that none [kept them in bondage] to serve them, anymore, then they obeyed & let them go.

But afterward, they [changed their minds] & [made] the servants & handmaids return, whom they had let go free. And brought them [again under their control as:] servants & handmaids. Therefore, the Word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, from the Lord, saying, The Lord, The God of Israel, says [this;] I made a covenant [contract] with your [forefathers on] the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of [bondage,] saying, At the end of 7 years, every man let his brother, a Hebrew, go, [who] has been sold to you.

And [after] he has served you 6 years, you shall let him go free from you. But your [forefathers didn't pay attention] to Me & neither [did] they [lean] their ear [to hear.]

[Deuteronomy 15:11-15 For the poor shall never cease out of the land. Therefore, I command you, saying, You shall open your hand wide to your brother, to the poor & to the needy, in your land. And if your brother, a Hebrew man or woman, [is] sold to you & serves you 6 years, then in the 7th year, you shall let him go free from you. And when you [send] him out free from you, you shall not let him go away empty [handed.]

You shall liberally furnish him [from] your flock, your [grain] floor & your winepress, [of which] the Lord your God has blessed you & you shall give [some] to him. And you shall remember that you were a [slave] in the land of Egypt. And the Lord your God redeemed you. Therefore, I command you this thing today.]

And you [had] now [returned] & had done [what was] right in My sight, [by] every man [declaring] liberty to his neighbor. And you had made a covenant [contract in front of] Me, in the house which is called by My Name. But you turned [away] & [defiled] My Name & every man [made] his [servants & handmaids] return, whom he had set [free for] their pleasure. And [now] have brought them [under your control] for servants & handmaids.

Therefore, the Lord says [this;] You haven't [paid attention] to Me, [by] every man [declaring freedom] to his brother & neighbor. The Lord says, [Watch,] I [declare] liberty to you, [by the:] sword, pestilence & famine.

And I will [remove] you into all the kingdoms of the earth. And I will give the men, [who sinned against] My covenant [contract, who] haven't [carried out] the Words of the covenant, [that] he made [in front of] Me, when they cut the calf in 1/2 & passed between [its] parts.

I will even give: the princes of Judah & Jerusalem, the eunuchs, [a.k.a. officers,] priests & all the people of the land, [who] passed between the parts of the calf, [into] the hand of: their enemies & those [who] seek their [lives.] And their dead bodies shall be for meat to the [birds] of the heaven & to the [animals] of the earth.

And I will give Zedekiah, [Judah's] king, & his princes into the hand of their enemies & [those who] seek their life & [also] into the hand of the king of Babylon's army, [that have] gone away from you.

[Jeremiah 39:4-7 And it [happened,] that when Zedekiah, [Judah's] king, saw them & all the men of war, then they fled & went out of the city [at] night, by the [road] of the King's Garden, by the gate [between] the 2 walls. And [Zedekiah] went out the [road] of the plain, [a.k.a. the Jordan Valley.] But the Chaldeans' army pursued after them & [captured] Zedekiah in the Plains of Jericho.

And when they had [seizedZedekiah,] they brought him up to Nebuchadnezzar, [Babylon's] king, [in] Riblah, in the land of Hamath, where he [pronounced] judgment upon [Zedekiah.] Then, [Babylon's] king, [killed] [Zedekiah's] sons, [in front of] his eyes [in] Riblah. Also, [Babylon's] king, [killed] all [Judah's] nobles. [Additionally,] he put out Zedekiah's eyes & bound him with chains, to carry him to Babylon.]

The Lord says, [Watch,] I will command [Babylon's army] to return to this city. And they shall fight against it & [capture] it & burn it with fire. And I will make the cities of Judah a desolation without [inhabitants.]

[Jeremiah 37:10 For [if] you had [killed] the whole [Chaldean, a.k.a. Babylon,] army, [who] fight against you & there [only] remained  wounded men, among them & every [wounded] man [who is] in his tent, [still would] rise up & burn this city with fire.]
