About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Jeremiah 36:1-32 The Lord Tells Jeremiah to Write Down on a Scroll, All He's Said

The Lord Tells Jeremiah to Write Down on a Scroll, All He's Said

Jeremiah 36:1-32                               The Book of Jeremiah [in Smaller Chunks]

And it [happened] in the 4th year Jehoiakim, [Josiah's] son, [Judah's] king, [ruled,] that this Word from the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying, You, take a [scroll from] a book & write in [it] all the Words that I have spoken to you, against Israel, Judah & all the nations, from the day I [spoke] to you, [during] the days of Josiah, even [until] this day.

It may be, that the house of Judah will hear all the [disaster that] I plan to do to them, [so] that every man may return from his evil [ways.] [So,] that I may forgive their iniquity and their sin. [Jeremiah 26:3 If they will [pay attention] & every man [turns] from evil [ways,] that I may [withdraw] the [disaster] I [intended] to do to them, because of the evil of their [actions.]

Then, Jeremiah called Baruch, [Neriah's] son. And from the mouth of Jeremiah, Baruch wrote [on a scroll] of a book, all the Words of the Lord, had spoken to [Jeremiah.] And Jeremiah commanded Baruch, saying, I am [confined] & I can't go into the [Lord's] house.

[Jeremiah 32:2 For then, the army of [Babylon's] king [attacked] Jerusalem. And Jeremiah, the prophet was shut up in the [courtyard] of the prison, which was in the king of Judah's house.]

Therefore, on the day of fasting, you go & read in the ears of the people in the Lord's house, the [scroll, that] you have written [of] the Words of the Lord from my mouth. And you shall also read them in the ears of all Judah, [who] come out of their cities.

It may be [that] they will present their [requests] before the Lord & everyone will return from his evil [ways.] For the anger & the fury that Lord has [declared] against this people is [large.]

And Baruch, [Neriah's] son, did according to all that Jeremiah, the prophet, commanded him, [by] reading [from] the book, the Words of the Lord in the Lord's house.

And it [happened during the rule] of Jehoiakim, Josiah's son, [Judah's King, in the 9th month of the 5th year, that they proclaimed a fast before the Lord to all the people In Jerusalem & all the people, [who] came from [Judah's] cities to Jerusalem.

Then Baruch, read the book [with the Lord's] Words [from] Jeremiah, in the [Lord's] house, in the [room] of Gemariah, [Shaphan's] son, the scribe, in the higher court & in the ears of all the people, at the new [gate's entrance.]

When Michaiah, [Gemariah's] son, [who was] the son of Shaphan, had heard all the Words of the Lord [from] the book, he then went down into the king's house, into the scribe's [room.] And [saw] all the princes sat there, even Elishama, the scribe; Delaiah, [Shemaiah's] son; Elnathan, [Achbor's] son; Gemariah, [Shaphan's] son; Zedekiah, [Hananiah's] son & all the princes.

Then, Michaiah declared to them all the Words that he had heard, when Baruch read the book in the ears of the people. Therefore, all the princes sent Jehudi, [Nethaniah's] son, [who was] the son of Shelemiah, [Cushi's] son, to Baruch, saying, Take the [scroll] in your hand [that] you read in the ears of the people & come. So, Baruch, [Neriah's] soon, took the [scroll] in his hand & came to them.

And they said to him, Sit down now & read it in our ears. So, Baruch read it in their ears. Now, it [happened,] when they had heard all the Words, they were afraid & [looked in fear to] one [another] & said to Baruch, We will surely tell the king [about] all these Words.

And they asked Baruch, saying, Tell us, How did you write all these Words [from Jeremiah's] mouth? Then, Baruch answered them. [Jeremiah declared] all these Words to me with his mouth & I wrote them with ink in the book. Then, the princes said to Baruch, You, go & hide Jeremiah & [don't] let [any] man know where you [are.]

And they went into the [courtyard,] to the king, but they [had put] up the [scroll] in the [room] of Elishama, the scribe & told all these Words in the ears of the king. So, the king sent Jehudi to [get] the [scroll] & he took it out of the [room] of Elishama, the scribe.

And Jehudi read it in the [king's] ears & in the ears of all the princes, [who] stood [next to] the king. Now, the king sat in the winter house in the 9th month & there was a fire on the [fireplace's] hearth, burning [in front of] him.

And it [happened,] that when Jehudi had read 3 or 4 leaves [of the scroll,] [the king] cut it with a penknife & [threw] it into the fire, that was on the hearth, until all the [scroll] was consumed in the fire. [Still,] they weren't afraid & [didn't tear] their garments & neither [did] the king, nor any of his servants, [who] heard all these Words.

[However,] Elnathan, Delaiah & Gemariah had [requested of] the king that he wouldn't burn the [scroll,] but he wouldn't [listen] to them. But the king commanded Jerahmeel, [Hammelech's] son; Seraiah, [Azriels'] son, & Shelemiah, [Abdeel's] son, to take Baruch, the scribe & Jeremiah, the prophet; but the Lord hid them.

After the king had burned the [scroll] & the Words [that] Baruch wrote at the mouth of Jeremiah, then, the Word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying, Take [yourself,] another [scroll] & write in it all the [previous] Words that were in the first [scroll that] Jehoiakim, [Judah's] king, has burned.

And you shall say to Jehoiakim, [Judah's] king, The Lord says [this,] You have burned this [scroll,] saying, Why have you written [in it] saying, [Babylon's] king, shall certainly come & destroy this land & shall cause man & [animals] to cease from [there?]

Therefore, the Lord says [this about] Jehoiakim, [Judah's] king, He shall have [no one] to sit upon the throne of David. And [Jehoiakim's] dead body shall be [thrown] out [& be in] the heat, in the day & frost, in the night. And I will punish him & his [descendants] & his servants for their [sinfulness.]

And I will bring upon them & the [residents] of Jerusalem & the men of Judah, all the [disaster] I have [declared] against them. But they [didn't pay attention.]

Then, Jeremiah, took another [scroll] & gave it to Baruch, the scribe, [Neriah's] son; who wrote [in it] from the mouth of Jeremiah, all the Words of the book [that] Jehoiakim, [Judah's] king, had burned in the fire. And many [similar] Words were added [in addition] to them.
