About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Ephesians 6:1-24 Wearing All the Armor of God to Protect You From Satan's Sinful Ways

Wearing All the Armor of God to Protect You From Satan's Sinful Ways

Ephesians 6:1-24    The Epistle of Paul to the Ephesians [in Smaller Chunks]

[Within [the faith of] the Lord, Children, obey your parents. It is right. [Honor] your father & mother, which is the 1st commandment with promise. [So,] that it may be well with you, & you [may] live long on the earth.

And, you fathers, [don't] provoke your children to wrath, [a.k.a. anger.] But bring them up, [nurturing, & warning] [them,] [through] the Lord.

Servants, be obedient to [those, who] are your [human] masters, with fear, [a.k.a. respect,] & trembling, [with sincere hearts, like] to Christ. Not with eye-service, [a.k.a. insincere,] as [pleasing men;] but [like Christ's] servants, doing the will of God from the heart.

Doing service with good will, [like] to the Lord, & not to men. Knowing that [whatever] good thing any man [does,] he shall receive the same [from] the Lord, whether he [is] bond, [a.k.a. a slave,] or free.

And, you masters, do the same things to [your servants,] forbearing, [a.k.a. refraining from] threatening. Knowing that your Master, is also in heaven. Neither [does] [the Lord God] respect, [a.k.a. show partiality, to] persons, [a.k.a. people's status.]

Finally, my brethren, [a.k.a. fellow-believers,] be strong [believers] in the Lord, & in the power of His might, [a.k.a. strength.] Put on [God's] whole [armor, so] that you may be able to [withstand] against the wiles, [a.k.a. schemes,] of the devil. For we [don't] wrestle against flesh & blood, but against: principalities; powers; rulers of darkness; & against spiritual wickedness in high places.

[For this reason,] take the whole [armor] of God [for] you, [so] that you may be able to withstand [on] the evil day, having done all, to [withstand] it.] [Revelation 7:13-15 And one of the elders [asked,] saying to me, [Who] are [those, who] are [clothed] in white robes? And [where] [did] they come [from?] And I said to him, Sir, you [know.] And he said to me, These are [those, who] came out of great tribulation, & have washed their robes, & made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore, they are [in front of] the throne of God, & serve Him day & night in His temple. And He [Who sits] on the throne shall dwell among them.]

Therefore stand, having your loins, [a.k.a. waist, strapped around] with Truth. [John 14:6 Jesus [said] to him, I Am the Way, the Truth, & the Life. No man [comes] to the Father, [except] by Me.]

And having the breast of righteousness on. And your feet with [shoes prepared like those] [from] the Gospel of peace. [Isaiah 52:7 Upon the mountains, how beautiful the feet are of him, [who] brings good tidings, [a.k.a. good news,] & [who proclaims] peace. [Who] brings good [news about] good, & [proclaims] Salvation; & [who says] to Zion, Your God [rules!]

Above all, [take] the shield of faith, [with which] you shall be able to quench, [a.k.a. put out,] all the fiery darts of the wicked. [1 John 5:4 For [whoever] is born [from] God, overcomes the world. and this is the victory that [overcomes] the world, even [though] our faith [in Jesus Christ.

And take the helmet of Salvation, & the sword of the [Holy] Spirit, which is the Word of God. [John 1:1-3 In the beginning was the Word, & the Word was with God, & the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him. And not anything that was made, was made without Him.]

Always praying [within] the [Holy] Spirit, with all: [prayers & petitions,] & [watch] will all perseverance & [requests] for all [the Lord God's] saints. And [pray] for me, [so] that utterance, [a.k.a. the ability to speak,] may be given to me, [so] that I may open my mouth boldly, to make the mystery of the Gospel known. [Colossians 2-3 Continue in prayer, & watch [prayerfully,] with [giving thanks.] [Meanwhile,] also praying for us, [so] that God would open to us a door of utterance, to speak [about] the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds, [a.k.a. chains.]

For which, I am an ambassador, [while] in [chains, so] that, I may speak boldly [about this,] as I [should] speak. [So] that, you may also know my affairs, [a.k.a. what I'm doing, & how I am.]

Tychicus, a beloved brother & faithful minister in the [faith of] the Lord, shall make all things known to you, whom, I have sent to you for the same [reason, so] that he might comfort your hearts, & you might know our affairs, [a.k.a. how we are doing.]

Peace be to the brethren, [a.k.a. fellow-beleivers,] with love & faith, from God the Father & the Lord Jesus Christ. [May] grace be with all [those, who] love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.
