About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Hosea 8:1-14 About Those Who Worship the Calf Idol in Samaria

About Those Who Worship the Calf Idol in Samaria

Hosea 8:1-14                               The Book of Hosea [in Smaller Chunks]

[Put] the trumpet to your mouth. He shall come [like] an eagle against the house of the Lord, because they have [sinned] [against] My covenant [contract] & have [sinned] against My Law.

[Deuteronomy 28:49-51 The Lord shall bring a nation against you from far [away,] from the [ends] of the earth, as swift as the eagle flies. A nation whose [language] you shall not understand. A nation of fierce [looking faces, who] don't regard, [a.k.a. respect] the [elderly,] nor [show] favor to the young.

And he shall eat the fruit, [a.k.a. offspring,] of your [livestock,] & the fruit [produced by] your land, until you [are] destroyed. Also, [who] shall not leave you either: [grain;] wine; oil, or the increase of your [cattle,] or your flocks of your sheep, until he [has] destroyed you.]

Israel shall cry [out] to Me, My God, we know you. [Titus 1:16 They profess that they know God; but they deny Him [by] abominable works, [a.k.a. deeds,] & being disobedient, & [morally corrupt toward] every good work.]

Israel shas cast off the thing that is good & the enemy shall pursue him. [Romans 12:2 And [don't conform, a.k.a. act according to,] this world: but you be transformed, [a.k.a. changed,] by the renewing of your mind, [so] that you may prove what is that: good, acceptable, & perfect will of God.]

They have [established] kings, but not by Me. They have made princes, & I [didn't] know it. They have made [themselves] idols [from] their silver & gold, [so] that they may be cut off.

[1 Kings 12:27-30 If this people go up to sacrifice in the [Lord's] house [in] Jerusalem, then the heart of this people shall [return] again to their lord, even to Rehoboam, [Judah's] king. And they shall kill me, & go again to Rehoboam, [Judah's] king.

[Upon which,] king [Jeroboam] [got advice] & made 2 calves of gold, & said to them, It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem, [to sacrifice.] [See,] your gods, O Israel, [that] brought you up, out of the land of Egypt. And he [put] 1 in Beth El, [a.k.a. Beth Aven,] & he put the other in Dan. And this thing became a sin: for the people went to worship before the 1, even to Dan.]

O Samaria, your calf has cast you off. [My] anger has [grown] against them. How long will it be [until] they attain [innocence, a.k.a. purity]? For it was from Israel & also the workman made it. Therefore, it is not God. But the calf of Samaria shall be broken in pieces.

For they have sown [what is nothing, only] wind & they shall reap, [a.k.a. harvest,] the whirlwind. It has no stalk, & [its] bud [doesn't produce flour.] If it [did produce,] the strangers [would] swallow it up. [Job 4:8 Even [like] I have seen, [those who] plow [what is] [sinful,] & sow wickedness, reap the same.]

Israel is swallowed up & now they shall be among the Gentiles, [like] a vessel [in which there] is no pleasure. [Jeremiah 22:28 Is this man, Coniah, [a.k.a Jeconiah,] a despised broken idol? Is he a vessel [in which] is no pleasure? [For this reason] they are cast out, he & his seed, [a.k.a offspring,] are cast into a land [that] they don't know?]

For they [have] gone up to Assyria, [like] a wild [mule,] alone by himself. Ephraim has hired lovers. [Jeremiah 16:10-11 And it shall [happen,] when you shall [declare] all these Words [to these] people, & they shall say to you, [For what reason has] the Lord pronounced all this great [disaster] against us? Or what is our iniquity?

Or what is our sin that we have committed against the Lord our God? Then, you shall say to them, Because your [forefathers] have [abandoned] Me, says the Lord, & have [followed] after other gods, & have served them, & worshiped them. And [they] have [abandoned] Me & haven't kept My Law.]

[Yes, although] they have hired among the nations, I will now gather them & they shall [be sorrowful] a little, for the burden of the king of princes. [2 Kings 17:3-4 Shalmaneser, [Assyria's] king, came up against [Ahaz] & Hoshea, [a.k.a. Hosea,] became his servant & gave him presents, [a.k.a tribute money or taxes.]

And the king of Assyria, found conspiracy in [Hosea: because] he had sent messengers to So, [Egypt's] king, & no [longer] brought [presents] to [Assyria's] king, [like] he had done year by year. Therefore, [Assyria's] king, shut [Hosea] up & [chained] him in prison.]

Because Ephraim has made many altars [for] sin, altars shall be [sinful] to him. [Psalm 106:36-39 And they served their idols; [that] were a snare to them. [Yes,] they sacrificed their sons & daughters to [demons.] And shed [the] blood [of the] innocent, even the blood of their sons & daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan. And the land was [defiled] with [bloodshed.]

I have written the great things [about] My Law to him, but they were [considered like] a strange thing. They sacrifice [meat] for the sacrifices of [My] offerings, & eat it. But the Lord [doesn't] accept them. He will now remember their [sinfulness,] & visit, [a.k.a. punish,] their sins & they shall return to Egypt.

[Deuteronomy 28:68 And the Lord shall bring you into Egypt again, [by] ships, & by the way [of which] I [said] to you, You shall no [longer] see it again. And you shall be sold there to your enemies for [male & female slaves,] but no man shall buy you.]

For Israel has forgotten his Maker, & [builds] temples, & Judah has multiplied fenced cities. But I will send a fire upon his cities, & it shall devour [its] palaces.

[Jeremiah 2:28 But where are your gods that you [have] made [yourselves?] For according to the number of your cities are your gods, O Judah. Let them arise, if they can save you in the time of your trouble.]
