About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

How to Care For & Treat the Elderly Widows & Family

1st Timothy 5:1-25            Paul's 1st Epistle to Timothy [in Smaller Chunks]

[Don't scold] an elder, but [treat] him [like] a father, & [treat] the younger men, [like] brethren, [a.k.a. fellow-believers.] [Treat] the [older] women [like] mothers; [& treat] the younger [females] [like] sisters, with all purity.

[Honor] widows, [who] indeed, [a.k.a. truly,] are widows. But if any widow [has] children or [grandchildren,] let them 1st learn to [display] piety, [a.k.a. devotion to God,] at home, & to requite, [a.k.a. repay,] their parents: for that is good, & acceptable before God.

Now, she is [truly] a widow, [who] [is] desolate, [a.k.a. alone,] & [trusts] in God, & [continues] in: [petitions] & prayers night & day. But she [who lives] in pleasure, is dead [through sin,] while she lives. [Ephesians 2:5 Even when we were dead [through] [our] sins [God] [has] quickened, [a.k.a. given life to,] us together with Christ, & (you are saved by grace.)]

And [command] these things [are taken care of] [so] that they may be blameless, [a.k.a. without blame.] But if [anyone doesn't] provide for his own [relatives,] [especially] for those of his own [household,] he [has] denied [his responsibility in] the faith, & is worse than an infidel, [a.k.a. non-beliver.]

[Don't take] a widow, having been the wife of 1 man, under [the age of] 60 years old. [Acts 6:1 And [during] those days, when the number of the disciples [had] multiplied, there arose [Greeks grumbling] against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily [distribution] [of food.]

[The widows selected should be:] well [known] for good works, [a.k.a. good deeds;] if she [has:] brought up, [a.k.a. raised,] children; lodged strangers; washed the feet [of the Lord God's] saints; relieved the afflicted; & if she [has] diligently followed [in the doctrine of Jesus Christ, through] every good work.

But refuse the younger widows: for when they have begun to [grow desirous of male company,] they will marry, [& may be led astray from] Christ, having [condemnation,] because they have first cast [away,] their faith [in Jesus Christ.]

And [additionally,] they learn to be: idle, & [wander around] from house to house. And not only idle, but also [they are:] tattlers, [a.k.a. gossips,] & busybodies, [a.k.a. meddlers, saying] things which they [shouldn't.]

Therefore, I [want] that the younger women: marry; bear children; [manage] the [household;] & [not] give [any] occasion to the adversary, [a.k.a. enemy,] to speak [disgracefully] [about them.] For some [have] already turned aside, [a.k.a. have gone astray,] after Satan.

If any man or woman [who believes has] widows, let them relieve, [a.k.a. assist,] them, & [don't] let the church be charged, [a.k.a. responsible.] [So,] that [the church] may relieve [those who] are [truly] widows.

Let the elders, [who] rule well, be [considered] worthy of double [honor,] especially [those] who [labor,] in [sharing] the Word [of God] & [share Jesus Christ's] doctrine. For the Scripture [says,] You [shall] not muzzle the ox, that [tramples down,] the corn. And, [the Scripture says,] The [laborer] is worthy of his reward.

[Don't] receive an accusation against an elder, but [only] [in front of] 2 or 3 witnesses. [Scold those, who] sin [in front of] all, [so] that others may also fear, [a.k.a. respect,] [the Lord God.]

I [command] you before God; the Lord Jesus Christ; & the elect, [a.k.a. chosen,] Angels, that you observe these things, without preferring one before another, [not] doing [anything] [through] partiality. [Deuteronomy 1:17 In judgment, you shall not respect persons, [a.k.a. show favoritism,] but you shall hear the [powerless,] as well as the [powerful.] You shall not be afraid of the face of [a] man; for the judgment is God's: & bring to me, [a.k.a. Moses,] the [case] that is too hard for you, & I will hear it.]

[Don't suddenly lay hands on, [a.k.a. seize,] [any] man, & neither be [a] [participant] of other men's sins. Keep yourself pure. No longer drink water, but use a little wine for [the] sake [of] your [stomach,] & your often infirmities, [a.k.a. frequent illnesses.]

Some men's sins are open, [a.k.a. are visible,] beforehand, before going to [court for] judgment. And some men follow after [them,] [& do the same thing.] [

[Furthermore,] the good works, [a.k.a. good deeds,] of some are manifest, [a.k.a. made apparent,] beforehand. [Matthew 6:1-2 [Pay attention,] that you don't [present] your alms, [a.k.a. charitable donations, in front of] men, to be seen [by] them. Otherwise, you have no reward [from] your Father, [Who] is in heaven. Therefore, when you [do] [present] your alms, don't sound a trumpet [in front of] you, [like] the hypocrites do in the synagogues, & in the streets, [so] that they may have glory [from] men. [Truly,] I say to you, They have their reward.]

And [those, who] [do] otherwise, [a.k.a. who donate discreetly,] can't be [hidden.] [Matthew 6:3-4 But when you [do] [present] your alms, [don't] let your left hand know what your right hand [does. So] that your alms may be [presented] in secret. And your Father, [Who] sees in secret, shall reward you openly, Himself.]
