About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible:

About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Leviticus 7:1-38 The Laws for Different Types of Offerings

The Laws for Different Types of Offerings

Leviticus 7:1-38                    The Third Book of Moses Called Leviticus

[The Lord said to Moses], Likewise this is the law of the trespass offering: it is most holy. In the [same] place where the burnt offering is [killed] they shall kill the trespass offering & the blood [of it] the [priest] shallprink [around on] the altar.

He shall offer all the fat [of it]; the rump & the fat that covers the [internal parts] & the fat on them, the 2 kidneys & the fat on them by the flanks & the fatty lobe attached to the liver by the kidney & he shall take it away. The priest shall burn them upon the altar for an offering made by fire to the Lord: It is a trespass offering.

Every male among the [priest's family] may eat it in a holy place. It is most holy. [Just as] the sin offering is [done], so shall the trespass offering [be done]. There is one law for them [both]. The priest who makes atonement ]with it], shall have it.  The priest [who] offers any man’s burnt offering, the skin [shall belong to that priest].

All the [meat/grain] offering baked in an oven, all that is [prepared] in a frying pan & in a pan, shall [belong] to the priest [who] offered it. Every [meat/grain] offering, [either mixed] with oil [or] dry [without oil], shall belong to Aaron’s son, 1 as much as another.

This is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which he shall offer to the Lord. If he [offers] it [in thankfulness for mercies received], then he shall offer with the thanksgiving offering unleavened cakes [mixed] with oil, unleavened, wafers anointed with oil & cakes of fine flour [mixed] with oil & fried.

[In addition to] the cakes, he shall offer unleavened bread with the sacrifice of thanksgiving of his peace offerings. Of it, he shall offer 1 [each of the 4 kinds of cakes] of the whole [offering] for a heave offering to the Lord, [which] shall [belong] to the priest [who] sprinkles the blood of the peace offerings & it shall be eaten the same day it is offered & not left until morning.

If the sacrifice of his offering is [for] a vow or a voluntary offering, it shall be eaten the same day that he [offers] his sacrifice & it can be eaten the [next day] the remainder shall be eaten. The [rest] shall be burnt with fire on the 3rd day.

If any of the flesh [meat] of his sacrifice [for] his peace offering [hasn’t been eaten] by the 3rd day, it shall not be accepted & is an abomination [rotting starts] & the [person who offered it will be responsible] & the [person who] eats it will bear his guilt.

The flesh [meat] that touches any unclean thing shall not be eaten & shall be burnt with fire. [If] the [cooked] flesh [meat that hasn’t become defiled], all who are clean [priest, person who offers it, family, etc.]may eat it [but not in a holy place].

[If someone] has an uncleanness or [touches] any uncleanness of man, beast,  or any abominable unclean thing & eats the flesh [meat] of the sacrifice of peace offerings which pertains to the Lord, shall be cut off from his people.

The Lord [spoke] to Moses, saying, Speak to the children [people] of Israel, saying, You shall not eat [any type] of fat of ox, sheep, or goat. The fat of the best that dies [on its own] or the fat of [the animal] torn by a beast, may be used [for other things], but [may not be eaten]. [Whoever] eats the fat of the beast offered in an offering made by fire to the Lord, shall be cut off from his people.

[Also], you shall not eat [any type] of blood, whether it’s of [birds] or beasts, in any of your dwellings. The person who eats [anything with the blood], shall be cut off from his people.

The Lord [spoke] to Moses, saying, Speak to the [people] of Israel, saying, [The person who] offers his sacrifice of his peace offering [voluntarily] to the Lord made by fire shall bring his offering with his own hands, the fat with the breast, he shall bring, [so] the breast may be waved for a wave offering.

The priest shall burn the fat on the altar, but the breast shall be Aaron’s & his sons, while the priest [who] offered the fat & the blood of the peace offerings, shall have the right shoulder for his [portion].

For I [the Lord God] have taken the wave breast & the heave shoulder from the [people] of Israel [from] their sacrifices & peace offerings to be given to Aaron, the priest & his sons by a statute forever throughout their generations.

This is Aaron’s & his son’s [portion given to them by God on the day of their anointing] of the offerings [to] the Lord made by fire [for those who] minister to the Lord in the priest’s office.

[These chapters] have the laws of the burnt offering, sin offering, the [meat/grain] offering, sin offering, trespass offering & the consecrations & the sacrifice of peace offerings which the Lord commanded Moses at Mt. Sinai in the wilderness of Sinai, [on] the day He [Lord God] commanded the [people] of Israel to [bring their] offerings to the Lord.
