About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

John 16:1-33 Jesus Tells His Disciples, He Is to Join the Father, Who Will Send the Holy Spirit

Jesus Tells His Disciples, He Is to Join the Father, Who Will Send the Holy Spirit

John 16:1-33          The Gospel According to John [in Smaller Chunks]

I have spoken these things to you, [so] that you shouldn't be offended, [a.k.a. made to stumble.] They shall put you out of the synagogue. The time [comes,] that [whoever kills] you, will think that he does God a service. [Acts 12:1-3 Now, about that time, king Herod stretched [out] his hands to [harass some] of the church.

And he killed James with [a] sword, the brother of John. And because [Herod] saw that it pleased the Jews, he further proceeded to [seize] Peter also. (The Days of Unleavened Bread were then.)]

And they will do these things to you, because they haven't known the Father, nor Me. But I have told you these things, [so] that you may remember that I told them [to] you. And I [didn't] say these things at the beginning, because I was with you. [John 14:26 But the Comforter, [Who] is the Holy Ghost, [a.k.a. Holy Spirit,] Whom the Father will send in My Name, He shall teach you all things, & [remind] you all things [of] [whatever] I said to you.]

None of you [ask,] Me, [Where] [do] You go? But, now, I go [on] My way to Him, [Who] sent Me. But because I have said these things to you, sorrow has filled your heart. [Matthew 17:22-23 *And while they [stayed] in Galilee, Jesus said to them, The Son of Man shall be betrayed into the hands of men. *And they shall kill Him. And the 3rd day, He shall be raised again. And they were [exceedingly] sorry.]

[However,] I tell you the Truth. It is expedient, [a.k.a. advantageous,] or you that I go away. For if I [don't] go away, the Comforter won't come to you. But if I depart, I will send Him to you. And when [the Holy Spirit has] come, He will [show] the world: [the guilt] of [their] sin, & [show them:] righteousness, & judgment, [a.k.a. justice.]

[Acts 2:31-38 *[David,] seeing this [beforehand spoke about] the resurrection of Christ. That His soul was not left in hell, & neither did His flesh see corruption, [a.k.a. decay.] This Jesus, God [has] raised up, [of which] we are all witnesses.

*Therefore, being exalted by the right hand of God, & having received the promise of the Holy Ghost, [a.k.a. Holy Spirit, from] the Father, He [has produced] this, which we now see & hear. For David [hasn't] ascended into the heavens. But [David,] himself [said,] The Lord said to my Lord, You sit on My right hand [side,] until I make Your [enemies,] Your footstool.

Therefore, let all the house of Israel [certainly] know, that God [has] made that same Jesus, Whom you have crucified, both Lord & Christ. Now, when they heard this, they were [pierced] in their [hearts,] & said to Peter & to the rest of the apostles, Men & brethren, what shall we do. Then, Peter said to them, Repent & be baptized, everyone of you in the Name of Jesus Christ, for the remission, [a.k.a. forgiveness,] of sins, & you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.]

[The Holy Spirit will [show] them: [about] sin, because they don't believe [in] Me; [about] righteousness, because I go to My Father, & you shall no [longer] see Me; [about] judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. [Revelation 12:9-11 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, [a.k.a. snake,] called the Devil, & Satan, [that deceives] the whole world, & he was cast out into the earth, & his angels were cast out with him.

And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now Salvation, strength, & the Kingdom of our God, & the power of His Christ [have] come, for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them day & night before our God. And by the Blood of the Lamb, & by the Word of their testimony, they overcame him. And they [didn't] love their lives, [a.k.a. risked their lives, until] death.]

[However,] when He, the Spirit of Truth, [has] come, He will guide you to all Truth. For He shall not speak of Himself; but [whatever] He shall hear. [So,] that He shall speak, & He will [declare] to you things to come. [Revelation 1:18-19 I Am He, Who lives, & was dead. And, [look,] I Am Alive forever more. Amen. And [I] have the keys of hell & death. Write the things, [that] you [have] seen, & the things [that] are, & the things [that] shall be [after this.

He shall glorify Me: for He shall receive [what is:] Mine, & shall [declare] it to you. [John 15:26-27 But when the Comforter [has] come, Whom I will send to you from the Father, even the Spirit of Truth, He shall testify [about] Me. And also you shall bear witness, [a.k.a. testify,] because you have been with Me from the beginning.]

All things that the Father [has] are Mine. [That's why,] I said that He shall take [what is:] Mine, & shall [declare] it to you. [Matthew 11:27 All things are delivered to Me [from] My Father. And no man [knows] the Son, but the Father. Neither [does] any man [know] the Father, [except] the Son, & he to [whomever] the Son will reveal Him.]

A little while, & you shall not see Me. And again, a little while, & you shall see Me, because I go to the Father. [John 12:35-36 Then, Jesus said to them, [Still,] a little while the Light is with you. Walk while you have the Light, lest darkness [comes] upon you. For he, [who walks] in darkness, [doesn't know where] he [goes.] While you have Light, believe in the Light, [so] that you may be the children of Light. Jesus [spoke] these things, & departed, & [hid] Himself from them.]

Then, some of [Jesus'] disciples said among themselves, What is this, that He [says] to us, A little while, & you shall not see Me: & again, a little while, & you shall see me. And [says,] Because I go to the Father. [That's why] they said, What is this, that He [says,] A little while? We can't tell what He [says.]

Now, Jesus knew that they [desired] to ask Him, & said to them, Do you [inquire] among yourselves [about what] I said, A little while, & you shall not see Me: and again, a little while, & you shall see Me? [Very, truly,] I say to you, That you shall weep, & [mourn,] but the world shall rejoice. *And you shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.

[John 20:18-20 *Mary Magdalene came & told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, & that He had spoken these things to her. Then, the same day, being the 1st day of the week, at evening, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, Jesus came & stood in the [middle,] & [said,] to them, Peace be to you. And when [Jesus] had said  [this,] He [showed] His hands & His side to them. Then, the disciples were glad, when they saw the Lord.]

A woman, when she is in [labor] has sorrow, because her hour [has] come. But as soon as she [has] delivered the child, she no [longer remembers] the anguish, for joy, that a man is born into the world. *Therefore, now, you have sorrow: but I will see you again, & your heart shall rejoice. And no man [shall] [take] your joy from you.

[Revelation 1:5-8 *And from Jesus Christ, Who is the faithful Witness, & the first begotten [from] the dead, & the Prince, [a.k.a. Ruler] of the kings of the earth. [From] Him, [Who] loved us, & washed us from our sins in His Own Blood. And [has] made us kings & priests to God & [to] His Father. To Him be glory & dominion, [a.k.a. power or authority,] forever & ever. Amen. [Look,] He [comes] with clouds, & every eye shall see Him, & also [those, who] pierced Him. And all the [families] of the earth shall wail because of Him. Even so, Amen. I Am [the] Alpha & Omega, the Beginning, & the Ending, [says] the Lord, [Who] is, [Who] was, & [Who] is to come, the Almighty.

And [on] that day, you shall ask Me nothing, [Very, truly,] I say to you, [Whatever] you shall ask the Father in My Name, He will give you it. [James 1:5-7 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask [for wisdom] [from] God, [Who] gives [it] liberally, [a.k.a. generously,] to all men, & [doesn't scold.] And it shall be given [to] him. But let him ask in faith, [not] wavering. For he, [who wavers,] is like a wave of the sea, driven with the wind & tossed. For [don't] let man think that he shall receive, [a.k.a deserve,] anything [from] the Lord.]

[Up until now,] you have asked nothing in My Name. Ask, & you shall receive, [so] that your joy may be full. *I have spoken these things to you in proverbs. [Psalm 78:1-4 O My people, [listen] to My Law. [Lean] your ears to the Words of My mouth. *I will open My mouth in a parable. I will utter dark sayings of old: [that] we have heard & known, & our [forefathers] have told us. We won't hide them from their children, [declaring] the praises of the Lord, & His strength, & His wonderful works, [a.k.a. Miracles,] that He [has] done to the generation to come.]

But the time [comes,] when I shall no [longer] speak to you in proverbs but I shall [declare] [it to] you plainly [from] the Father. [On] that day, you shall ask in My Name. And I [didn't] say to you, that I will pray [to] the Father for you. For the Father, Himself [loves] you, because you have loved Me, & have believed that I came from God. [John 14:23 Jesus answered & said to him, If a man [loves] Me, he will keep My Words: & My Father will love him. And we will come to him, & make our [home] with him.]

I came [out] from the Father, & Am come into the world. Again, I leave the world, & go to the Father. [Jesus'] disciples said to Him, [See,] now You speak plainly, [a.k.a. clearly,] & [don't] speak [any proverbs.] Now, we are sure that You [know] all things, & [don't need] that any man should ask You. But we believe this, that You [came] forth from God.

Jesus answered them, Do you now believe? *[Watch,] the hour [comes, & yes has] now come, that you shall be scattered, every man to his own, & shall leave Me alone. [Mark 14:47-50 And one of them, [who] stood by, drew a sword, & [struck] the servant of the high priest, & cut off his ear. And Jesus answered & said to them, [Have] you come out, [like] against a thief, with swords & [clubs] to take Me? I was with you daily in the temple teaching, & you [didn't] take Me. But the Scriptures must be fulfilled. *And they all [abandoned Jesus,] & fled.]

And [still] I Am not alone, because the Father is with Me. I have spoken these things to you, [so] that [through] Me you might have peace. *You shall have tribulation in the world. [2 Timothy 3:11-12 *Persecutions & afflictions came to me at: Antioch; Iconium; & Lystra; [which] persecutions I endured. But the Lord delivered me out of them all. [Yes,] all [who] will live godly in Christ Jesus, shall suffer persecution.]

But be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. [Romans 8:37-39 [Not so,] in all these things we are more than conquerors, through [Jesus Christ Who] loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither: death; nor life; nor angels; nor principalities, [a.k.a. evil spirits;] nor powers; nor [any] things present, [a.k.a. here now;] nor things to come; nor height; nor depth; nor any other creature, [a.k.a. being;] shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.]
