About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

They Write to the Gentiles to Know Which Things Were & Weren't Necessary

Acts 15:1-41                    The Acts of the Apostles [in Smaller Chunks]

And [some] men [who] came down from Judaea, [a.k.a. Judea,] taught the brethren, [a.k.a. fellow-believers,] & said, [Unless] you [are] circumcised [according to] the [custom] of Moses, you can't be saved. [Galatians 5:6 For in Jesus Christ, neither [does] circumcision [benefit] anything, nor [does] uncircumcision [benefit anything,] but [only] faith, [that] works [through] love [benefits.

Therefore, Paul & Barnabas had no small [dispute & conflict] with them, when they determined that Paul & Barnabas, & [some] others of them, should go up to Jerusalem to the apostles & elders about this question.

And being [sent] on their way, they passed through Phenice, & Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles. [Acts 14:27 And when they [had:] come, & gathered the church together, they [explained in detail] [about] all that God had done [for] them, & *how [God] had opened the door of faith to the Gentiles.]

And they [brought] great joy to all the brethren. And when they [had] come to Jerusalem, they were received, [a.k.a. welcomed or accepted,] by the church; apostles; & elders. And they [reported] all [the] things that God had done [for] them. [Acts 26:22-23 Therefore, having [received] help [from] God, I continue [until] this day, witnessing to both [the:] [powerless & powerful,] saying, [only those] things [that] the prophets, & Moses [said] should [happen.] That Christ [would] suffer, & that He [would] be the 1st, [Who would] rise from the dead, & [would show] Light to the people, & to the Gentiles.]

But a certain sect, [a.k.a. faction,] of the Pharisees rose up there, [who] believed, saying, That it was [necessary] to circumcise [the Gentiles,] & to command them to keep [Moses'] Law.

And the apostles & elders came together, [in order] to consider this matter. And [after] there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, & said to them, Men & brethren, you know how a good while ago, God made [adoption] among us, [so] that by my mouth, the Gentiles should hear the [Words] of the Gospel, & believe. [Acts 10:34-36 Then, Peter opened his mouth, & said, [Truthfully,] I [realize] that God is no respecter of persons, [a.k.a. is impartial to people.] But he, in every nation, [who] fears, [a.k.a. respects,] Him, & [does] [what is:] [righteous,] is accepted [by God.] The Word, [that] God sent to the children, [a.k.a. people,] of Israel, [through] Jesus Christ: preaching peace, (He is Lord of all.)]

And God, [Who] knows the hearts, bare witness [for] [the Gentiles,] giving them the Holy Ghost, [a.k.a. Holy Spirit,] even [like] He did to us; & purifying their hearts by faith, put no difference between us & them. [Romans 10:12-13 For there is no difference between the Jew & the Greek, [a.k.a. Gentiles,] for the same Lord over all is rich to all, [who] call upon Him. For [whoever] shall call upon the Name of the Lord, shall be saved.]

Therefore, why do you now tempt, [a.k.a. test,] God, [by] putting a yoke, [a.k.a. burden,] upon the necks of the disciples, [that] neither our [forefathers] nor we were able to bear? But through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, we believe that we shall be saved, even [like them.]

Then, all the multitude kept [silent,] & [paid attention] to Barnabas & Paul, [who] [declared] what miracles & wonders God had [performed] by them, among the Gentiles. [Acts 14:8-10 And a certain man [in] Lystra sat there, [lame] in his feet, who had never walked, being a cripple from [birth.] The same [man] heard Paul speak; who [steadily watched the man,] & [realized] that he had faith, to be healed. *[Paul] said with a loud voice, Stand upright on your feet. And he leaped [up] & walked.]

And James answered, after they had held their peace, & [said,] Men & brethren, [listen] to me. Simeon, [a.k.a. Simon Peter,] has declared how God [in the beginning, visited] the Gentiles, to take a people, for His Name, out of them. [2 Peter 1:1 Simon Peter, a servant & an apostle of Jesus Christ, to [those, who] have obtained like, [a.k.a. similar,] precious faith with us, through the righteousness of God & Jesus Christ our Savior.]

And the Words of the prophets agree to this, as it is written, *After this, I will return, & build a tabernacle [for] David, which [has] fallen down; & I will [rebuild] again [from] the ruins [of it.] And I will set it up. [Amos 9:11-12 *[On] that day, I will raise up the tabernacle of David, that [has] fallen, & [repair] the [cracks of it.] And I will raise up [its] ruins, & I will build it [like, during] the days of old. [So,] that [these] may possess [it:] the [rest] of Edom, & of all the heathen, [a.k.a. Gentiles, who] are called by My Name, [says] the Lord, [Who does] this.]

[So,] that the [rest] of [the] men, & all the Gentiles, [who call] upon My Name, might seek after the Lord, [says] the Lord, [Who] does all these things. From the beginning of the world, all His works are [already] known to God.

[For this reason,] my [comment] is, that we [don't] trouble [those, who] among the Gentiles [have] turned to God. But [instead] that we write to them, [so] that they abstain from, [a.k.a. avoid,] [what] [pollutes, a.k.a. defiles:] idols; fornication, [a.k.a. adultery;] & from strangled [meats] & from blood. [Leviticus 17:10-11 And [whatever] man there [is] among the house of Israel, or the strangers, [who stay] among you, [who eats] any [type] of blood, I will even set My face against that soul, [who eats] blood, & will cut him off from among his people. For the life of the flesh is in the blood. And I have given it to you, to make an atonement for your souls, upon the altar. For it is the blood that [makes] an atonement for the soul.]

For [in] the old time, Moses [had those, who] preach [about] Him, [be] read in the synagogues every Sabbath Day, & in every city. [Isaiah 11:1-4 *And a Rod shall come forth out of the stem of Jesse, & a Branch shall grow out of his roots. *And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him: the Spirit of wisdom & understanding; the Spirit of [advice, & strength;] & the Spirit of knowledge & of the fear, [a.k.a respect,] of the Lord. *And shall make Him of [immediate] understanding in the fear, [a.k.a. respect,] of the Lord. *And He shall not judge [according] [to what] His eyes [see,] & neither [chastise according] [to what] His ears [hear.] *But He shall judge the poor with righteousness, & [repay] the meek, [a.k.a. humble,] of the earth with equity. *And He shall slay the wicked with the breath of His lips.]

Then, it pleased the apostles & elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men [from] their own [group] to Antioch, with Paul & Barnabas, chief men, [a.k.a. leaders,] among the brethren, namely, Judas surnamed Barsabas, & Silas.

And by them, they wrote letters [similar to] this: The apostles, elders, & brethren, send greetings to the brethren, [a.k.a. fellow-believers, who] are [from] the Gentiles in Antioch, Syria, & Cilicia. [Since] we have heard, that [some, who] went out from us have troubled you with words, to whom we gave no such [command.] [Diverting] [the faith within] your souls, saying, You must be circumcised, & keep the Law. Being assembled with one accord, [a.k.a. goal,] it seemed good to us, to send chosen men to you, with our beloved Barnabas & Paul.

Men, [who] have [risked] their lives for the Name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. [Acts 14:19-20 And with these sayings, they [were] [scarcely] [able to] [restrain] the people, [who] hadn't done [the] sacrifice to them. And having stoned Paul, [some] of the Jews came [there] from Antioch, & Iconium, who persuaded the people, [to] [draw Paul] out of the city, supposing [Paul] had been dead. [However,] as the disciples stood [around Paul,] he rose up, & [went] into the city. And the next day, [Paul left] with Barnabas to [to go to] Derbe.]

Therefore, we have sent Judas & Silas, who shall also tell you the same things, [with] [their own] [mouths.] For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, [a.k.a. Holy Spirit,] to lay no greater burden upon you, than these necessary things: That you abstain, [a.k.a. avoid:] meat offered to idols; from blood; from strangled [meats;] and from fornication, [a.k.a. adultery.] If you keep yourselves from [these,] you shall do well. [Farewell.] [Revelation 2:20-21 [Still,] I have a few things against you, because you [allowed] that woman, Jezebel, [who called] herself a prophetess, to teach & seduce My servants, to commit fornication, [a.k.a. adultery,] & to eat things sacrificed to idols. And I gave her [time] to repent of her [adultery,] & she [didn't repent.]

So, when they were dismissed, they [went] to Antioch. And when they had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the [letter.] When they had read [the letter,] they rejoiced for the consolation, [a.k.a. reassurance given.]

And also being prophets themselves, Judas & Silas [explained] [to] the brethren with many words, & confirmed, [a.k.a. verified,] [what was said in the letter.] And after they had [stayed] there [for a time,] they were let go, [a.k.a. sent off,] in peace, from the brethren, [a.k.a. fellow-believers,] to the apostles.

[Yet,] it pleased Silas to still [stay] there. Paul & also Barnabas, with many others, also continued teaching & preaching the Word of the Lord in Antioch.

And some days [afterward,] Paul said to Barnabas, Let's go & visit our brethren again in every city, where we have preached the Word of the Lord, & see how they [are] [doing.]

And Barnabas [decided] to take John, whose surname was Mark, with them. But Paul [didn't think] [it was] good to take [John] with them, [because John,] departed from them [in] Pamphylia, & [didn't go] with them to [do] the work. [John 13:13 Now, when Paul & his company [set sail] from Paphos, they came to Perga, in Pamphylia. And John [departed] from them, & returned to Jerusalem.]

And the tension was so sharp, between them, that they [left & separated,] from one another. So, Barnabas took Mark, & sailed to Cyprus. And Paul chose Silas, & [left,] being [committed] to the grace of God, by the brethren. And [Pau] went through Syria & Cilicia, confirming, [a.k.a. strengthening,] the churches.
