About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Joel 2:1-32 The Day of the Lord, so the Israelites May Return to the Lord God

The Day of the Lord, so the Israelites May Return to the Lord God

Joel 2:1-32                           The Book of Joel [in Smaller Chunks]

You, blow the trumpet in Zion, & sound an alarm in My Holy Mountain. Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord comes, & it is at hand, [a.k.a. nearby.] A day of darkness & [gloom.] A day of clouds & thick darkness.

A great, [a.k.a. An immense,] & strong people, [like] the morning spread upon the mountains. There hasn't ever been [similar,] & neither shall [there] be anymore after it, even [for] many generations.

[Revelation 9:2-3 And he opened the bottomless pit; & smoke arose there out of the pit, [like] the smoke of a [large] furnace. And the sun & the air were darkened, [because] of the smoke of the pit. And out of the smoke, locusts came out there, upon the earth. And to [those] was given power, [like] the scorpions of the earth have power.]

A fire devours [in front of] them & a flame burns behind them. The land is [like] the Garden of Eden, [in front of] them, & a desolate wilderness behind them. [Yes,] & nothing shall escape them.

[Revelation 9:18-19 The 1/3 [portion] of men [were] killed by these 3: by the: fire; smoke; & brimstone, which [emerged] out of their mouths. For their power is in their mouth & in their tails, [similar] to serpents, [a.k.a. snakes.] And they had heads & do [harm] with them.]

The appearance of them is like the [resemblance] of horses & so they shall run [like] horsemen. [Revelation 9:7-8 And the shapes of the locusts were [similar] to horses prepared [for] battle.

And on their heads were [similar to] crowns, like gold. And their faces were [like] the faces of men. And they had hair [like] the hair of women, & their teeth were the teeth of lions.]

[Like] a strong people [put] in battle [formation,] [with] noise [similar to] chariots on the tops of mountains, they shall leap, like the [sound] of a flame of fire, that devours the stubble.

[Revelation 9:9 And they had breastplates, [similar] to breastplates of iron. And the sound of their wings was [like] the sound of chariots [with] many horses running to battle.]

[In front of their [faces,] the people shall be [very] pained & all faces shall [gain] blackness. [Jeremiah 8:21 [Because] of the [harm] of the daughter of My people, I Am hurt. I Am [wearing] black, & astonishment has [overwhelmed] Me.]

They shall run like mighty men & shall climb the wall like men of war, & everyone [of them] shall march on his [path] & shall not break their [formation.] Neither shall one [push] another & everyone [of them] shall walk in his [own row.]

And when they [come] upon the sword, they shall not be wounded. They shall run [back & forth] in the city & they shall run upon the wall. They shall climb up upon the houses, & they shall enter in [through] the windows, like a thief.

[Exodus 10:13-15 And Moses stretched [out] his rod over the land of Egypt, & the Lord brought an East wind upon the land all that day & all that night. And when it was morning, the East wind brought the locusts.

And the locusts went up, over all the land of Egypt, & they were very grievous & rested in all the coasts of Egypt. There were no locusts such as [these] before them, & neither shall be such after them.]

The earth shall quake before them & the heavens shall tremble. The sun & the moon shall be dark & the stars shall withdraw their shining. [Matthew 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun shall be darkened & the moon shall not give her light. And the stars shall fall from heaven & the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

And the Lord shall utter His voice, [in front of] His army, [because] His camp is very [large.] For He, [Who carries out] His Word is strong. For the day of the Lord is great & very terrible. And who can abide it?

[Revelation 18:8-10 Therefore, her plagues shall come in 1 day: death; mourning; & famine. And she shall be [totally] burned with fire. For the Lord God, Who judges her is strong.

And the kings of the earth, who have committed [adultery] & lived deliciously with her, shall bewail, [a.k.a. wail over] her, & [mourn] for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, standing [far away,] for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour, your judgment [has] come.]

Therefore, the Lord also now says, You, [return] to Me with all your heart: with fasting, weeping, & with mourning. [Ezekiel 33:11 Say to them, As I live, the Lord God says, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked [returns] from his [ways] & [lives.] Turn [yourselves,] & you [return] from your evil ways. For: why will you die, O house of Israel?]

And [tear] your heart, & not your garments, & [return] to the Lord your God. For He is gracious, merciful, slow to anger & [attributed with] great kindness & [He withdraws] the [disaster.] [Jeremiah 18:8 If that nation, against whom I have [announced, turns] from their evil, I will [withdraw from] the [disaster] that I thought to do to them.]

Who knows if He will return & [withdraw] & leave a blessing behind Him; even a meat/grain offering & drink offering to the Lord your God? [Deuteronomy 7:11-13 Therefore, you shall keep the commandments, [mandates,] & judgments, [that] I command you this day & do them.

[For this reason,] it shall [happen,] if you [listen] to these judgments & keep & do them, that the Lord your God shall keep the covenant [contract with] you, & the mercy, [that] He [swore] to your [forefathers.] And He will love you, bless you & multiply you.

He will also bless the fruit of your womb, [a.k.a. offspring,] & the fruit of your land, your: [grain,] wine; oil, the increase of your [cattle,] & the flocks of your sheep, in the land [that] He [swore] to your [forefathers] to give you.]

Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, & call a solemn assembly. Gather the people & the children & assemble the: elders, those [nursing,] & let the bridegroom go [out] of his room & the bride out of her closet, & sanctify the congregation.

Let the priests, the ministers of the Lord, weep between the porch & the altar. And let them say, Spare my people, O Lord, & [don't] give Your heritage [disgrace, so] that the heathen should rule over them. [Psalm 78:58 For they provoked Him to anger with their high places & moved Him to jealousy with their [carved] images.]

[Why] should they say among the people, Where is their God? Then, the Lord will be [zealous] for His land & pity His people. [Yes,] the Lord will answer & say to His people, [Look,] I will send you: [grain,] wine, & oil, & you shall be satisfied [with them.]

And I will no [longer] make you a [disgrace] among the heathen. But I will remove the Northern army far [away] from you & will drive him into a barren & desolate land, with his face toward the [Eastern] sea, & his [back] part toward the [Western] sea.

And his [foul odor] & stink shall come up, because he has done [terrible] things. [Isaiah 34:3 Also, their slain shall be cast out, & their stink shall come up out of their [corpses,] & the mountains shall [appear to] be melted with their blood.]

[Don't] fear, O land. Be glad & rejoice: for the Lord will do great things, [a.k.a. miracles.] [Exodus 10:17-19 Therefore, now I pray you forgive my sin, only this once, & [pray to] the Lord your God, that He may take away from me, only this death.

And [Moses] went out from Pharaoh, & [begged] the Lord. And the Lord turned a mighty strong West wind, [that] took away the locusts, & cast them into the Red Sea. Not one locust remained in all the coasts of Egypt.]

[Don't] be afraid, you [animals] of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness [sprout up:] the tree [that] bears [its] fruit, the fig tree, & the vine [that] [produces] their strength. Then, be glad, you children [people] of Zion & rejoice in the Lord your God.

For He has given you the [previous] rain moderately, & He will cause the rain to come down for you; the [previous] rain & the latter rain, in the 1st month. [Leviticus 26:3-4 If you [follow] in My [mandates] & keep My commandments, & do them, then, I will give you rain in [its] due season. And the land shall yield [its increased] [produce] & the trees of the field, shall yield their fruit.]

And the floors [for threshing,] shall be full of wheat, & the [vats] shall overflow with wine & oil. And I will restore to you the years that the: locusts; canker-worm; caterpillar; & palmer-worm, My [large] army [that] I have sent among you, have eaten.

And you shall eat [with] plenty & be satisfied & praise the Name of the Lord your God, [Who] has [distributed] with you, wondrously. And My people shall never be ashamed.

[Leviticus 26:5 And your threshing, shall reach [until] the vintage. And the vintage shall reach [until] the time [of] sowing. And you shall eat your bread [until] full, & dwell in your land safely.]

And you shall know that I Am in the midst of Israel, & that I Am the Lord your God, & [no one] else. And My people shall never be ashamed. And it shall [happen] afterward, that I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh.

[Acts 10:45 *And as many as came with Peter, [of] [those] of circumcision, [who] believed, were astonished, that the gift of the Holy Ghost, [a.k.a. Holy Spirit,] was also poured out on the Gentiles.]

And your sons & daughters shall prophesy, & your old men shall dream dreams & your young men shall see visions. [Acts 21:9 *And the same man, [a.k.a. Philip,] had 4 daughters, virgins, who [prophesied.]

And [during] those days, I will also pour out My Spirit upon the servants, & upon the [handmaidens.] And I will [show] wonders in the heavens & [on] the earth: blood, fire, & pillars of smoke. [Revelation 15:3-6 And the 2nd Angel poured out his vial upon the sea. And it became [like] the blood of a dead man & every living [creature] died in the sea.

And the 3rd Angel poured out his vial upon the rivers & the fountains of waters & they became blood. And I heard the Angel of the waters say, You are Righteous, O Lord, [Who is,] was, & shall be, because You have judged this. For they have shed the blood of saints & prophets. For they are worthy, [a.k.a. deserving,] & You have given them blood to drink.]

The sun shall be turned into darkness, & the moon into blood, before the great & terrible day of the Lord [happens.] [Revelation 6:12 And I [saw] when He had opened the 6th seal, & [look,] there was a [large] earthquake; the sun became black [like] sackcloth [made] of hair, & the moon became [like] blood.]

And it shall [happen,] that [whoever] shall call on the Name of the Lord shall be delivered. For deliverance [there] shall be [on] Mount Zion, & in Jerusalem, [like] the Lord has said, & in the [rest of those,] whom the Lord shall call. [Revelation 12:7-11 And there was war in heaven.

Michael & his Angels fought against the dragon. And the dragon & his angels fought & [didn't] prevail & neither was there [a] place found [for them] anymore in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, [a.k.a. snake,] called the Devil & Satan, [that] deceives the whole world.

He & his angels with him, [were] cast out into the earth. And I heard a loud voice in heaven saying, Now, Salvation; strength; the Kingdom of our God; & the power of Christ, [has] come.

For the accuser of our brethren is cast down, [that] accused them before our God day & night. And they overcame him, by the blood of the Lamb, & by the word of their testimony. And they loved not, [a.k.a. risked] their lives, [until] [their] death.]
