About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Colossians 3:1-25 You Are One in Christ, Who Is All, & Is Within All

You Are One in Christ, Who Is All, & Is Within All

Colossians 3:1-25     Paul's Epistle to the Colossians [in Smaller Chunks]

Then, if you [are] risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ [sits] on the right hand [side] of God. [Revelation 3:20-21 [Watch,] I stand at the door & knock. If any man [hears] My voice, & [opens] the door, I will come in to him, & will [dine] with him, & he with Me. I will grant to him [who overcomes] to sit with Me [on] My throne, even [like] I overcame & Am [sitting] down with My Father [on] His throne.

[Focus] your [affections] on [heavenly] things above, & not on [worldly] things on the earth. For you are dead [to sin,] & your life is [hidden] [from the lusts of this world] with Christ [through] God. [Romans 6:10-12 In that, [Christ] died, He died to sin once [for all,] but in that [Christ] lives, He [lives] unto God. You, [also consider] yourselves to be indeed dead to sin, but alive to God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Therefore, [don't] let sin [rule] in your mortal, [a.k.a. perishable,] body, [so] that you [don't] obey it & [its] lusts.]

When Christ, Who is our life, shall appear, then you shall also appear with Him in glory. [Revelation 3:5-6 *And from Jesus Christ, Who is the faithful witness, & the first-begotten [from] the dead, & the Prince of the kings of the earth. [To] Him, Who loved us, & washed us from our sins in His Own Blood. And [has] made us kings & priests to God, & to His Father. To Him be glory, & dominion, [a.k.a. power.] forever & ever. Amen.]

Therefore, [while] upon the earth, mortify, [a.k.a. deaden or restrain,] your [body] members, [of:] fornication, [a.k.a. adultery;] evil concupiscence, [a.k.a. lusts;] & covetousness, [a.k.a. greed;] [& all things] which [are] idolatry.

The wrath of God [comes] on the children, [a.k.a. people,] of disobedience, for the sake [of these] [things.] [Romans 6:21-23 What fruit [did] you have then, in those things [of which] you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death. But now, being made free from sin, & [have] become servants to God, you have your fruit [which leads] to holiness, & the end [is] Everlasting Life. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is Eternal Life, through Jesus Christ our Lord.]

In which, you also [sometimes followed,] when you lived in them. But now, you also put off all these: anger; wrath, [a.k.a. rage;] malice, [a.k.a. spitefulness;] blasphemy, [a.k.a. disrespect toward the Lord God;] filthy communication [from] your mouth, [a.k.a. profanity or obscenities.]

[Don't lie to one another, [since] you have put off the old man with [its] deeds. And [you] have put on the new man, [who] is renewed in knowledge, [according to] the image of [the Lord God, Who] created him. [Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let Us make man in Our image, [according to] Our likeness. And let them have dominion, [a.k.a. authority,] over: the fish of the sea; the [birds] of the air; the cattle, [a.k.a. livestock;] & over all the earth, & over every creeping thing that [creeps] upon the earth.]

[In which] there is neither Greek, [a.k.a. Gentiles,] nor Jew; circumcision, nor uncircumcision; Barbarian; Scythian; bond, [a.k.a. slaves,] nor fee; but Christ is [within] all [for] all.

Therefore, as the elect, [a.k.a. chosen,] of God, holy & beloved, put on [within you:] mercies, [a.k.a. compassion;] kindness; [humble minds;] meekness, [a.k.a. gentleness;] long-suffering, [a.k.a. patience;] forbearing, [a.k.a. being self-controlled;] & forgiving one another.

If any man [has] a quarrel against [anyone:] even [like] Christ forgave you, you do so also. And above all these things, put on charity, [a.k.a. love,] which is the bond, [a.k.a. union,] of [perfection.] [Ephesians 4:2-3 With all [humbleness & gentleness;] with [patience,] forbearing one another in love; endeavoring to keep the unity of the [Holy] Spirit in the bond of peace.]

And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, & be thankful, & [about these] which you are also called [to do as] one body. Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching & admonishing, [a.k.a. correcting or warning,] one another [with:] psalms, hymns, & spiritual songs, singing in your hearts to the Lord with grace.

And [whatever] you do, in word or deed, do all in the Name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God, the Father [through Jesus.] Wives, submit, [a.k.a. yield,] yourselves to your own husbands, [like] it is [appropriate] in the Lord.

Husbands, love your wives, & [don't] be bitter against them. Children, obey your parents in all things. For this is well-pleasing to the Lord. Fathers, [don't] provoke your children to anger, lest they [are] discouraged.

Servants, obey all things your [earthly] masters [request.] Not with eye-service, [a.k.a. only when the masters are watching, like] men-pleasers, but [with sincere] [hearts,] fearing, [a.k.a. respecting,] God. And [whatever] you do, do it heartily, [a.k.a. enthusiastically, like] to the Lord, & not to men.

Knowing that you shall receive the reward of the inheritance [from] the Lord: for you serve the Lord Christ. But he, [who does] [what is:] wrong, shall receive [the consequence] for the wrong he [has] done.

And there is no respect of persons, [a.k.a. there is no partiality for people or their status.] [Romans 2:11 For there is no respect of [people] with God, [a.k.a. God is impartial.]
