About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Jeremiah 46:1-28 The Lord has Jeremiah Tell Them, Egypt is Coming Like a Flood

The Lord has Jeremiah Tell Them, Egypt is Coming Like a Flood

Jeremiah 46:1-28                               The Book of Jeremiah [in Smaller Chunks]

The Word of the Lord, [that] came to Jeremiah, the prophet, against: the Gentiles; Egypt & the army of Pharaoh Necho, [Egypt's] king, [who were] by the Euphrates River in Carchemish.

[When] Nebuchadrezzar, [a.k.a. Nebuchadnezzar, Babylon's] king, [struck] in the 4th year of Jehoiakim, [Josiah's] son, [Judah's] king. You [put yourselves in] order [with] the [small shields] & the shield & [come close for] battle.

Harness the horses & get up you horsemen & stand with your helmets & [shine] the spears & put on the [armour.] [For what reason,] have I seen them [discouraged] & [gone astray?] And their mighty ones are [defeated] & [have speedily] fled & [didn't] look back: for fear was [all around them,] says the Lord.

[Don't] let the swift flee away, nor the mighty man escape. They shall stumble & fall toward the North, by the Euphrates River, Who is this that comes up [like] a flood, whose waters [move like] rivers? [Isaiah 8:7-8 Therefore, now watch, the Lord brings upon them the waters of the river, strong & mighty, even the king of Assyria & all his glory.

And he shall come up over all [its canals] & go over all [its] banks. And he shall pass through Judah & shall overflow & go over. He shall even reach to the neck & [with] his [outstretched] wings, shall fill the breadth of your land, O Immanuel.]

Egypt rises up like a flood & [its] waters are moved like the rivers. And he said, I will go up & will cover the earth. I will destroy the city & [its] inhabitants. You horses, come up & you chariots, come up & [roar.] And let the mighty men come [out.]

The Ethiopians & Libyans, [a.k.a. Cush & Put or Phut, who] handle the shield & the Lydians, [a.k.a. Ludim, who] handle & bend the bow. For this is the day of the Lord God of Hosts, a day of vengeance, [so] that He may avenge [Himself] of His [enemies.]

And the sword shall devour & it shall be [satisfied] & made drunk with their blood. For the Lord God of Hosts has a sacrifice in the North country by the Euphrates River. Go up into Gilead & take balm, O virgin, the daughter of Egypt. You shall use many medicines in vain: for you shall not be cured. [Jeremiah 8:22 Isn't there [any] balm in Gilead; isn't there [any] physician there? Why hasn't the health of the daughter of My people recovered?]

The nations have heard of your shame. And your [out] cry has filled the land: for the mighty man has stumbled against the [strong] & they [have] both fallen together. The Word that the Lord [spoke] to Jeremiah, the prophet, [about] how [Nebuchadnezzar, Babylon's] king, [would] come & [strike] the land of Egypt.

You, declare in Egypt & publish in: Migdol; Noph; & Tahpanhes; & you say, Prepare [yourselves] & stand [strong]; for the sword shall devour [all around] you. Why are your valiant men swept away? They [didn't stand,] because the Lord [drove] them [away.]

He made many fall, [yes,] one fell upon another. And they said, Arise & let us [return] again to our own people [away from] the [oppressive] sword, to the land [in which we were born.] They [cried out] there. But to Pharaoh, [Egypt's] king, [it's just] noise. He has passed the [allotted] time [to be of assistance.]

[Isaiah 31:1 Woe to [those who] go down to Egypt for help & [rely] on horses & trust in: chariots, because [there] are many & in horsemen, because they are very strong. But they [don't] look to the Holy One of Israel, neither [do they] seek the Lord!]

As I Live, says the King, Whose Name is the Lord of Hosts, Surely, [like] Tabor is among the mountains & [like] Carmel [is] by the sea, so shall he come. O you daughter, dwelling in Egypt, [prepare] yourself to go into captivity. For Noph shall be [wastelands] & desolate without [inhabitants.]

Egypt is life a [desirable] heifer, but destruction comes. It comes out of the North. Also, her hired men, [a.k.a. mercenaries,] are in the midst of her, like [fattened bulls.] For they also [have returned] back & have fled away together. They didn't stand, because the day of their calamity [had] come upon them & the time of their visitation, [a.k.a. punishment.]

The [sound] [of her hired men] shall go like a serpent. For they shall march with an army & come against her with axes, [like lumberjacks cutting] wood. The Lord says, They are innumerable, though it can't be [researched;] because they are more than the grasshoppers & shall cut down her forest. [Isaiah 10:19-21 And the rest of the trees of his forest shall be few, [so] that a child may write them.

And it shall [happen during,] that day, the [rest] of Israel of the house of Jacob, [who escape] shall no [longer rely] upon him, [who struck] them; but shall [depend] upon the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, in Truth. The [rest] shall return to the mighty God, even [those remaining from] Jacob.]

The daughter of Egypt shall be [ashamed] & she shall be delivered into the hand, [a.k.a. under the control,] of the people of the North. The Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel, says: [Watch,] I will punish the multitude of: No; Pharaoh; & Egypt, with their gods & their kings, even Pharaoh & all [who] trust in him.

[Isaiah 31:3 Now, the Egyptians are men & not God. And their horses are flesh & not Spirit. When the Lord shall stretch out His hand, both he, [who helps] shall fall down & he, [who is helped] shall fall down & they shall fall down together.]

And the Lord says, I will deliver them into the hand of those, [who] seek their lives & into the hand of [Nebuchadnezzar, Babylon's] king & into the hand of his servants. And afterward, it shall be inhabited [like during] the days [in the past.] But [don't] you fear, O My servant, Jacob & [don't] be [discouraged,] O Israel.

For, [look,] I will save you & your [descendants] from [far away,] from the land of their captivity. And Jacob shall return & [shall have peace] & rest & none shall make him afraid. The Lord says, [Don't be afraid,] O Jacob, My servant, For I Am with you. For I will make a [complete] end of all the nations [where] I have driven you.

[Ezekiel 23:37-39 They have committed adultery & blood is [on] their hands. And they have committed adultery with their idols. And have also caused their sons, whom they [bore] to Me, to pass through the fire, to devour them, for [idols.] [Also,] they have done this to Me.

They have defiled My sanctuary & [on] the same day, have [defiled] My Sabbaths. For when they had [sacrificed] their children to their idols, they then came the same day into My sanctuary to [defile] it. And, [look,] they have done [this] in the midst of [My] house.]

But I won't make a [complete] end of you, but [will] correct you in [due time.] [Still,] I won't leave you [totally] unpunished.
