About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible:

About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

2 Corinthians 4:1-18 Sharing Our Faith in Christ Through Ministry

Sharing Our Faith in Christ Through Ministry

2 Corinthians 4:1-18   Paul's 2nd Epistle to the Corinthians [in Smaller Chunks]

Therefore, we [don't faint, a.k.a. give up, since] we have this ministry, [like] we have received mercy. But [we] have renounced, [a.k.a. rejected,] the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking, [a.k.a. following,] in: craftiness, [a.k.a. devious plots; nor deceitfully handling, [a.k.a. misrepresenting,] the Word of God.

But [the Word of God was shared] [through] [the] manifestation, [a.k.a. revealing] the Truth. [John 14:6-7 Jesus [said] to him, I Am the Way, the Truth, & the Life. No man [comes] to the father, [except] by me. If you had known Me, you should have also known My father. And [from now on] you know Him, & have seen Him.]

Commending, [a.k.a. entrusting,] ourselves, in the sight of God, to [enlighten] every man's conscience. But if our Gospel [we share about Jesus Christ] [is hidden,] it is [hidden] to [those, who] are lost: in whom the [worldly gods have] blinded the minds of [those, who don't] believe, lest the Light of the glorious Gospel [about] Christ, Who is [in] the image of God, should Shine to them.

[Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let Us make man in Our Image, [according to] Our Likeness. And let them have dominion, [a.k.a. control,] over: the fish of the sea; the [birds] of the air; the cattle, [a.k.a. livestock;] over all the earth; & over every creeping thing that [creeps] upon the earth.]

For we [don't] preach ourselves, but [through] Christ Jesus, the Lord, [& we,] ourselves [are] your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, [has] shined [within] our hearts. [Genesis 1:3-4 And God said, let there be light. And there was light. And God saw the light, & that it was good. And God divided the light from the darkness.]

[*In order] to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God, in [front of] the face of Jesus Christ. [Isaiah 9:2 *The people [who] walked in darkness have seen a great Light. [Those, who] dwell in the land of the shadow of death, the Light [has] shined upon them.]

But we have this treasure in earthen, [a.k.a. clay,] vessels, [so] that the [excellence] of [the Lord's] power may be [from] God, & not [from] us. [1 Corinthians 2:5 That your faith shouldn't stand [on] the wisdom of men, but [on] the power of God.]

On every side, we are troubled, [still] not distressed. We are perplexed, but [are] not in despair. [We are] persecuted, but not forsaken, [a.k.a. abandoned.] [We are] cast down, but not destroyed.

Always [carrying around] in [our] body, the [death] of the Lord Jesus, [so] that [Jesus'] life might also be made manifest, [a.k.a. apparent,] in our body. For we [who] live are always [at risk of being] delivered to death for Jesus' sake, [so] that [Jesus'] life might be made [apparent] in our mortal, [a.k.a. perishable,] flesh.

So, then death [works through] us, but life [works] [through] you. We [have] the same spirit of faith, [like] it is written [in the Scriptures,] I believed, & therefore, I have spoken. We also believe, & therefore [we] speak [about the death & resurrection of Jesus Christ.]

Knowing that He, [Who] raised up the Lord Jesus, shall also by Jesus raise us up, & shall present us with you. [Revelation 3:5-6 He [who overcomes,] the same [person] shall be clothed in white [garments.] And I won't blot out his name [from] the Book of Life, but I will confess his name [in front of] My Father, & before His Angels. He [who] has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit [says] to the churches.

For all [these] things are [done] for your sakes, [so] that through many [giving thanks,] the abundant grace [of God] might [abound] to [God's] glory. For [this reason,] we [don't] faint, [a.k.a. give up.]

[Although,] our outward man, [a.k.a. human body, perishes, still] the inward man is renewed day by day. [Colossians 3:9-10 [Don't] lie to one another, [since] you have put off the old man with [its] deeds; & have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge, [according to] the image of Him, [Who] created him.]

For our affliction [is] light, which [exists] but for a moment, & for us [works] a far more [extraordinary] & eternal [measure] of glory. While we [don't] look at the things [that] are seen, but at the things [that] aren't seen. For the things [that] are seen, are temporal, [a.k.a. related to this world;] but the things [that] aren't seen, are eternal.

[Colossians 3:1-2 Then if you [want to] be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ [sits] on the right hand [side] of God. Set your affection, [a.k.a. love or desires,] on things above, & not on things on the earth.]
