About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Jonah 3:1-10 The 2nd Time the Lord Tells Jonah to Warn Nineveh

The 2nd Time the Lord Tells Jonah to Warn Nineveh

Jonah 3:1-10               The Book of Jonah [in Smaller Chunks]

And the Word of the Lord came to Jonah, the 2nd time, saying, Arise & go [into] Nineveh, that [large] city, & preach to it the preaching that I [requested of] you. So, Jonah arose, & went [into] Nineveh, according to the Word of the Lord. Now, Nineveh was an [exceedingly large] city, [taking a] 3 day journey [to cross it.]

And [on the 1st] [day's] journey, Jonah began to enter into the city. And [Jonah] cried [out] & said, [In only] 40 days, Nineveh shall be overthrown. [Deuteronomy 18:21-22 And if you say [within] your heart, How shall we know the Word, [that] the Lord hasn't spoken?

When a prophet speaks in the Name of the Lord, if the thing [doesn't] follow, nor [happens,] that is [what] the Lord hasn't spoken, but the prophet has spoken it, [over confidently.] You shall not be afraid of him.]

So, the people of Nineveh believed God, & proclaimed a fast, & put on sackcloth from the [powerful, even to the powerless] of them. [Matthew 12:40-41 For [since Jonah,] was 3 days & 3 nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of Man be 3 days & 3 nights in the heart of the earth.

The men of Nineveh shall rise [up] in judgment [against] this generation, & shall condemn it; because [Nineveh] repented at the preaching of [Jonah,] & [look,] a greater [One] than [Jonah] is here.]

For Word came to the king of Neineveh, & he arose from his throne, & he [took off] his robe, & covered [himself] with sackcloth, & sat in ashes. And he caused it to be proclaimed & [distributed] through [out] Nineveh by the decree of the king & his nobles, saying, neither man; [animals;] herd; nor flock, [are to] taste anything. [Don't] let them [eat], nor drink water.

[Joel 1:14 Sanctify a fast [for] [yourselves] & call a solemn assembly. Gather the elders & all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the Lord your God, & cry [out] to the Lord.]

But let [men & animals] be covered with sackcloth, & cry [out] mightily to God. [Yes,] let everyone [of] them turn from his evil [ways,] & from the violence that is in their hands.

[Isaiah 58:6-7 Isn't this the fast that I have chosen? To [loosen] the bands of wickedness, to [lighten] the heavy burdens, & to let the oppressed go free, [so] that you break every yoke?

Isn't it to deal, [a.k.a. distribute,] your bread to the hungry, & that you bring the poor, [who] are cast out, [into] your house? When you see the naked, that you cover him; & that you [don't] hide yourself from your own flesh [& blood?]

Who can tell if God will turn & [withdraw,] & turn away from His fierce anger, [so] that we [don't] perish? And God saw their works, [a.k.a. deeds,] & that they turned from their evil ways. And God [withdrew from] the [disaster,] that He had said that He would do to them; & He didn't do it.
