About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Ezekiel 31:1-18 The Metaphor: The Assyrian was a Cedar Tree in Lebanon

The Metaphor: The Assyrian was a Cedar Tree in Lebanon

Ezekiel 31:1-18             The Book of Ezekiel [in Smaller Chunks]

[On] the 1st day, [of] the 3rd month, [during] the 11th year, it [happened,] that the Word of the Lord came to me, saying, Son of man, [say] to Pharaoh, [Egypt's] king, & to his multitude; Whom are you like in your greatness?

[Look,] the Assyrian was a cedar in Lebanon, with [nice] branches, for [shade like a] shroud, [a.k.a. cloak,] & [with a] high stature, [a.k.a. height or status.] And his top was among the thick boughs. [Daniel 4:10-12 [These] were the visions [in my] head, in my bed.

I [looked & saw] a tree in the midst of the earth & [its] height was [exceedingly tall.] The tree grew & was strong & [its] height reached to heaven & the sight [of it] [reached] to the ends of the earth.

[Its] leaves were [pleasing] & [its] fruit [plentiful.] And [food] for all was in it. The [wild animals] of the field had [shade] under it & the [birds] of the [heavens,] dwelt in [its] boughs. And all [alive] were fed [by] it.]

The waters made him [tall,] & the deep set him up on high with her rivers running, [all around its] plants & sent [its] little [riverlets] to all the trees of the field. [Jeremiah 50:38 A drought is upon her waters & they shall be dried up: [because] it's the land of [carved] images & they are [insane with] their idols.]

Therefore, his height was exalted above all the trees of the field & his boughs were multiplied. And his branches became long, because of the multitude of the waters, when [his] [branches] shot [out.]

All the [birds] of heaven made their nest in his boughs & under his branches, [as] the [wild animals] of the field [delivered] their young [there.] And all [the] great nations dwelt under his shadow.

[Ezekiel 27:5-6 I have made the earth, the man & the [animal] that are upon the ground, by My great power & My outstretched arm & have given it to whom it seemed [appropriate] to Me.

And now, I have given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar, [Babylon's] king, My servant. And I have also given him the [animals] of the field to serve him.]

[Like this,] he was [beautiful] in his greatness, [a.k.a. height] & in the length of his branches: for his root [reached to] the great waters. The [other] cedars in the garden of God, couldn't hide him. The fir [trees'] boughs weren't like his. The chestnut [trees'] branches weren't like his.

Nor [were] any [trees] in the garden of God, [similar] to him in beauty. [Genesis 2:8-9 And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden. And He put man, whom He had formed there.

And out of the ground the Lord God made every tree that is pleasant to the sight, & good for food, to grow & also the Tree of Life, in the midst of the garden & the tree of knowledge & of good & evil.]

I have made him [attractive,] [because of] the multitude of his branches. So that all the trees of Eden, that were in the garden of God, envied him. Therefore, the Lord God says [this;] [It's] because you have lifted yourself up in height & he has shot up his top among the thick boughs & his heart is lifted up in his height.

Therefore, I have delivered him into the hand of the mighty one of the heathen. He shall surely deal with him. I have driven him out, [because] of his wickedness.

[Ezekiel 30:10-12 The Lord God says [this;] I will also make the multitude of Egypt to cease by the hand of Nebuchadrezzar, [a.k.a. Nebuchadnezzar, Babylon's] king.

He & his people, the terrible of the nations with him, shall be brought to destroy the land & they shall draw their swords against Egypt & fill the land with the slain. And I will make the rivers dry & sell the land into the hand [a.k.a. under the control,] of the wicked. And I will make the land [desolate] & all [those, who are in there.]

And the terrible strangers of the nations have cut him off & have left him. His branches are fallen upon the mountains & in all the valleys. And his boughs are broken by all the rivers of the land. And all the people of the earth [have] gone [away] from his [shade] & have left him.

[Ezekiel 28:6-7 Therefore, The Lord God says [this;] Because you have set your heart [like] the heart of God, therefore, [watch] I will bring strangers upon you, the terrible of the nations. And they shall draw their swords against the beauty of your wisdom & they shall defile your [intelligence.]

All the [birds] of heaven shall remain upon his ruin & all the [wild animals] of the field shall [come to] his branches. To [this] end, that none of all the trees by the waters [shall] exalt themselves, [because of] their height. Neither [shall they] shoot up their top among the thick boughs.

Neither [shall] all trees stand up in their height, that drink water: for they are all delivered to death, to the [deepest] parts of the earth, with [those, who] go down to the pit, in the midst of the children of men. The Lord God says [this; On] the day when he went down to the grave, I caused mourning.

I covered the deep [waters] for him & I restrained [its] floods. And the great waters were [stopped] & I [made] Lebanon mourn for him & all the trees of the field [withered, because of] him. [Ezekiel 32:22-23 Asshur, [a.k.a. Assyria,] is there & all her [troops.]

His graves are [around] him & all of [those killed] [& have] fallen by the sword: whose graves are [put] in the sides of the pit, & her [troops all around] her graves. All of them [struck down,] fallen by the sword.]

I made the nations shake at the sound of his fall, when I [threw] him down to hell with [those, who] descend into the pit. And all the trees of Eden, all the choice & best of Lebanon, that drink water, shall be comforted in the [deepest] parts of the earth.

[Matthew 11:23-24 And you, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shall be brought down to hell. For if the mighty works, [that] have been done in you, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day. But I say to you, That it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom [on] the day of judgment, than for you.

Also, they went down into hell with him & [those, who are struck down by] the sword. And [those, who] were [under] his arm, that dwelt under his shadow in the midst of the heathen.

[Lamentations 4:20 The anointed of the Lord, the breath of our nostrils, was taken in their pits, [a.k.a. graves,] of whom we said, We shall live among the heathen under his shadow.]

To whom are you like [this] in glory & in greatness among the trees of Eden? [Still,] you shall be brought down with the trees of Eden to the [deepest] parts of the earth. You shall lie in the midst of the uncircumcised, with [those, who are struck down] by the sword, [which] is: Pharaoh & all his multitude, says the Lord God.
