About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Philemon 1:1-25 Sending Onesimus, Who is Now Beneficial

Sending Onesimus, Who is Now Beneficial

Philemon 1:1-25     The Epistle of Paul to Philemon [in Smaller Chunks]

[From:] Paul, a prisoner, [for sharing my faith in] Jesus Christ, [plus] Timothy, our brother, [a.k.a. fellow-believer,] to Philemon, our dearly beloved fellow-[laborer.] [Also] to our beloved Apphia, & Archippus, our [fellow-soldiers,] [through faith in Christ,] & to the church [that is held in] your house.

[May] grace & peace [be] to you, from God our Father, & the Lord Jesus Christ. In my prayers, I always [mention] you, & thank my God, [upon] hearing [about] your love & faith, [that] you [have] toward Jesus & toward all [the Lord God's] saints.

[So] that the [sharing about] your faith, may become [effective through] acknowledging, [a.k.a. admitting the Truth, about] Christ Jesus, [Who] [has done] every good thing [within] you.

For we have great joy, & consolation, [a.k.a. comfort,] in your love, because the [hearts] of the [Lord God's] saints are refreshed by you, [dear] brother. [For this reason, although] I might be [very] bold [on] [on behalf of] Christ, to [direct] you [to do not only] that which is convenient.

[Still,] [Philemon,] also being a prisoner, [for sharing your faith in] Jesus Christ, such as Paul, [who is] [elderly, I'd] rather beseech, [a.k.a. call on,] you now, for love's sake. I [call on] you for my son, Onesimus, whom I have begotten [as a fellow believer while] in my bonds, [a.k.a. chains.]

[Colossians 4:8-9 I have sent [Tychicus,] to you for the same purpose, [so] that he might know [how you are doing,] & comfort your hearts, [along] with Onesimus, a faithful & beloved brother, who is one of you. They shall make known to you all the things [that] are done here.]

[Onesimus,] [who] in [previous times, wasn't beneficial] to you, but now [is] profitable, [a.k.a. beneficial,] to you & me. Whom I have sent again. Therefore, you [should] receive, [a.k.a. welcome,] him, that is, [like a son from] [my] own [body.]

Whom, I would have retained, [a.k.a. kept,] with me, [so] that [instead] [of] you, he might have ministered to me, [about] the Gospel, [while I'm] in the [chains.] But I [wouldn't] do [anything] without [keeping] you [in] mind, [so] that [what's] [beneficial] [for] you, isn't [done] as [if it's through] necessity, but [it's done] willingly.

For perhaps, he departed for a season, [a.k.a. a while,] [thinking] that you [would] receive him forever; not [like] a servant now, but [more than] a servant, [like] a beloved brother, [in the faith,] [especially] to me.

But how much more [will Onesimus be a benefit] to you, both in the flesh, & in [sharing his faith about] the Lord? Therefore, if you [consider] me a partner, [in sharing our faith in Jesus Christ,] receive him, [like] [you would welcome] [me.]

If he [has] wronged you, or [owes] you [anything,] put that on [my] account. I, Paul, have written [this] with [my] own hand, & I will repay it. [Although,] I [didn't] say [anything] to you, [about] how you [owe,] even your own [life] to me, [as well.]

[Yes,] brother, [a.k.a. fellow-believer,] let me have joy [for] you in the Lord, & refresh, [a.k.a. restore,] my [heart] in the Lord. I wrote to you, having confidence in your obedience, & knowing that you [will] also do [even] more than I say.

But [even so,] also prepare lodging [for] me. For I trust that through your prayers, I shall be [sent] to you.

You, [greet] my fellow-[laborers] there: Epaphras, my fellow-prisoner in Christ Jesus; Marcus; Aristarchus; Demas; & Lucas. [May] the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen
