About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: Since the Lord had it on my heart to write this blog, I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Revelation 21:1-27 A New Heaven and a New Earth

A New Heaven and a New Earth

Revelation 21:1-27     The Revelation of Jesus Christ [in Smaller Chunks]

And I saw a new heaven & a new earth. For the first heaven & the first earth [had] passed away. And there was no more sea. [Isaiah 65:17 *[Watch,] I create a new [heaven] & a new earth. And the [previous] [ones] shall not be remembered, nor come to mind.]

And, I, John, saw the Holy City, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven, from God, prepared [like] a bride adorned for her husband. [Isaiah 54:5 *For the Maker Is your husband. The Lord of Hosts Is His Name, & your Redeemer, [Who Is,] the Holy One of Israel, & shall be called The God of the whole earth.]

And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, [Look,] the tabernacle of God is with men. And He will dwell with them, & they shall be His people. And God, Himself, shall be with them, & be their God. [Malachi 3:16-17 *Then, [those, who] feared, [a.k.a. respected,] the Lord often [spoke] to one another, & the Lord [paid attention,] & heard it. And a Book of Remembrance was written [in front of Him for [those, who] feared, [a.k.a. respected,] the Lord. And they shall be Mine, says] the Lord of Hosts. [On] that day, I will spare them, when I make up My Jewels, [lke] a man [spares] His Own Son, [Who] serves Him.]

*And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. And there shall no [longer] be: death; sorrow; nor crying. Neither shall there be anymore pain. For the [previous] things are passed away. [Isaiah 25:8 *He will swallow up death in victory, & the Lord God will wipe away tears from off, all faces. And He shall take away the rebuke, [a.k.a. reprimand,] of His people from off all the earth. For the Lord [has] spoken it.]

And He, [Who] sat upon the throne said, [Look,] I make all things new. And He said to me, Write: for these Words are True & Faithful. And He said to Me, It is done. I Am [the] Alpha & Omega, the Beginning, & the End. I will give to him, [who] is [thirsty] [to drink] freely [from] the Fountain of the Water of Life. He, [who overcomes,] shall inherit all things. And I will be his God, & he shall be My son, [a.k.a. child.] [Daniel 7:27 And under the whole heaven, the Kingdom, dominion, & greatness of the Kingdom, shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High, Whose Kingdom is an everlasting Kingdom, & all dominions shall serve & obey Him.]

But the fearful; unbelieving; abominable; murderers; [sexual traffickers;] sorcerers; idolaters; & all liars, shall have their part in the lake [that burns] with fire & brimstone. Which is the second death.

And one of the 7 Angels came there to me, [who] had the 7 vials full of the 7 last plagues, & talked with me, saying, I will [declare] the bride, the Lamb's wife, [to] you. And he carried me away in the [Holy] Spirit, to a great & high mountain. And [showed] me that great city, the Holy Jerusalem descending, [a.k.a. coming down,] out of heaven, from God, having the glory of God.

Her Light was [similar] to a most precious stone, [a.k.a. gem,] even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal. And [the city] had a great, [a.k.a. large,] & high wall, & had 12 gates. And 12 Angels [were] at the gates, & names [were] written  [on the gates,] which are the names of the 12 tribes of the children, [a.k.a. people,] of Israel.

On the East [were] 3 gates. [Ezekiel 48:32 *And at the East side, 4,500 [cubits,] & 3 gates; 1 gate [for] Joseph, 1 gate [for] Benjamin,] & 1 gate [for] Benjamin.] On the North [were] 3 gates. [Ezekiel 48:31 *And the gates of the city shall be [named] after [all] of the tribes of Israel; 3 gates Northward: 1 gate [for] Rueben, 1 gate [for] Judah, & 1 gate [for] Levi.] On the South [were] 3 gates. [Ezekiel 38:33 *And at the South side, 4,500 [cubits,] & 3 gates; 1 gate [for] Simeon, 1 gate [for] Issachar, & 1 gate [for] Zebulun.] On the West [were] 3 gates. [Ezekiel 38:34 *And at the West side, 4,500 [cubits,] with [its] 3 gates; 1 gate [for] Gad, 1 gate [for] Asher, & 1 gate [for] Naphtali.]

And the wall of the city had 12 foundations, & on them [were] the names of the [Lamb's] 12 apostles. [Luke 22:28-29 And I appoint a Kingdom to you, [like] My Father [has] appointed to Me. [So] that, you may eat & drink at My table, in My Kingdom, & sit on thrones judging the 12 tribes of Israel.]

And [the Angel, who] talked with me had a golden reed to measure: the city; [its] gates; & [its] wall. And the city [is laid out like a] square, & [its] length is as large as [its] breadth, [a.k.a. width.] And he measured the city, 12,000 furlongs, with a reed. The length & the [width] & height of it are equal.

And he measured [its] wall, 144 cubits, according to the [measurement] of a man, that is, of an Angel. And the [construction] of [its] wall was [made] of jasper, & the city was pure gold, [similar to] clear glass.

And the walls of [city's] foundations were [decorated] with all [types] of precious stones. The 1st foundation was [made] of jasper. The 2nd [foundation was made of:] sapphire. The 3rd [foundation was made of:] chalcedony. The 4th [foundation was made of:] emerald. The 5th [foundation was made of:] sardonyx. The 6th [foundation was made of:] sardius, [a.k.a. ruby.] The 7th [foundation was made of:] [chrysolite, a.k.a. chrysoprase.] The 8th [foundation was made of:] beryl. The 9th [foundation was made of:] topaz. The 10th [foundation was made of:] [chrysoprase.] The 11th [foundation was made of:] jacinth. The 12th [foundation was made of:] amethyst.

And the 12 gates were 12 pearls. Every [separate] gate was [made] of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, [similar] [to] transparent glass. *And I saw no temple [in there.] For the Lord God Almighty & the Lamb are the temple of it. *And the city had no need of the sun, & neither of the moon, to shine in it. [Isaiah 60:18-20 *Violence shall no [longer] be heard in your land; [or] wasting, [a.k.a. ruin;] nor destruction within your borders. But you [shall] call your walls: Salvation, & your gates: Praise. The sun shall no [longer] be your light by day. Neither shall the moon give light [for] brightness to you. But the Lord shall be an everlasting Light to you, & your God, [shall be] your glory.]

For the glory of God did [light] it, & the Lamb is [its] Light. And the nations of [those, who] were saved, shall walk in the Light of it. And the kings of the earth, bring their glory & [honor] into [the city.] [Isaiah 60:3 *And the Gentiles shall come to Your Light, & kings to the brightness of Your rising.]

And by day, [its] gates shall not be shut at all: for there shall be no night there. And they shall bring the glory & [honor] of the nations into [the city.] And [by] no [ways,] shall there enter into [the city,] anything that: [defiles; causes] abomination; or [makes lies.] But [only] [those, who] are written in the Lamb's Book of Life [shall enter into the city.]
