About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: Since the Lord had it on my heart to write this blog, I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Hebrews 10:1-39 The One Time Offering that Leads to Eternal Life

The One Time Offering that Leads to Eternal Life

Hebrews 10:1-39    Paul's Epistle to the Hebrews [in Smaller Chunks]

For the Law [of Moses,] [foreshadowed, a.k.a. foretold,] of good things to come, [but] not the [exact] image of [those] things. [The priests, who] continually offered, year by year, can never make [those who came there] perfect with those sacrifices. For [if they had made the people perfect,] then, wouldn't they have [stopped being] offered?

Because once purged, [a.k.a. cleansed,] the worshipers, [would] no [longer] have had [awareness] of sins. But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance made [for] sins, again every year. For it isn't possible that the blood of bulls & goats [could] take away sins.

*[For this reason,] when [Jesus Christ came] into the world, He [said,] You, [don't want sacrifices & offerings,] but You [have] prepared Me a body. You [have] had no pleasure in burnt offerings & sacrifices for sin.

Then, I said, [Look,] I come to do Your will, O God. (It is written [about] Me, in the volume of the book, [a.k.a. scroll.) [About] when [king David] said, You [would] not [have] [sacrifices; offerings;] burnt offerings; & [offerings] for sin, & neither [did You] [have] pleasure [in those, that] are offered [through] the Law [of Moses.]

*Then [Jesus Christ] said, [Look] I come to do Your will, O God. [God takes] away the 1st [Covenant, a.k.a. contract,] [so] that He may establish the 2nd [Covenant.] By which, we are sanctified through the offering of Jesus [Christ's] body, once for all. [Hebrews 9:12-14 [Christ] entered into the Holy Place once, having obtained Eternal Redemption for us [not] by the blood of goats & calves, but by His Own Blood. If the blood of bulls, & goats, & [a heifer's] ashes [sprinkled] [on] the unclean, [was able to] [sanctify for] the purifying, [a.k.a. cleansing,] of the flesh, how much more [significant] shall the Blood of Christ [be,] Who offered Himself without spot, [a.k.a. without sin,] to God, through the Eternal [Holy] Spirit, [to] purge, [a.k.a. cleanse,] your conscience from dead works, [a.k.a. counterproductive deeds,] [in order] to serve the Living God?]

And every priest [stands] daily ministering & offering the same sacrifices [often,] which can never take away sins. *But [Jesus Christ, born as a] Man, after He had offered [Himself,] One sacrifice for sins forever, & sat down on the right hand of God. [Revelations 3:20-22 [Watch,] I stand at the door, & knock. If any man [hears] My voice, & [opens] the door, I will come in to him, & will [dine] with him, & he with Me. I will grant to him, [who overcomes] to sit with Me [on] My throne, even [like] I also overcame, & Am [sitting] down with My Father [on] His throne. He, [who has] an ear, let him hear what the [Holy] Spirit  [says] to the churches.]

*From [then on, waiting until] [God made] His enemies, His footstool. [Psalm 110:1 *The Lord said to my Lord, You sit at My right hand [side,] until I make Your enemies Your footstool.]

For by One offering, He [has] perfected [those, who] are [now] sanctified forever. [For this reason,] the Holy Ghost, [a.k.a. Holy Spirit,] is also a witness to us. For after that, He said, [what God said] before. *This is the Covenant that I will make with them, after those days, [says] the Lord. I will put My Laws into their hearts, & I will write them in their minds. And I will no [longer] remember their sins & iniquities. [Jeremiah 31:33-34 * But this shall be the Covenant that I will make with the house of Israel. The Lord [says,] After those days, I will put My Law [within] them, & write it [within] their hearts; & will be their God, & they shall be My people. *And no [longer] shall every man teach: his neighbor & his brother, saying, Know the Lord. For they shall all know Me, from the [powerless] to the [powerful] of them, [says] the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, & I will no [longer] remember their sin.]

Now, where [there is] remission, [a.k.a. forgiveness,] of [sins,] there is no [other] sin offering [needed.] Therefore brethren, [a.k.a. fellow-believers,] by having [forgiveness through] the Blood of Jesus, [boldly] enter into the Holiest [Place.] [Through] living a new way, [that Jesus Christ has] consecrated, [a.k.a. sanctified,] for us, through, the veil, that is to say, [through the sacrifice of:] [Jesus Christ's] flesh. [Leviticus 4:5-6 And the priest [who] is anointed shall take the [bull's] blood, & bring it to the tabernacle of the congregation. And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, & sprinkle the blood 7 times before the Lord, [in front of] the [veil] of the sanctuary.]

And having [Jesus Christ as] [a] High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart, from an evil conscience, having our hearts sprinkled, [a.k.a. cleansed,] [by the blood He shed on the cross for us,] & our bodies washed in pure water, [fully assured through] faith [in our Lord's forgiving grace.]

Let us hold fast, [a.k.a. tight to,] the profession of our faith, without wavering. [James 1:5-7 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask [for wisdom] [from] God, [Who gives] [wisdom] to all men liberally, [a.k.a. freely,] & [doesn't] [scold.] And it shall be given to him. But let him ask in faith, [not] wavering. For he [who wavers] is like a wave of the sea, driven [by] the wind, & tossed. For [don't] let that man think that he shall [deserve] anything from the Lord.]

(For [the Lord God, Who] promised, is faithful.) And let us [be] [considerate] [to] one another, [leading] to love & good works, [a.k.a. good deeds.] [Don't abandon] assembling ourselves together, [like] is the [custom] of some. But exhorting, [a.k.a. encouraging,] one another, & so much more, as you see the Day [of Judgment] approaching. [1 Thessalonians 5:1-2 But brethren, [a.k.a. fellow-believers,] you have no need that I write to you [about] the times & the seasons. For [you,] yourselves know perfectly, that the Day of the Lord, [comes like] a thief in the night.]

For if we willfully, [a.k.a. deliberately,] sin, after we have received the knowledge of the Truth. [John 14:6-7 Jesus [said] to him, I Am the Way, the Truth, & the Life. No man [comes] to the Father, [except] by Me. If you had known Me, you should have known My Father, [as well.] And from [now on,] you know Him, & have seen Him.]

[Then,] there no [longer remains] [a] sacrifice for sins. But [only] certain, [a.k.a. unquestionable, fear,] looking for [the Day of] Judgment, & the fiery indignation, [a.k.a. anger aroused from injustice,] [remains,] which shall devour the adversaries, [a.k.a. enemies,] [of the Lord God.] [Revelation 11:18-19 And the nations were angry, & Your wrath [has] come. And that the time that the dead should be judged. And You [should] give reward to Your servants: the prophets; Your saints; & [those powerless & powerful, who] fear, [a.k.a. respect,] Your Name. And [should] destroy [those, who] destroy, [a.k.a. devastate,] the earth. And the temple of God was opened in heaven, & the Ark of His Testament, [a.k.a. Covenant,] was seen there in His temple. And there were: lightnings; voices; thunderings; an earthquake, & [large] hail.]

He, [who] despised Moses' Law, died without mercy, [with] 2 or 3 witnesses. How much [more] worthy [of a] [severe] punishment [do] you suppose shall be [to] he, who [has trampled] under foot [those who believe in] the Son of God, & [has considered] the Blood of the Covenant, [with which] he was [previously] sanctified, [to be] an unholy thing, & [treated] the [Holy] Spirit of Grace, [spitefully?] [Galatians 1:6-8 I marvel that you are so [quickly] removed to another gospel, from Him, [Who] called you into the grace of Christ. [There] is no other [Gospel about Christ,] but there are some, [who] trouble you, & would [distort] the Gospel of Christ. But though, [if] we, or an angel from heaven, [preaches] any other gospel to you than [what] we have preached to you, let him be [cursed.]

For we know that [in the Scriptures it is recorded that,] [God has] said, Vengeance [belongs] to Me. & I will [repay] [them,] [says] the Lord.  [Deuteronomy 32:35 Vengeance & [repayment belong] to Me. Their foot shall slide, [a.k.a. slip,] in due time. For the day of their calamity is at hand. And the things that shall [happen] [to] them, [swiftly.]

And again, [in the Scriptures it says,] The Lord shall judge His people. It's a fearful thing, to fall into the hand of the Living God. [Deuteronomy 32:36-37 For the Lord shall judge His people, & [grieve] Himself for His servants, when He [sees] that their power is gone, & there is [no one] shut up, or left. And He shall say, Where are their gods, & their rock, [a.k.a. idol,] in whom they trusted?]

But [remember] the [previous] days, in which, you endured a great [struggle] [with] afflictions, [a.k.a. hardships,] after you were [already] [enlightened] [through faith in Jesus Christ.] [Galatians 3:3-6 Are you so foolish? Having begun in [the faith] [through] the [Holy] Spirit, are you now [perfected] by the [sinful] flesh? Have you suffered so many things in vain? If [so, it's still] [in] vain. Therefore, [the Lord God, Who ministers,] to you [through] the [Holy] Spirit, & [works] miracles among you, [does God] [do] it by the works, [a.k.a. deeds,] of the Law, or [through] hearing [about] [the] faith [in Jesus Christ?] Even [like] Abraham believed [what] God [said,] & it was [considered] righteousness for him.]

Partly, [while] you were made both: a [laughing-stock] by [disgrace] & afflictions, & partly, [while] you became [friends] of [those, who] were [also] used, [a.k.a. manipulated, this way.]

For you had compassion [on] me in my bonds, [a.k.a. chains,] & joyfully took & [shared] your goods, [like] [plunder,] knowing [within] yourselves, that you have a better & enduring substance in heaven. [Acts 20:35 I have [declared] all things [to] you & how you ought to support the weak, by [working,] & to remember the Word of the Lord Jesus, & how He said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.]

Therefore, [don't throw] away your confidence, [in Salvation through Jesus Christ,] which [has] [a] [greater] reward of [repayment.] [Matthew 5:12 For they [also] persecuted the prophets, [who] were before, [a.k.a. prior to,] you. Rejoice, & be [exceedingly] glad. For great is your reward in heaven.]

For you need [to] have patience, [so] that, after you have done [God's] will, you might receive the promise. [John 3:15-17 That [whoever] believes in Him should not perish, but have Eternal Life. For God so loved the world, that He gave His Only Begotten Son, [so] that, [whoever] believes in Him, should not perish, but have Everlasting Life. For God [didn't send] His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.]

*For, [still] a little while, & [Jesus Christ, Who] shall come, will come, & [won't] tarry, [a.k.a. linger.]  [2 Peter 3:9-10 The Lord is not slack, [a.k.a. slow, about] His promise, [like] some men [consider] slackness; but is [patient toward] us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. *But the day of the Lord will come [like] a thief in the night; in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, & the elements shall melt with fervent heat; the earth, & also the works, [a.k.a. things made,] that are [in there,] shall be burned up.]

Now the just shall live by faith. But if any man [draws, a.k.a. turns,] back, [from his faith in Jesus Christ,] my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we aren't of [those] who [turn] back, [which leads] to perdition. [2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means. For that Day shall not come by any means, [unless] there [comes] a falling away 1st, & that man of sin [is] revealed, the son of perdition.]

But [those, who] believe [leads] to the saving of the soul.
