About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Hosea 5:1-15 A Snare of Mizpah & A Net Spread on Tabor

A Snare of Mizpah & A Net Spread on Tabor

Hosea 5:1-15                     The Book of Hosea [in Smaller Chunks]

O priests, you hear this, & [pay attention,] you house of Israel. And [lean your] ear, O house of the king; for [the] judgment is [against] you, because you have been a snare [in] Mizpah, & a net spread [out] upon Tabor. And [those who revolt,] are [gifted at slaughtering, although] I have [criticized] all of them.

[Ezekiel 23:37-39 They have committed adultery, & blood is [on] their hands. And they have committed adultery with their idols. And have also caused their sons, they [bore] to Me, to pass through the fire, to devour them, for [idols.]

[Additionally,] they have done this to Me. They have defiled My sanctuary [on] the same day, & have profaned My Sabbaths. For when they had [sacrificed] their children to their idols, then, they came the same day into My sanctuary to profane it. And, [look,]  they have done [this] in the midst of [My] house.]

I know Ephraim, & Israel [aren't hidden] from Me. O Ephraim, for now, you [committed unfaithful harlotry,] & Israel is defiled. They will not [adjust] their [actions] & [return] to their God. For the spirit of [unfaithful harlotry] is in the midst of them, & they haven't known the Lord.

[Isaiah 45:20 Assemble yourselves & draw [close] together, you [who have] escaped [from] the nations. They have no knowledge that [put] up the wood of their [carved] image, & pray to a god that can't save.]

And the pride of Israel [is testified by] his [own] face. [Isaiah 3:9 Their [facial expressions do show] & witness against them. And they declare their sin, [like] Sodom & they [don't] hide it. Woe to their soul! For they have rewarded evil to themselves.]

Therefore, Israel & Ephraim, shall fall in their [sinfulness,] & also Judah, shall fall with them. They shall go with their flocks & their herds to seek the Lord. But they shall not find Him, [because] He has withdrawn Himself from them.

[Judges 10:13-14 [Still,] you have [abandoned] Me, & served other gods. [For this reason,] I will no [longer] deliver you. Go & cry [out] to the gods [that] you have chosen. Let them deliver you in the time of your [troubles.]

They have [behaved] treacherously against the Lord. For they have [fathered foreign] children. Now, a month shall devour them with their portions. [Ezekiel 6:6-8 In all your dwelling places, the cities shall be laid [to] waste. And the high places shall be desolate; [so] that your altars may be laid [to] waste & made desolate. And your idols may be broken & [stopped.]

And your images may be cut down, & your works may be abolished. And the slain shall fall in the midst of you, & you shall know that I Am the Lord. [Still,] I will leave [some remaining, so] that you may have some that shall escape the sword among the nations, when you shall be scattered through the countries.]

You, blow the cornet in Gibeah, & the trumpet in Ramah, & cry aloud at Beth Aven. [Look] after [yourselves,] O Benjamin. [Joel 2:1 You, blow the trumpet in Zion & sound an alarm in My Holy Mountain. Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord comes, for it close at hand.]

Ephraim shall be desolate [on] the day of [discipline.] I have made known [what] shall surely [happen,] among the tribes of Israel. The princes of Judah, were like [those, who] remove the [boundary landmarks.] Therefore, I will pour out My [fury] upon them like water.

[Deuteronomy 19:14 You shall not remove your neighbor's landmark, [that those] of old [times,] have [put] in your inheritance, [so that] you shall inherit the land that the Lord your God gives you to possess.]

Ephraim is oppressed & is [without] judgment, because he willingly [followed] after [their own] commandment. [Mark 7:6-7 He answered & said to them, [Isaiah,] has prophesied well of you hypocrites, [like] it is written, This people honor Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. [However,] they do worship Me in vain, teaching [like] doctrines, the commandments of men.

Therefore, I will be [like] a moth to Ephraim, & [like rot] to the house of Judah. [Habakkuk 3:16 When I heard, my [body] trembled & my lips quivered at the [sound.] [Rot] entered into my bones & I trembled [within] myself, [so] that I might rest [on] the day of trouble. When He comes up to the people, He will invade them with His troops.]

When Ephraim saw his [affliction,] & Judah saw his wound, then Ephraim went to the Assyrian, & sent to king Jareb. [Still,] he couldn't heal you, nor cure you [from] your wound.

[Hosea 10:5-6 The inhabitants of Samaria shall [be afraid,] because of the calves of Beth Aven [have] departed from it. For the people [of it] shall mourn over it, & [its] priests, [who] rejoiced [about] it, for [its] glory. It shall also be carried to Assyria for a present to king Jareb. Ephraim shall receive shame & Israel shall be ashamed of [its] own [advice.]

For I will be to Ephraim [like] a lion, & [like] a young to the house of Judah. I, even I, will tear & go away. I will take away & none shall rescue him. [Psalm 7:1-2 O Lord my God, I do put my trust in You. Save me from all [those, who] persecute me & deliver me: Lest he [tears] my soul like a lion. [Tearing] it in pieces, while there [are] none to deliver.]

I will go & return to My place, [until] they acknowledge their offence, & seek My face. In their affliction, they will seek Me, early.

[Hosea 14:1-2 O Israel, return to the Lord your God. For you [have] fallen, [because of] your [sinfulness.] Take words with you & [return] to the Lord, & say to Him, Take away all [our] [sins,] & receive us graciously, so we will [give] our lips [like the sacrifices of] calves.]
