About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Nahum 3:1-19 Woe to the Bloody City, Full of Lies & Robbery

Woe to the Bloody City, Full of Lies & Robbery

Nahum 3:1-19        The Book of Nahum [in Smaller Chunks]

Woe to the bloody city! It is full of lies & robbery. [And they don't stop from] [plundering.] [Ezekiel 23:37-39 They have committed adultery, & blood is [on] their hands.

And they have committed adultery with their idols. And have also caused their sons, whom they [bore] to Me, to pass through the fire, to devour them, for [idols.]

[Additionally,] they have done this to Me. They have defiled My sanctuary [on] the same day, & have profaned My Sabbaths. For when they had [sacrificed] their children to their idols, then they came the same day into My sanctuary to profane it. And, [look,] they have done [this] in the midst of [My] house.]

[And neither does] the noise [from] the: whip; rattling wheels; [galloping] horses; & [jostling] chariots [stop.] The [horsemen] lift up both the bright sword & the glittering spear. And there [are] a multitude of [dead,] & a [large] number of [corpses.] And there is [no] end of their corpses.

They stumble upon their corpses: because of the multitude of the [infidelities] of the well-favored harlot, the mistress of witchcrafts, [who] sells nations through her [unfaithful harlotry,] & [sells] families through her witchcrafts.

[Isaiah 47:12-14 Now, stand with your enchantments, & with the multitude of your sorceries, [in which] you have labored from your youth. If you [are] able to [benefit,] you may prevail.

You [are tired] [with] the multitude of your [advisors.] Now, let the: astrologers; stargazers; monthly prognosticators, [a.k.a. those who predict the future every month,] stand up & save you from these things that shall [happen to] you.]

The Lord of Hosts says, [Look,] I Am against you, & I will [uncover] your skirts, [& lift them over] your face. And I will [declare to] the nations, your nakedness, & your shame[to] the kingdoms. [Hosea 2:10 And I will now [uncover] her lewdness in the sight of her lovers, & [no one] shall deliver her [from My] hand.]

And I will [throw] filth [that is] abominable, upon you, & make you vile, [a.k.a. repulsive,] & will [put] you [like] [a spectacle, to be gazed at.] And it shall [happen,] that all [those, who] look upon you, shall flee from you, & say, Nineveh is laid [to] waste. Who will [mourn for] her?

[Where] shall I seek comforters, for you? [Revelation 18:9-10 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication, [a.k.a. adultery,] & lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, & [mourn] [for] her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, standing far [away,] for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, Babylon, that mighty city! For in 1 hour your judgment [has] come.]

[Are] you better than, [very populated,] No, that was [situated] among the rivers, that had the waters [all around] it, whose rampart, [a.k.a. wall for defense,] was the sea & her wall, was from the sea?

[Jeremiah 46:25 The Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel, says; [Look,] I will punish the multitude of No, Pharaoh, & Egypt, with their gods, & their kings, even Pharaoh, & all [those, who] trust in him.]

Ethiopia & Egypt were her infinite strength, & Put & Lubim were your helpers. [Still,] she was carried away, & she went into captivity. Her young children were also dashed [into] pieces, at the top of all the streets. And they cast lots for her honorable men, & all her [important] men were bound in chains.

[2 Kings 8:12 And Hazael said, Why do you weep my lord? And [Elisha] answered, Because I know the evil that you will do to the children [people] of Israel. You will set their strongholds on fire. You will slay their young men with the sword, & will dash their children, & rip up their [pregnant] women.]

You shall also be [drunk,] & you shall be [hidden.] Also, you shall seek strength, because of the enemy. All your strongholds shall be like fir trees, with the first ripe figs. If they [are] shaken, they shall even fall into the mouth of the eater.

[Revelation 6:12-13 And I [saw] when He had opened the 6th seal, & [looked &] there was a [large] earthquake. And the sun became black [like] sackcloth [made] of hair, & the moon became [like] blood. And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, even [like] a fig tree casts her [unripe] figs, when she is shaken [by] a mighty wind.]

[Look,] your people in the midst of you, are women. The gates of your land shall be [opened] wide to your enemies. The fire shall devour your [gate's] bars. Draw [yourselves water] for the [battle,] & fortify your strongholds. Go [make bricks with the] clay, & [mix] the mortar, & make [them] strong, [fired] in the brick kiln.

There, the fire shall devour you & the sword shall cut you off. It shall eat you up, like the canker-worm. [Multiply yourselves, like] the many locusts. [Joel 1:4 [What] the palmer-worm has left, the [locusts] have eaten. [What] the [locusts] have left, the canker-worm have eaten. And [what] the canker-worm have left, the [caterpillars] have eaten.]

You have multiplied your merchants above the [number of] stars of heaven. The canker-worm [plunders] & flees away. [Revelation 18:15-18 The merchants of these things, [who] were made rich by her, shall stand [far way,] for fear of her torment.

Weeping & wailing, & saying, Alas, alas, that [large] city, that was clothed in fine linen, purple, & scarlet, & [decorated] with gold, precious stones, & pearls! For in 1 hour, [such] great riches [have] come to [nothing.]

And every ship master, [a.k.a. captain,] & all the [fleets] of ships, & sailors, as many as trade by sea, stood [far away,] & cried [out] when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is [similar] to this great city!]

[Those] [of your] crowned [officials] are [like] the locusts, & your captains [are] [like large] grasshoppers, [that stay] in the hedges [on] the cold day. But when the sun arises, they flee away, & their [hiding] place, where they are, isn't known.

O king of Assyria, your shepherds [sleep,] & your nobles shall dwell in the [dirt.] Your people [are] scattered upon the mountains, & no man gathers them. [Jeremiah 23:1-2 The Lord says, Woe be to the pastors, [a.k.a. shepherds, who] destroy & scatter the sheep of My pasture!

Therefore, the Lord God of Israel says [this,] against the pastors, [who] feed My people. You have scattered My flock, & driven them away, & haven't visited them. [Watch,] I will visit, [a.k.a. punish,] you [for] the evil of your actions.]

There is no healing [for] your [injury] & your wound is grievous. [Ezekiel 34:15-16 The Lord God says, I will feed my flock, & I will cause them to lie down. I will seek [those, who] were lost, & bring again, [those, who were] driven away.

And will [bandage] up, [what] was broken, & will strengthen, [those, who were] sick. But I will destroy the fat & the strong, [a.k.a. powerful.] I will feed them with judgment, [a.k.a. justice.]

All, [who] hear the [news] of you, shall clap [their] hands over you. For whom, hasn't your wickedness continually [affected?] [Zephaniah 2:15 Is this the rejoicing city, that dwelt [securely,] & said, in her heart, I am, & there [are] none [besides] me? How she [has] become a desolation & a place for [animals] to lie down in! Everyone, [who] passes by her, shall hiss, & shall [shake] his hand.]
