About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible:

About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Acts 4:1-37 After Healing the Lame Man in Jesus' Name, Peter & John Are Questioned

After Healing the Lame Man in Jesus' Name, Peter & John Are Questioned

Acts 4:1-37                    The Acts of the Apostles [in Smaller Chunks]

And the: priests, [leader] of the temple, & Sadducees came upon them, as they [spoke] to the people. They [were] greatly [disturbed] that they, [a.k.a. Peter & John,] taught the people, & preached [about] the resurrection from the dead, through Jesus.

And they laid hands on, [a.k.a. seized,] them, & put them in [custody until] the next day: for it was now [evening.] [However,] many of them heard the Word & believed. And the number of the men was about 5,000.

And it [happened the next day,] that their: rulers; elders; scribes; Annas, the high priest; Caiaphas; John; Alexander, & as many as were of the [family] of the high priest were gathered together [in] Jerusalem. And when they had put them, [a.k.a. 2 apostles,] in the [middle,] they asked, by what power, or by what Name, have you done this?

Then, Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, [a.k.a. Holy Spirit,] said to them, You rulers of the people, & elders of Israel, if we this day [are questioned] [about] the good deed done to the lame man, & [how] he [was] made whole, [let] it be known to you all, & to all the people in Israel, that this man [stands] here [in front of] you whole, even by the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Whom you crucified, & Whom God raised from the dead.[Acts 3:6-7 Then, Peter said, I have [no] silver & gold, but I give you such that I have: In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up & walk. And [Peter] took him by the right hand, & lifted him up. And immediately his feet & [ankle] bones received strength.]

*This is the stone, [that] was set at [nothing,] [by] you builders, [Who has] become the Head of the corner. [Psalm 118:22-23 *The stone which the builders refused, [a.k.a. rejected, has] become the Head Stone of the corner. This is the Lord's doing. It is [marvelous] in our eyes.]

Neither is there Salvation in any other. For there is [no] other name under heaven given among men, [by which] we may be saved. [Ephesians 2:19-21 Therefore, you are now, no [longer] strangers & foreigners, but fellow-citizens with the saints, & [you are] of the household of God, & [you] are built upon the foundation of the apostles, & prophets, Jesus Christ, Himself, being the Chief Stone. In Whom, all the building, [tightly] framed together, [grows into a] Holy Temple, [through] the Lord.]

Now, when they saw the boldness of Peter & John, & [realized] they were ignorant & [unschooled] men, they [marveled.] And they [realized from] [questioning] them, that they had been with Jesus. [1 Corinthians 1:27 But God [has] chosen the foolish things of the world to [confuse] the wise. And God [has] chosen the weak things of the world, to [confuse] the things [that] are mighty.]

And [seeing] the man, [who] was healed standing with them, they couldn't say [anything] against it. But when they commanded [Peter & John] to [step] aside [away from] the council, they [discussed] among themselves, saying, What shall we do to these men? For indeed a notable miracle has been done by them, & is [visible] to all [those, who live] in Jerusalem; & we can't deny it.

But [so] it [doesn't] spread further among the people, let's [severely] threaten them, [so] that [from now on,] they no [longer] speak to [any] man in this Name. And they called [Peter & John,] & commanded them not to speak, nor teach at all in the Name of Jesus. But Peter & John answered & said to them, You judge whether it is right in the sight of God to [pay attention] to you, more than to God. For we [can only] speak the things [that] we have seen & heard. [Acts 5:29 Then Peter & the other apostles answered, & said, WE ought to obey God rather than men.]

So, when they had threatened them further, they let [Peter & John] go, finding [no way that] they might punish them, because of the people. For all men glorified God for [what] was done. [Acts 3:8-10 And he, leaping up, stood, & walked, & entered with them into the temple, walking, & leaping, & praising God. And all the people saw him walking & praising God. And they knew that it was he, [who] sat at the Beautiful Gate of the temple, for alms, [a.k.a. charity.] And they were filled with wonder & amazement at [what] had happened to him.]

For the man on whom this miracle of healing was [done,] was [over] 40 years old. And being let go, [Peter & John,] went to their own [group,] & reported all that the chief priest, & elders had said to them. *And when they heard that, [together] they lifted up their [voices] to God, & said, Lord, You [are] God, [Who has]  made heaven, earth, & the sea, & all that is in them. [Psalm 146:5-9 *Happy is he, [who has] the God of Jacob, [a.k.a. Israel,] for His help, whose hope is in the Lord his God. [Who] made heaven, the earth, the sea, & all that is [in it.] [Who keeps Truth] forever. [Who carries out] judgment, [a.k.a. justice,] for the oppressed. [Who gives] food to the hungry. The Lord [loosens] the prisoners. The Lord [opens] the eyes of the blind. The Lord raises [those, who] are [hunched over.] The Lord loves the righteous. The Lord [watches over] the strangers; & He [relieves] the fatherless & widow. But He [turns] the way of the wicked upside down.]

*[About Whom,] Your servant, David, has said [with] [his] mouth, Why did the heathen rage, & the people imagine, [a.k.a. plot,] vain things? [Psalm 2:1-3 *Why do the heathen, [a.k.a. Gentiles,] rage, & the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth [appoint] themselves, & the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, & against His Anointed, saying, Let us break Their bands [to pieces,] & [throw] away Their cords from us.]

The kings of the earth stood up, & the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, & against His Christ. [Truthfully,] both Herod, & Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, & the people of Israel, were gathered together, to do [whatever] Your hand & Your counsel [previously] determined to be done, against Your Holy Child, Jesus, Whom You [have] Anointed. [Acts 2:23-24 [Jesus Christ,] being delivered [to] the council [determined] by [God's foresight.] *And by wicked hands, you have taken, crucified, & [killed,] Whom God [has] raised up. Having [loosened] the pangs of death, because it wasn't possible that He should be [held] [by death.

And now, Lord, [see,] their [threats,] & grant to Your servants, that they may speak Your Word with all boldness. By stretching out Your hand to heal, & that signs & wonders, [a.k.a. Miracles,] may be done [through] the Name of Your Holy Child, Jesus.

And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, [a.k.a. Holy Spirit.] And they [spoke] the Word of God with boldness. And the multitude of [those, who] believed, were [united] [with] one heart, & one soul.

Neither [did] any of them [say,] that the things [that] he possessed, [a.k.a. owned, were only] his; but they had all things [in] common, [a.k.a. they shared all things.]

And the apostles gave witness of the Resurrection of the Lord Jesus with great power. [John 20:26-29 And after 8 days, again [Jesus'] disciples were [inside,] & Thomas with them. Then, Jesus [came,] the doors being shut, & stood in the [middle,] & said, Peace be to you. *Then, [Jesus] said to Thomas, Reach your finger [here,] & [see] My hands. And reach your hand [here,] & thrust it into My side. And [don't] be [without faith,] but believing. And Thomas answered & said to [Jesus,] My Lord & my God. Jesus [said] to him, Thomas, because you [have] seen Me, you [have] believed. Blessed are [those, who] haven't seen, & [still] have believed.

And great grace was upon them all. Neither was there [anything] that [they] lacked among them. For as many as [owned] lands or houses, sold them, & brought the [proceeds] of the things that were sold, & laid them down at the apostles' feet.

And distribution was made to every man according [to] his need. And [Joseph,] who was surnamed Barnabas, by the apostles, (which is, being interpreted, The son of Consolation,) a Levite, [from] the country of Cyprus, [had] land & sold it, & brought the money, & laid it at the apostle's feet.
