About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Acts 20:1-38 After 3 years, Paul Tells the Church in Ephesus, They Will No Longer See Him

After 3 years, Paul Tells the Church in Ephesus, They Will No Longer See Him

Acts 20:1-38                    The Acts of the Apostles [in Smaller Chunks]

And after the uproar [had] ceased, Paul called the disciples to him, & embraced them, & [left] to go into Macedonia. And when [Paul] had gone over those [areas,] & had given them much [encouragement,] he came into Greece, & [stayed] there 3 months.

And when [Paul] was about to sail into Syria, & the Jews had laid [in] wait, [a.k.a. to ambush, Paul,] [due to this,] [Paul's intention] [was] to return through Macedonia. And [these] accompanied [Paul] to Asia: Sopater [from] Berea; & the Thessalonians: Aristarchus; Secundus; Gaius [from] Derbe; & Timotheus, [a.k.a. Timothy;] & [from] Asia: Tychicus & Trophimus.

[Those] going [earlier, waited] for us at Troas. And after the Days of Unleavened Bread, [a.k.a. Feast of Unleavened Bread,] we sailed away from Philippi, & came in 5 days to [those] [in] Troas, where we [stayed] 7 days.

And on the 1st day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul, ready to [leave the next day,] preached to them, & continued his speech until midnight. And there were many lights in the upper [room,] where they were gathered together.

And a young man sat there in [an open] window, named Eutychus, [who had] fallen into a deep sleep. And [since Paul's] preaching was long, [Eutychus, hunched over] with sleep, & fell down from the 3rd [story,] & was [picked] up, [& was] dead.

And Paul went down, & fell on [top of] him, & [embraced] him, said, [Don't] trouble yourselves, for his life is in him. Therefore, when [Paul had] come up again, & had broken bread, & eaten, & talked a long while, even [until] daybreak, [then,] [Paul left.]

[While others] brought, [a.k.a. escorted,] the young man, [who was] alive, they were [very] comforted. And we went [early] to [the] ship, [as Paul] had [arranged,] & sailed to Assos, [a.k.a. seaport in Turkey,] intending to take Paul there, [but instead,] [Paul] [decided] to go [there] [on] foot himself.

And when [Paul] met [up] with us as Assos, we took him in [the ship,] & came to Mitylene. And we sailed [from] [there,] & the next day came, [beside] Chios. And the [following] day, we arrived at Samos, & [lingered in] Trogyllium. The next day, we came to Miletus.

For Paul had [decided] to sail [past] Ephesus, because He [didn't] [want to] spend time in Asia. For [Paul hurried in case it was] possible for him to be [in] Jerusalem [on] the day of Pentecost.

And from Miletus, [Paul] sent & called the elders of the church [in] Ephesus. And when they [came] to [Paul,] he said to them, You know, from the 1st day that I came into Asia, what [type] [of things] I have [done] with you [during] all seasons, serving the Lord, all with: [humble minds,] many tears, & temptations. [Acts 19:1-8 And it [happened,] that while Apollos was [in] Corinth, Paul passed through the upper coasts & came to Ephesus, & [found some] disciples. He said to them, Since you have believed, have you received the Holy Ghost, [a.k.a. Holy Spirit?] And they said to [Paul,] We haven't heard, whether there [even] [is] any Holy Ghost. And [Paul] said to them, Then, to what were you baptized? And they said, To John's baptism. Then, Paul said, [Truly,] John baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying to the people, that they should believe [in] Him, that is [in] Jesus Christ, [Who would] come after him. When they heard this, they were baptized in the Name of the Lord Jesus. And there were about 12 men, & when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost, [a.k.a. Holy Spirit,] came upon them. And they [spoke] with [tongues, a.k.a. languages,] & prophesied. And [Paul] went into the synagogue, & [spoke] boldly for the [period] of 3 months, disputing & persuading the things [related] [to] the Kingdom of God.]

Which [all] [happened] to me, by the Jews lying in wait, [a.k.a. ambush,] [me.] And how I kept nothing back that was [beneficial] to you, but have [declared] [it to] you, & have [publicly] taught you, & [went] house to house. Testifying repentance toward God, & faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ, both to: the Jews & also the Greeks, [a.k.a. Gentiles.]

And now, [see,] I go bound, [led] in the Spirit to Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall [happen] [to] me there. [Except] that the Holy Ghost, [a.k.a. Holy Spirit, witnessed] [to me] in every city, saying [what] bonds & afflictions [awaited] me.

But none of these things move, [a.k.a. discourage,] me. Neither [do] I [consider] my life dear to [me,] so that I might [continue to] finish my [ministry's] course with joy. And the ministry [that] I have received [from] the Lord Jesus, [is] to testify [about] the Gospel, [through] the grace of God.

And now, [look,] I know that I have gone preaching the Kingdom of God among you all, whom shall no [longer] see my face. [For this reason, today,] I [convey] to you, & record, [a.k.a. write down,] that I am pure, [a.k.a. blameless,] from the blood of all men. For I have not [neglected] to declare to you all the counsel [from] God. [Luke 7:30 But the Pharisees & lawyers rejected the counsel [from] God, against themselves, [a.k.a. to their harm,] not being baptized [by] him.]

Therefore, [you] & all the flock, [pay attention,] over which the Holy Ghost, [a.k.a. Holy Spirit, has] made your overseers, to feed, [a.k.a. shepherd,] the church of God, [whom] He [has] purchased with His Own Blood. [Romans 5:8-10 But God [commends, a.k.a. demonstrates,] His love toward us, in that, while we were [still] sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, now being justified by His Blood, we shall be saved from the wrath, through [Jesus Christ.] For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God [through] the death of His Son, we shall be saved much more, being reconciled [through] His Life.]

For I know this, that after [I leave, ravenous] wolves, [will] enter in among you, not sparing the flock. [Matthew 7:15-18 Beware of false prophets, [who] come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly, they are [ravenous] wolves. You shall know them by their fruits [produced.] Do men gather grapes [from] thorns, or figs [from] thistles? Even so, every good tree [produces] good fruit; but a corrupt tree, [produces bad] fruit.

Also, men shall arise among you [from yourselves,] speaking perverse things, to draw away, [a.k.a. lead astray,] disciples after them. [2 Timothy 3:11-15 Persecutions & affliction came to me [in:] Antioch, Iconium, & Lystra. [Those] persecutions I endured: but the Lord delivered me out of all of them. [Yes,] & all [who] will live godly in Jesus Christ, shall suffer persecution. But evil men & seducers shall [grow] worse & worse, being deceived, & deceiving. But you, continue in the things [that] you have learned] & [have] been assured of, knowing [from] whom, you [have] learned them. And [that from [childhood,] you [have] known the Holy Scriptures, [that] are able to make you wise, [which leads] to Salvation through faith, which is [believing] in Jesus Christ.]

Therefore, watch, & remember, that [over] the space of 3 years, I [didn't stop from warning] everyone night & day with tears. [Hebrews 13:9 [Don't] be carried [away] with [divers] & strange doctrines, [a.k.a. teaching.] For it is a good thing that the heart [is] established with grace; & not with meats, [a.k.a. foods,] which haven't [benefited those who] have been preoccupied [with them.]

And now, brethren, [a.k.a. fellow-believers,] I commend, [a.k.a. commit,] you to God, & to the Word of His grace, which is able to build you up, [a.k.a. encourage or strengthen,] you. And to give you an inheritance among all [those, who] are sanctified.

I [haven't envied any] man's silver, gold, or [garments.] [Yes,] you, yourselves know that these hands [of mine,] have ministered, [a.k.a. served,] to [provide for] my necessities, & [for those, who] were with me. [2 Thessalonians 3:6-8 Now we command you, brethren, in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ, [so] that you withdraw yourselves from every brother, [who walks, a.k.a. follows,] disorderly, & not [according to] the [traditions that] he received [from] us. For [you,] yourselves, know how you [should] follow us. For we haven't behaved disorderly among you. Neither did we eat any man's bread for [nothing,] but labored & [worked with heavy toil,] night & day, [so] that we might not be [beholding] to any of you.]

I have [declared] all things [to] you, & how that you should [also] support the weak by [working.] And to remember the Words of the Lord Jesus, & how He said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

And when [Paul] had spoken [this,] he kneeled down, & prayed with them all. And they all wept [bitterly,] & fell on, [a.k.a. hugged,] Paul's neck, & kissed him. Most of all, [sorry about] the words [that Paul spoke,] that they [wouldn't] see his face [anymore.] And they accompanied [Paul] to the ship.
