About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

James 4:1-17 Addressing Arguments & Fights Among Them

Addressing Arguments & Fights Among Them

James 4:1-17          The Epistle, [a.k.a. Letter,] of James [in Smaller Chunks]

From [where] [do] wars, [a.k.a. struggles,] & [fighting, a.k.a. arguments,] come [from,] among you? [Don't] they even come [here, from] your lusts, that war, [a.k.a. struggle, within] your [body's] members?

You lust, [a.k.a. desire,] & [don't] have. You kill, & desire to have, & can't obtain [it.] You fight & [struggle,] & [still] you [don't] have [what you want,] because you [don't] ask [the Lord God.] You ask, & [don't] receive [it,] because you ask [incorrectly, so] that your lusts may consume, [a.k.a. devour,] it.

[Don't] you: adulterers & adulteresses, know that the friendship [with] the world, is [in] enmity, [a.k.a in opposition,] with God? Therefore, [whoever] will be a friend of the world, is [an] enemy of God. [1 John 2:15-17 [Don't] love the world, & neither [love] the things that are in the world. If any man [loves] the world, the love of the Father isn't in him. For all that is in the world: the [lusts, a.k.a. desires,] of the flesh, & the [desires] of the eyes, & [life's] pride, [a.k.a. conceit, aren't from] the Father, but [are from] the world. And the world [passes] away, & the [lusts of it.] But he, [who does] the will of God, [abides, a.k.a. remains,] [in heaven] forever.]

Do you think that the Scripture [said] in vain, The [worldly] spirit that [dwells within] us lusts, [which leads] to envy? But [the Lord God gives] more grace. [For this reason the Lord God said,] God [resists] the proud, [a.k.a. prideful,] but [gives] grace to the humble. Therefore, submit, [a.k.a. yield,] yourselves to God. Resist, [a.k.a. Reject,] the devil, & he will flee from you. [1 Peter 5:7-8 [Cast] all your [cares] upon [the Lord God;] for He [cares] for you. Be: sober, [a.k.a. level-headed,] & vigilant, because your adversary, [a.k.a. enemy,] the devil, [walks around, like] a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.]

Draw [close] to God, & He will draw [close] to you. You sinners, & you [two-faced,] cleanse your hands & purify your hearts.] [Mark 7:6-7 [Jesus Christ] answered & said to them, [Isaiah has] prophesied well [about] you hypocrites. As it is written [in the Scriptures,] This people [honor] Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. [However,] they worship Me in vain, teaching the commandments of men, for doctrines.

Be: afflicted; mourn; & weep. Let your laughter be turned [into] mourning, & your joy [turned] [into] heaviness, [a.k.a. sorrow or anguish.] Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, & He shall lift you up, [a.k.a. uplift you, or elevate you.] [Luke 14:11 For [whoever exalts] himself, shall be abased, [a.k.a. brought low.] And he, [who humbles] himself, shall be exalted.]

Brethren, [a.k.a. fellow-believers, Don't] speak evil of one another. He, [who speaks] evil of his brother, & [judges] his brother, [speaks] evil of the Law, & [judges] the Law. [Matthew 7:1-2 [Don't judge, [so] that you [aren't] judged. For you shall be judged, with what judgment you judge. And with what measure you [hand out,] it shall be measured to you, again.

But if you judge the Law, you aren't [someone who] [does] the Law, but a judge. [But] there is [only] One Lawgiver, Who is able to save & to destroy: & who [are] you, [to] judge another?

[Up] to now, you say, Today or tomorrow, we will go into such a city, & continue there a year, & buy, sell, & get [financial] gain. [Since,] you [don't] know what shall [happen tomorrow,] what is your life for? It is [just] a [vapor] that [appears] for a little [while,] & then [vanishes away, a.k.a. disappears.]

For [what] you [should] say [is,] If [it is] the [Lord's] will, we shall live & do this or that. But now, [you] [arrogantly] [boast,] & rejoice. All such rejoicing is evil.

Therefore, to him, [who knows] to do good, & [doesn't do] it, it is [considered as a] sin to him. [Proverbs 21:13 [Whoever stops, a.k.a. plugs,] his ears at the [out] cry of the poor, he shall also cry [out] himself, but shall not be heard.]
