About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Mark 9:1-50 The Transfiguration of Jesus Christ, God's Son

The Transfiguration of Jesus Christ, God's Son

Mark 9:1-50          The Gospel According to Mark [in Smaller Chunks]

And [Jesus] said to them, [Truly,] I say to you, That there [are] some of them, [who] stand here, [who] shall not taste of death, [until] they have seen the Kingdom of God come with power.

And after 6 days, Jesus [took] with Him: Peter, James, & John, & [led] them up into [a] high mountain, [separated,] by themselves. And [Jesus] was transfigured [in front of] them.

And [Jesus' clothing] became shining & [exceedingly] white [like] snow. [Such,] as no [launderer] on earth [could whiten] them. And [Elijah] & Moses, appeared to them there. And they were talking with Jesus.

And Peter [responded] & said to Jesus, Master, [a.k.a. Teacher,] It is good for us to be here, & Let us make 3 tabernacles, [a.k.a. tents, or shelters.] One for You, & one for Moses, & one for [Elijah.]

*And a cloud was there that overshadowed them. And a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is My beloved Son: hear Him. And suddenly, when they had looked [all around,] they saw no man anymore, [except] only Jesus, with themselves.

*And as they came down from the mountain, [Jesus ordered] them that they should tell no man [about] what things they had seen, [until] the Son of Man [was] risen from the dead. [Luke 24:5-8 *And they were afraid, & as they bowed down their faces to the [ground, the Angels] said to them, Why do you seek the living among the dead?

[Jesus] isn't here, but [has] risen. Remember how He [spoke] to you, when He was [still] in Galilee, saying, The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, & be crucified, & rise again the third day. And they remembered His Words.]

And they kept that saying [within] themselves, questioning one another [about] what the rising from the dead should mean. And they asked [Jesus,] saying, Why [do] the scribes say that [Elijah] must first come?

*And [Jesus] answered, & told them, [Truly, Elijah comes] first, & [restores] all things. And how it is written [in the Scriptures] [about] the Son of Man, [in order] that He must suffer many things, & be set at nought, [a.k.a. regarded as nothing.]

But I say to you, That indeed [Elijah has] come, & they have done to him, [whatever] they [wanted, as it is written of him. [Matthew 17:13 Then, the disciples understood that [Jesus spoke] to them [about] John the Baptist.]

And when [Jesus] came to His disciples, He saw a [large] multitude [around] them, & the scribes [disputing] with them. And [right away,] all the people were greatly amazed, when they [saw Jesus,] & running to Him, [greeted] Him. And [Jesus] asked the scribes, What question [do] you have with them?

And one of the multitude answered, & said, Master, [a.k.a. Teacher,] I have brought to You my son, [who] has a [mute] spirit. And [wherever the demon takes] him, [it throws] him [down.] And he [foams] [at the mouth,] & gnashes with his teeth, & pines away, [a.k.a. weakens.]

And I [spoke] to Your disciples, [so] that they [could] cast [it] out, & they couldn't. [Jesus] answered him, & [said,] O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I [bear with] you? Bring him to Me. And they brought him to [Jesus.]

And when he saw [Jesus, immediately] the spirit, [a.k.a. demon, threw] him [down,] & he fell foaming, [rolling around] on the ground. And [Jesus] asked his father, How long ago [has] it [been] since this came [upon] him? And he said, [Since] a child.

And it has [oftentimes thrown] him into the fire, & into the waters, to destroy him. But if You [can] do anything, have compassion on us, & help us. Jesus said to him, If you [can] believe, all things are possible to him, [who believes.]

And [immediately,] the father of the child cried out, & said with tears, Lord, I believe. You, help my unbelief. *When Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the [demon,] saying to [it,] You [mute] & deaf spirit, I charge you, [to] come out of him, & no [longer] enter into him.

And the spirit cried [out,] & [severely convulsed] him, & came out of him. And he was [like someone] dead; [in] that, many said, He is dead. But Jesus took him by the hand, & lifted him up; & he arose.

[Psalm 103:2-4 * Bless the Lord, O my soul, & [don't] forget all His benefits; Who forgives all your [sins;] Who heals all your diseases; Who redeems your life from destruction; Who [crowns] you with loving kindness & tender mercies.]

And when [Jesus had] come into the house, His disciples asked Him privately, Why couldn't we cast him out? And [Jesus] said to them, This [type] can come [out] by nothing, [except] by prayer & fasting. And they departed [from] [there] & [crossed] through Galilee.

And [Jesus didn't] [want] that any man should know it. *For [Jesus] taught His disciples & said to them, The Son of Man is [being] delivered into the hands of men, & they shall kill HIm. And after that He is killed, He shall rise the third day.] [But they [didn't understand] that saying, & were afraid to ask Him.

Mark 16:6-7 *And [the Angel] said to them, [Don't] be frightened. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, [Who] was crucified. He is risen. He isn't here. [Look] [at] the place where they laid Him. *But go [on] your way, & tell His disciples & Peter, that [Jesus] goes before you into Galilee. There you shall see Him, [like] He said to you.]

And [Jesus] came to Capernaum; & being in the house, [Jesus] asked them, What was it that you disputed among yourself by the [road?] But they held their peace: for by the [road] they had disputed among themselves, [about] who [would] be the greatest.

And [Jesus] sat down & called the 12, & [said] to them, If any man [desires] to be first, the same shall be last of all, & servant of all. [Matthew 23:11-12 But he, [who] is greatest among you, shall be your servant. And [whoever] shall exalt himself, shall be [brought low,] & he, [who] shall humble himself, shall be [lifted up.]

And [Jesus] took a child, & [put] him in the midst of them. And when [Jesus] had taken him in His arms, He said to them, [Whoever] shall receive one of such children in My Name, receives Me. And [whoever] shall receive Me, [doesn't] receive Me, but Him, [Who] sent Me.

And John answered [Jesus,] saying, Master, [a.k.a. Teacher,] we saw one casting out [demons] in Your Name, & he [didn't follow] us:] & we [forbid] him, because he [didn't follow] us.

But Jesus said, [Don't] forbid him: for there is no man, [who] shall do a miracle in My Name, [who] can lightly speak evil [about] Me. For he, [who] isn't against us, is on our [side.]

For [whoever] shall give you a cup of water to drink in My Name, because you belong to Christ, [truly,] I say to you, he shall not lose his reward. And [whoever] shall offend one of these little ones, [who] believe in Me, it is better for him, that a millstone, [a.k.a. stone for grinding flour at the mill,] were [hung around] his neck, & he were [thrown] into the sea.

And if your hand [offends] you, [a.k.a. makes you sin,] it is better for you to enter into life [disfigured,] than go into hell having 2 hands, into the fire that shall never be quenched, [a.k.a. put out.] Where their worm [doesn't die,] & the fire isn't quenched.

And if your foot [offends] you, cut it off. It's better for you to enter into life [lame,] than having 2 feet, & to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched, where their worm [doesn't die,] & the fire isn't quenched

And if your eye [offends] you, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter into the Kingdom of God with one eye, than have two eyes & to be cast into hell fire: where their worm [doesn't die,] & the fire isn't quenched. For everyone shall be salted with fire, & every sacrifice shall be salted with salt.

[Matthew 5:13 You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt [has] lost [its flavor, with what] shall it be salted? It is [from then on,] good for nothing, but to be [thrown] out & to be [trampled] under [the] feet of men.

Salt is good: but if the salt [has] lots [its saltiness, with what] will you season it? Have sat [within] yourselves, & have peace [with] one another. [Colossians 4:6 Let your speech [always] be with grace, seasoned with salt, [so] that you may know how you [should] answer every man.]
