About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Do You Produce Fruit that Leads to Life or Leads to Death?

Romans 7:1-25       The Epistle [a.k.a. Letter] of Paul to the Romans [in Smaller Chunks]

[Don't] you know, brethren, (for I speak to [those, who] know the Law [of Moses,]) & how the Law [has control] over a man as long as he [lives?] For the woman, [who has] a husband, is bound by the Law to her husband, [as] long as he [lives.] But if the husband [is] dead, she is [released] from the Law, [related to] her husband.

So, if while her husband [is alive,] & she [is] then married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress. But if her husband [is] dead, she is free from that Law, so that she is no [longer an] adulteress, [although] she [is] married to another man.

[For this reason,] my brethren, you [have] also become dead to the Law [of Moses,][through] the body of Christ; [so] that you should be married to another, even to [Jesus Christ,] Who is raised [up] from the dead, [so] that we should [produce] fruit to God.

For when we were [focused on the desires of] the [sinful] flesh, which were [done while we were under the control of] the Law, & [worked] in our [body's] members, [what produces] fruit [that leads] to death.

But now [that] we are delivered from the Law, & being dead [to the sin in which] we were held [by,] [so] that we should serve [with] newness of spirit, & not in the [old sinful ways, while we were under the] letter [of the Law.]

Then, what shall we say? Is the Law sin? [No. Let it not be so.] I hadn't known sin, but [because of] the Law, [I became aware of what sin was.] For I hadn't known [what] lust [was,] except [that] the Law had said, You shall not covet, [a.k.a. envy.]

But taking occasion, [a.k.a. living for the day,] sin [brought about] all [types of desire within] me [in opposition to] the commandment. For without the [awareness of] the Law, sin was dead.

For I was alive once; [outside] the Law, but when the commandment came, [& was understood,] sin revived, [a.k.a. was restored,] & [because of my sinful desires,] I [would have] died. [Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is Eternal Life through Jesus Christ our Lord.]

And the commandment [established] [which leads] to Life, I found [identifies sinfulness that leads] to death. For [living for the day,] sin deceived me, & by it [would have ] [killed] me, [according to] the commandment.

The Law is Holy, [for this reason,] & the [commandments] [are] Holy, just, [a.k.a. fair,] & good. Then, was that which is good, made, [a.k.a. produced,] [what has the potential to cause] death to me? [Let it not be so.]

But sin, [so] that it might [be apparent] [as] sin, [worked, a.k.a. brought about,] death in me, by the commandment that which is good. [So,] that [through the commandment's identifying] sin, [we] might [realize that sin leads to] [becoming exceedingly] sinful.

For we know that the Law is spiritual, but I am carnal, [a.k.a. worldly,] sold [into slavery to those desires through] sin. For [what] I don't [want] to allow, [is what] I do. For what I [want to do,] I [don't] do; but what I hate, [that's what] I do.

Then, if I do that which I [don't] [want,] I consent, [a.k.a. agree with] the Law that is good. [Furthermore,] now, it is no [longer] I, [who] do it, but [the] sin that [dwells within] me.

For I know that [within] me (this is, in my [sinful] flesh, no good thing [dwells.] For [wanting to do good,] is present [within] me. But I [can't] find [out,] how to [accomplish,] that which is good.

For I [don't] do, the good that [I want to do;] but I do the evil, which I [don't] [want to do.] Now, if I do [what] I [don't] [want to do,] it's no [longer] I, [who] do it, but [the] [sinful] [nature] that [dwells within] me.

Then, I [found] a Law, that, when I [want to] do good, evil is [here within] me. For I delight in the Law of God, [within mankind.] [Jeremiah 31:33-34 *But this shall be the Covenant [a.k.a. contract,] that I will make with the house of Israel. The Lord [says,] After those days, I will put My Law in their inward parts, & write it in their hearts, & will be their God, & they shall be My people. And they shall no [longer,] every man teach his neighbor & his brother, saying, Know the Lord. For they shall know Me, from the: [powerless] to the [powerful] of them, [says] the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, & I will no [longer] remember their sin.]

But I [also] see another law [within] my [body's] members, [struggling] against the Law of [God within] my mind, bringing me into captivity to the law of sin, which is [within] my [body's] members.

O wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from the [sinful] body, [that potentially leads to] this death? [John 3:16-17 *For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, [so] that [whoever believes] in Him should not perish, but have everlasting Life. For God [didn't send] His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world might be saved through Him.

I thank God, through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then, with [my] mind, I serve the Law of God; but the law of sin, with the flesh. [Matthew 26:41 Watch & pray, [so] that you [don't] enter into temptation. The spirit is indeed willing, but the flesh is weak.]
