About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible:

About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Ezekiel 20:1-49 The Continued Rebellion of the House of Israel

The Continued Rebellion of the House of Israel

Ezekiel 20:1-49             The Book of Ezekiel [in Smaller Chunks]

And it [happened on] the 10th day, [of] the 5th month, [during] the 7th year, that [some] of the elders of Israel came to [inquire from] the Lord & sat [in front of] me.

Then, the Word of the Lord came to me, saying, Son of man, speak to the elders of Israel & say, The Lord God says [this; Have] you come to [inquire] of Me? The Lord God says,] As I Live, I won't be [inquired] of by you.

[Ezekiel 14:3 Son of man, these men have set up their idols [within] their [hearts] & put the stumbling block of their [sin in front of] their [faces.] Should I, at all, be [inquired] of by them?]

Will you judge them, Son of man, will you judge them? [Make] them know the abominations of their [forefathers.] [2 Kings 21:21-22 And he [followed] in all the [ways] that his father [followed] & served the idols that his father served & worshiped them. And he [abandoned] the Lord God of his [forefathers] & [didn't follow] in the way of the Lord.]

And say to them, The Lord God says [this; On] the day when I chose Israel & lifted up [My] hand to the seed, [a.k.a. offspring or descendants,] of the house of Jacob, [a.k.a. Israel,] & made Myself known to them in the land of Egypt, when I lifted up [My] hand to them, saying, I Am the Lord your God.

[Exodus 6:6-8 [For this reason] say to the children [people] of Israel, I Am the Lord & I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. And I will rid you [from] their bondage. And I will redeem you with an [outstretched] arm & with great judgments. And I will take you to Me for a people.

And I will be to you a God & you shall know that I Am the Lord your God, [Who] brings you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. And I will bring you in to the land, [about] which I did swear to give it to: Abraham, Isaac & to Jacob. And I will give it to you for an heritage. I Am the Lord.]

[On] the day that I lifted up [My] hand to them, to bring them [out] of the land of Egypt, into a land, which is the glory of all lands, that I had [picked out] for them, flowing with milk & honey. Then, I said to them, Every man, [throw] away the abominations of his eyes & [don't] defile yourselves with the idols of Egypt.

I Am the Lord your God. But they rebelled against Me & wouldn't [pay attention] to Me. Every man didn't [throw] away the abominations of their eyes & neither did they [abandon] the idols of Egypt. Then, I said, I will pour out My fury upon them, to [carry out] My anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.

But I [worked] [miracles] for My Name's sake, in whose sight I made Myself known to them, [by] bringing them out of the land of Egypt, [so] that [they] shouldn't be [defiled in front of] the heathen, whom they were among.

[For this reason,] I caused them to go out of the land of Egypt & brought them into the wilderness. [Exodus 13:20-22 And they took their journey from Succoth & [pitched tents] in Etham, [at] the edge of the wilderness.

And the Lord went [in front of] them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead the way [for] them & by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light & to go by day & night. He [didn't take] away the pillar of the cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from [in front of] the people.]

And I gave them My [mandates] & [showed] them My judgments, which if a man [does,] he shall even live in them. Also, I gave them My Sabbaths, to be a sign between Me & them, [so] that they might know that I Am the Lord, [Who sanctifies] them.

But the house of Israel rebelled against Me in the wilderness. They [didn't follow] My [mandates] & despised My judgments, [that] if a man [does them,] he shall even live in them. And they greatly [defiled] My Sabbaths. Then, I said, I would pour out My fury upon them in the wilderness to consume them.

[Exodus 32:7-10 And the Lord said to Moses, Go, get [yourself] down; for your people, which you brought out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves. They have quickly [gone astray from] the [path that] I commanded them.

They have made [themselves] a [molded] calf & have worshiped it & sacrificed [to it] & said, These [are] your gods, O Israel, [that] have brought you up out of the land of Egypt.

And the Lord said to Moses, I have seen this people & [look,] it's a stiff necked, [a.k.a. stubborn,] people. Therefore, now, let Me alone, [so] that My wrath may [grow] hot against them & I may consume them. And I will make [from] you a great nation.]

But I [worked] [miracles] for My Name's sake, [so] that it shouldn't be [defiled in front of] the heathen, in whose sight I brought them out.

[Joshua 5:1 And it [happened,] their hearts melted, when all the [Amorites'] kings, [that] were on the [West] side of Jordan & all the [Canaanites'] kings, [that] were by the sea, heard that the Lord had dried up the waters of the Jordan, from [in front of] the children [people] of Israel, until we [had crossed] over. Neither was there [any] spirit left in them anymore, because of the children [people] of Israel.]

Also, I lifted up My hand to them in the wilderness, [so] that I wouldn't bring them into the land, [that] I had given [to] them, flowing with milk & honey, which is the glory of all [the] lands.

[Numbers 14:22-24 Because all those men, [who] have seen My glory & My miracles, [that] I did in Egypt & in the wilderness, & have [tested] me these 10 times & haven't [paid attention] to My voice.

Surely, they shall not see the land [that] I [swore] to their [forefathers,] & neither shall any of [those, who] provoked Me, see it. But [only] My servant, Caleb, because he had another spirit [within] him & has [totally] followed Me. I will bring him into the land, [where] he went & his seed, [a.k.a. offspring or descendants] shall [own] it.]

Because they despised My judgments & [didn't follow] My [mandates,] but [defiled] My Sabbaths: for their heart [followed] after their idols. [Acts 7:41-43 And they made a calf in those days & offered [sacrifices] to the idol & rejoiced in the works [made by] their own hands.

Then, God turned & gave them up to worship the host of heaven, [a.k.a. stars or constellations;] as it is written in the book of the prophets, O you house of Israel, have you offered to Me [slaughtered animals] & sacrifices [over] the space of 40 years in the wilderness?

[Yes,] & you took up the [tent] of Moloch & the star of your god, Remphan, figures [that] you made to worship them. And I will carry you away beyond Babylon.]

[Still, My eyes] spared them from destroying them & neither did I make an end of them in the wilderness. [Psalm 78:38-43 But He, being full of compassion, forgave their [sin] & [didn't] destroy them. [Yes,] & many [times] He turned His anger away & didn't stir up all His [fury.]

For He remembered that they were [just] flesh; [like] wind that passes away & [doesn't] come back again. How [often] they [provoked] Him in the wilderness & [grieved] Him in the desert! [Yes,] they turned back & [tested] God & limited the Holy One of Israel.

They [didn't remember] His hand, nor the day when He delivered them from the enemy & how He had [worked] His signs in Egypt & His wonders, [a.k.a. miracles] in Zoan.]

But I said to their children in the wilderness, [Don't you follow] the [mandates] of your [forefathers] & neither observe their judgments, nor defile yourselves with their idols. [Psalm 106:34-39 They didn't destroy the nations, [about] whom the Lord commanded them.

But were [mixed] among the heathen & learned their works. And they served their idols, [that] were a snare to them. [Yes,] they sacrificed their sons & daughters to [demons] & shed [the] blood [of the] innocent, even the blood of their sons & daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan.

And the land was [defiled] with blood. [Like this,] they were defiled with their own works & went [like an unfaithful harlot,] with their own inventions.]

I Am the Lord your God; [follow] in My [mandates] & keep My judgments & do them. And [keep holy] My Sabbaths & they shall be a sign between Me & you, [so] that you may know that I Am the Lord your God.

[However,] the children [people] rebelled against Me & they [didn't follow] in My [mandates,] & neither [did they keep] My judgments to do them. If a man [does them,] he shall even live in them. They [defiled] My Sabbaths.

Then, I said, I would pour out My fury upon them, to [carry out] My anger against them in the wilderness. [Still,] I withdrew [My] hand & [worked] [miracles] for My Name's sake, [so] that it should be [defiled] in the sight of the heathen, in whose sight I brought them [out.]

[Psalm 106:16-18 In the camp, they also envied Moses & Aaron, the [Lord's] saint. The earth opened & swallowed up Dathan & covered [Abiram's group.] And a fire was kindled in their company & the flame burned up the wicked.]

I lifted up [My] hand to them, also in the wilderness, [so] that I would scatter them among the heathen & [distribute] them through the countries. [Deuteronomy 28:64 And the Lord shall scatter you among all people, from one end of the earth even to the other. And there you shall serve other gods, which neither you, nor you [forefathers] have known, even [of:] wood & stone.]

Because: they hadn't [carried out] My judgments, but had despised My [mandates] & had [defiled] My Sabbaths] & their eyes [followed] after their [forefathers'] idols. [For this reason,] I also gave them [mandates] & judgments that weren't good, [that] they shouldn't live [by.]

[2 Thessalonians 2:11-12 And for this [reason,] God shall send them [a] strong delusion, [so] that they should believe a lie. [So,] that all, who [don't believe] the Truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness, might be [condemned.]

And I [defiled] them [by] their own [sacrificial] gifts, that they caused all, [who] opens the womb, [a.k.a. the first born,] to pass through the fire, [so] that I might make them desolate, [in order] that they might know that I Am the Lord.

[Ezekiel 23:37-39 They have committed adultery & blood is [on] their hands. And they have committed adultery with their idols. And they have also caused their sons whom they [bore] to Me, to pass through the fire, to devour them for [idols.]

[Additionally,] they have done this to Me. They have defiled My sanctuary [on] the same day & have profaned  My Sabbaths. For when they had [sacrificed] their children to their idols, they came the same day into My sanctuary to [defile] it. And, [look,] they have done [this,] in the midst of [My] house.

Therefore, Son of man, speak to the house of Israel & say to them, The Lord God says [this; Still] in this, your fathers have blasphemed Me, in that they have committed a trespass against Me. [Isaiah 65:6-7 [Look,] it is written before Me; I won't keep [silent,] but will [repay,] even [pay them back] into their [chest.]

The Lord says, [For] your [sins] & the [sins] of your fathers together, [who] have burned incense upon the mountains & blasphemed Me upon the hills. Therefore I will measure [for] their [previous deeds] into their [chest.]

For when I had brought them into the land, [that] I lifted up [My] hand to give it to them, then, they saw every high hill & all the thick trees & they offered their sacrifices & their offering [that provoked] there.

Also, they made their sweet [aroma] & poured out their drink offerings there. [Psalm 78:58 For they provoked Him to anger with their high places & moved Him to jealousy with their [carved] images.]

Then, I said to them, What is [the name of] the high place, [to which] you go? And the name [of it] is called Bamah, [until] this day. [For this reason,] say to the house of Israel, The Lord God says [this;] Are you [defiled like the customs] of your [forefathers?] And [do] you commit their [unfaithful harlotry, like] their abominations.

[Judges 3:5-7 And the children [people] of Israel, dwelt among the: Canaanites; Hittites; Amorites; Perizzites; Hivites; & Jebusites. And they took their daughters to be their wives & gave their daughters to their sons & served their gods. And the children [people] of Israel did evil in the sight of the Lord & [forgot] the Lord their God & served Baalim, [a.k.a. Baal,] & the groves.]

For when you offer your gifts & you make your sons pass through the fire, you [defile] yourselves with all your idols, even [until] this day. And shall I be [inquired] of by you, O house of Israel? The Lord God says, As I Live, I will not be [inquired] of by you.

And [what] comes into your mind, shall not at all be, [what] you say, We will be [like] the heathen & the families of the countries to serve wood & stone.

[2 Kings 19:17-18 [Truthfully,] Lord, [Assyria's] kings have destroyed the nations & their lands & have [thrown] their gods into the fire. For they weren't god's but the work of men's hands, [from] wood & stone. Therefore, they have destroyed them.]

The Lord God says, Surely as I Live, I will rule over you with a mighty hand & [an outstretched] arm, with fury poured out. And I will bring you out from the people & will gather you out of the countries, [in which] you are scattered, with a mighty hand & an [outstretched] arm, with fury poured out.

And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people & I will plead with you face to face there. [Jeremiah 2:34-35 Also, in your skirts is found the [bloodshed] of the souls of the poor innocents. I haven't found it by [secretly, searching about] all these. [Still,] you say, Because I'm innocent, surely His anger shall turn [away] from me. [Look,] I will plead with you, because you say, I haven't sinned.]

Like I [pled] with your [forefathers] in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, I will [also] plead with you, says the Lord God. And I will cause you to [cross] under the rod & I will bring you into the bond, [a.k.a. union] of the covenant [contract.] [Leviticus 27:32 And [about] the tithe of the flock, even of [whatever] passes under the rod, the 10th shall be holy to the Lord.]

And I will purge the rebels out from among you & [those who] transgress against Me. I will bring them out of the country where they [temporarily stay,] & they shall not enter into the land of Israel. And you shall know that I Am the Lord.

[Matthew 25:31-33 When the Son of Man shall come in His glory & all His Holy Angels with Him, then He shall sit upon the throne of His glory. And before Him shall be gathered all nations. And He shall separate them one from another, [like] a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He shall [put] the sheep on His right hand [side,] but the goats on the left.

The Lord God says [this;] As for you, O house of Israel, everyone of you go & serve his idols & [in the future,] also, if you won't [pay attention] to Me. But you will no [longer defile] My Holy Name with your gifts & with your idols.

[Isaiah 1:13-15 Bring no more vain, [a.k.a. worthless,] oblations, [a.k.a. offerings.] Incense is an abomination to Me. I can't [endure:] the New Moons; Sabbaths, the calling of assemblies & even your solemn meeting. It is [sinful.]

My Soul hates your New Moons & your appointed feasts. They are [troublesome] to Me. I am [tired of putting up with] them. Your hands are full of [bloodshed] & when you spread [out] your hands, I will hide [My] eyes from you. [Yes,] when you make many prayers, I won't [listen.]

The Lord God says, For in [My] Holy Mountain, in the mountain [heights] of Israel, there shall all the house of Israel & all [those] in the land shall serve Me. I will require your offerings there & I will accept them there & the first fruits of your [sacrifices,] with all your holy things.

[Zechariah 8:20-22 The Lord of Hosts says [this;] It shall [still happen] that people & inhabitants of many cities shall come there. And the inhabitants of one city, shall go to another, saying, Let's go [quickly,] to pray before the Lord & seek the Lord of Hosts. I will also go. [Yes,] many people & strong nations shall come to seek the Lord of Hosts in Jerusalem & pray before the Lord.]

I will accept you with your sweet [aroma,] when I bring you out from the people & gather you out of the countries, [in which] you have been scattered. And I will be sanctified in you, before the heathen.

[Ephesians 5:1-2 Therefore, you be followers of God, [like] dear children. And [follow] in love, [like] Christ also has loved us, & has given Himself for us, [as] an offering & a sacrifice to God, for a sweet smelling [aroma.]

And you shall know that I Am the Lord, when I shall bring you into the land of Israel, into the country, [that] I lifted up [My hands] to give it to your [forefathers.] And there you shall remember your ways & all your [actions in which,] you have been defiled.

And you shall loathe yourselves in your own sight, for all your evils that you have committed. And you shall know that I Am the Lord, when I have [worked] [miracles] for you, O you house of Israel, not according to your wicked ways, nor to your corrupt [actions,] [but,] for My Name's sake, says the Lord God.

[Also,] the Word of the Lord came to me, saying, Son of man, [turn] your face toward the South & [preach] your word toward the South & prophesy against the Forest of the South Field, And say to the forest of the South, Hear the Word of the Lord.

The Lord God says [this; Watch,] I will [start] a fire in you & it shall devour every green tree & every dry tree [within] you. The flaming [fire] shall not be [put out] & all places from the South to the North shall be burned [by it.] And all flesh shall see that I, the Lord, have kindled it.

It shall not be [put out.] Then, I said, Ah, Lord God! They say to me, [Doesn't] He speak [in] parables? [Matthew 13:13-15 Therefore, I speak to them in parables: because seeing, they [don't] see, & hearing, they [don't] hear & neither do they understand.

And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of [Isaiah, who] said, By hearing, you shall hear & shall not understand & seeing, you shall see & shall not [recognize.]

For this people's heart [has grown coarse] & their ears are [hard] of hearing & they have closed their eyes, lest at any time, they should see with their eyes & hear with their ears & should understand with their heart & should be converted & and I should heal them.]
