About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

1 John 2:1-29 He, Who Says He's in the Light & Hates His Brother, Is in Darkness

He, Who Says He's in the Light & Hates His Brother, Is in Darkness

1 John 2:1-29          The 1st Epistle, [a.k.a. Letter,] of John [in Smaller Chunks]

I write these things to you, my little children, [a.k.a those new to the faith in Jesus Christ, so] that you [don't] sin. And if any man [sins,] we have an advocate with the Father, the Righteous Jesus Christ. And [Jesus Christ] Is the propitiation, [a.k.a. atonement,] for our sins. And not only for ours, but also for the sins of the whole world.

And if we keep His commandments, [by this] we know, [a.k.a. are aware] that we know Him. He, [who says,] I know Him, & [doesn't keep] His commandments, is a liar & the Truth isn't [within] him. But [whoever keeps God's] Word, [truly] the love of God is perfected [within] him. [John 14:21 He, [who has] My commandments, & [keeps] them, is he, [who loves] Me. And he, [who loves] Me, shall be loved [by] My Father, & I will love him, & will manifest, [a.k.a. reveal,] Myself to him.]

[By this,] we know that we are in Him. He, [who says] he [abides, a.k.a. stays,] in [Christ, should] also himself walk, [a.k.a. follow,] even [like Christ followed.] [Philippians 2:5-11 Let [your] [minds within] you, also be [like that of] Christ Jesus. Who [Is] in the [image] of God, & [didn't think] it [a] [crime] to be equal with God. But made Himself of no reputation, [a.k.a. with no status,] & took upon [Himself] the [image] of a servant, & was made in the likeness of men. And being found in [the] [image like] a man, He humbled Himself, & became obedient [until] death, even the death [on] the cross. *[For this reason, God [has] also highly exalted [Jesus Christ,] & [has] [given] Him a Name, which is above every name. That every knee should bow, of things in: heaven; [on] earth; & under the earth; at the Name of Jesus. *And that every tongue should confess to the glory of God the Father, that Jesus Christ Is Lord.]

Brethren, [a.k.a. fellow-believers,] [I'm not] [writing] [any] new [commandments] to you, but [only] an old commandment, [that] you had from the beginning. The old commandment that] you have heard from the beginning is [from] the Word [of God.]

Again, I write to you a new commandment, because the darkness is past. [This] thing is True [through Christ,] & [through] you, & the True Light now [shines.] He, [who says] he is in the Light, & [hates] his brother, is even in darkness until now. [1 John 4:20 He is a liar, if a man [says,] I love God, & [hates] his brother. For he [who doesn't love] his brother, whom he [has] seen, how can he love God, Whom he [hasn't] seen?]

He, [who loves] his brother [abides, a.k.a. stays,] in the Light, & there is [no] occasion [for] stumbling, [a.k.a. being led astray, within] him. But he, [who hates] his brother is in darkness, & [follows] in darkness, & [doesn't know where] he [goes,] because that darkness [has] blinded, [a.k.a. clouded,] his eyes. [1 John 4:21 And this commandment we have from [Jesus Christ,] That he, who [love] God, also [loves] his brother.]

Little children, I write to you, because your sins are forgiven you, for [Christ's] Name's sake. Fathers, I write to you, because you have known [Jesus Christ, Who] Is from the beginning. Young men, I write to you, because you have overcome the wicked one. Little children, I write to you, because you have known the Father.

I have written to you, fathers, because you have known [Jesus Christ, Who] Is from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, & the Word of God [abides, a.k.a. remains,] in you, & you have overcome the wicked one. [Ephesians 6:11-12 Put on the whole [armor] of God, [so] that you may be able to stand [up] against the wiles, [a.k.a. tricks,] of the devil. For we [don't] wrestle against flesh & blood, but against: principalities; powers; rulers of the [world's] darkness; & against spiritual wickedness in high places.]

[Don't] love the world, [nor] the things that are in the world. If any man [loves] the world, the love of the Father isn't [within] him. For all that is in the world, the [lusts, a.k.a. desires] of: the flesh; the eyes; & the life of pride, [aren't from] the Father, but [are from] the world. [Ecclesiastes 5:10 He, [who loves] silver shall not be satisfied with silver. Nor he, [who loves] abundance, with increase, [a.k.a. wanting even more.] This is vanity.]

And the world passes away, & the [worldly] lusts. [2 Peter 3:10 *But the Day of the Lord will come [like] a thief in the night. In which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, & the elements shall melt with fervent heat, & also the earth, & the works, [a.k.a. things that were made,] that are [in there,] & shall be burned up.]

But he, [who does] the will of God, [abides, a.k.a. remains,] forever. [2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack, [a.k.a. slow,] concerning His promise, [like] some men [consider] slackness; but is long-suffering, [a.k.a. patient, toward] us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.]

Little children, it is the last time, [a.k.a. the end times.] And the antichrist shall come, [like] you have heard. Even now, there are many antichrists, [by this] we know that it is the [end times.] [2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 Let no man deceive you by any means. For that day shall not come, [unless] there 1st [comes] a falling away. And that man of sin [is] revealed, the son of perdition; who [opposes] & [exalts] himself above all [that are] called God, or that [are] worshipped. So that, he, [like] God, [sits] in the temple of God, [declaring] that he, himself, is God.]

They went out from us, [a.k.a. left the Christian faith,] but they weren't of, [a.k.a. connected to,] us. For if they had been [connected to] us, no doubt, they would have continued with us [in sharing the faith about Jesus Christ.] But they went out, [so] [it] might be made manifest, [a.k.a. apparent,] that they [weren't] all [connected to] us, [Christians.] [Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, & false prophets, & shall [display] great signs & wonders, [a.k.a. miracles, so] that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect, [a.k.a. chosen.

But you have an [anointing] from the Holy One, & you know all  things. I haven't written to you, because you [don't] know the Truth, but because you [do] know [the Truth.] [John 14:6 Jesus [said] to [Thomas,] I Am the Way, the Truth, & the Life. No man [comes] to the Father, [except] by Me.]

And that no lie is [from] the Truth. Who is a liar, [except] he, [who denies] that Jesus is the Christ? He [who denies] the Father & the Son is antichrist. [Whoever denies] the Son, [doesn't have] the Father. He, [who acknowledges] the Son, also [has] the Father.

Therefore let [what] you have heard from the beginning, abide, [a.k.a. stay,] in you. If [what] you heard from the beginning [remains] in you, you shall also continue in the [faith in Jesus Christ, the] Son, & in the Father. And this is the promise that He [has] promised us, even Eternal Life. [John 3:15-18 That [whoever believes] in Him, should not perish, but have Eternal Life. For God so loved the world, that He gave His Only Begotten Son, that [whoever believes] in Him should not perish, but have Everlasting Life. For God [didn't send] His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world might be saved through Him. He, [who believes in] Him is not condemned. But he, [who doesn't  believe,] is already condemned, because he [hasn't] believed in the Name of the Only Begotten Son of God.]

I have written these things to you, concerning [those, who] seduce, [a.k.a. deceive,] you. [2 Timothy 3:12-15 [Yes,] & all [those, who] live [in] godly [faith] in Christ Jesus, shall [also] suffer persecution. But evil men & seducers shall [grow] worse & worse, deceiving, & being deceived, [from the faith in Jesus Christ.] But you, continue in the things [that] you [have] learned, & [have become convinced] of, knowing [from] whom you [have] learned them. And from a child, you [have] known the Holy Scriptures, [that] are] able to make you wise, [leading] to Salvation, through faith which is in Christ Jesus.]

But the anointing [that] you have received [from] Him, [abides, a.k.a. remains,] in you, & you [don't] need that any man [teaches] you. But [like] the same anointing [teaches] you [about] all things, & is Truth, & [isn't] [a] lie. You shall [remain] in Him, even [like] it, [a.k.a. Truth, has] taught you.

And little children, now [stay] in [the faith of] [Jesus Christ, so] that, when He [appears,] we may have confidence, & not be ashamed [in front of] Him, at [Christ's] coming. [Revelation 1:5-8 And from Jesus Christ, Who is the faithful witness, & the first begotten [from] the dead. And the Prince, [a.k.a. Ruler,] of the [earth's] kings. To Him, [Who] loved us, & washed us from our sin in His Own Blood, & [has] made us kings, & priests to God, & His Father. To Him [is] glory, & dominion, [a.k.a. power,] forever & ever. Amen. [Look,] He [comes] with clouds. And every eye shall see Him, & also [those, who] pierced Him. And all [the] [families] of the earth shall wail, because of Him. Even so, Amen. I Am [the] Alpha & Omega, the Beginning & the Ending, [says] the Lord,] [Who] Is, [Who] Was, & [Who] Is to Come, the Almighty.]

If you know that He is Righteous, you know that everyone [who does] [what is:] [righteous,] is born [from] Him. [Acts 22:13-16 [Ananias] came to me; stood; & said to me, Brother Saul, [a.k.a. Paul,] receive your sight. And the same hour I looked up upon [Ananias.] And [Ananias] said, The God of our [forefathers has] chosen you, [so] that you [should] know His will, & see that Just One, & [should] hear the voice [from] His mouth. For you [shall] be His witness to all men, [about] what you [have] seen & heard. And now, why [do] you tarry, [a.k.a. wait or linger?] Arise, & be baptized, & wash away your sins, calling on the Name of the Lord.]
