About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

James 5:1-20 We Consider Those Happy Who Endure

We Consider Those Happy Who Endure

James 5:1-20          The Epistle, [a.k.a. Letter,] of James [in Smaller Chunks]

[Up] to now, you rich men go: weep & howl [about] your miseries that shall [happen] [to] you. Your riches are corrupted, [a.k.a. corroded or rotten,] & your garments are moth-eaten. [Matthew 6:19-20 [Don't] lay up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth & rust [corrupt] [it,] & where thieves break [in] & steal [it.] But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth, nor rust  [corrupt] [it,] & where thieves don't break [in] & steal [it.]

Your gold & silver is [corroded,] & the rust [from] them shall be a witness against you, & shall eat, [a.k.a. devour,] your flesh as [if] it were fire. You have heaped together treasure for the last days.

[See,] the [laborers, cry] [out,] who have reaped, [a.k.a. harvested] your fields, & you [have] kept back [their] [wages by] fraud. And [their] [outcries] of [those, who] have [harvested, have] entered into the ears of the Lord of [the] [Sabbath.] [Deuteronomy 24:15 You shall give him his hire, [a.k.a. wages, on] his day [he worked,] & niether shall the sun go down upon it. For he is poor, & sets his heart upon it, [a.k.a. he depends upon it.] [Lest] he [cries] [out] against you to the Lord, & [it's] [accounted] to you [as] sin.]

You have lived on the earth in pleasure, & have been wanton, [a.k.a thoughtless;] & you have nourished, [a.k.a. satisfied,] your hearts, [like during the] day of slaughter. You have condemned & killed the Just. [Acts 3:14-15 But you denied the Holy One, & the Just. And desired a murderer to be granted, [a.k.a. released,] to you; & killed the Prince of Life, Whom God [has] raised from the dead; [of which] we are witnesses.]

And He [didn't] resist you. [Isaiah 50:5-6 *The Lord God [has] opened [My] ear, & I wasn't rebellious, & neither [did] I [turn] away [My] back. *I gave My back to the [whippers,] & My cheeks to [those, who] plucked off the hair. I [didn't hide] My face from shame & spitting.]

Therefore, brethren, be patients, [until] the coming of the Lord.

[2 Thessalonians 2:8-9 And then, that Wicked [one,] shall be revealed, whom the Lord, with the [Holy] Spirit, shall consume, [a.k.a devour,] [like] [by] His mouth. And with the brightness of [Jesus Christ's] coming, shall destroy, even him, whose coming is [according to] the [work] of Satan, with all power & lying wonders, [a.k.a. deceptive miracles.]

[See,] the [farmers wait] for the precious fruit of the earth. And [endures patiently] for it, until he receives the early, [a.k.a. Fall or Harvest] rain & latter, [a.k.a. the Spring] rain.  Also, [establish] your hearts & be patient: for the coming of the Lord [draws close.]

Brethren, [don't] [hold a] grudge against one another, lest you [are] condemned. [Look,] the Judge [stands] at the door. [Revelation 3:20-21 [Look,] I stand at the door, & knock. If any man [hears] My voice, & [opens] the door, I will come in to him, & will [dine] with him, & he with Me. I will grant to him, [who overcomes,] to sit with Me [on] My throne, even [like] I also overcame, & Am [sitting] down with My Father, [on] His throne.]

My brethren, take [the] example [from] the prophets, who have spoken in the Name of the Lord, & [suffered] affliction [with] patience. [Matthew 5:11-12 Blessed are you, when men shall [ridicule] & persecute you, & shall falsely say all [types] of evil against you, for My sake. Rejoice, & be [exceedingly] glad. For great is your reward in heaven. For they [also] persecuted the prophets, [who] were [prior] [to] you.

[See,] we [consider those,] happy [who] endure. [Revelation 3:5-6 He, [who overcomes,] the same [person,] shall be clothed in white [garments.] And I won't blot out his name [from] the Book of Life. But I will confess his name [in front of] My Father, & before His Angels. Let him, [who has] an ear, hear what the [Holy] Spirit [says] to the churches.]

You have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen [that] the Lord is very: [compassionate & merciful,] [& will see it again at] the End [on the Day] of the Lord.

But my brethren, above all things, [don't] swear: [not] by: heaven; the earth; & neither by any other oath. But let your [Yes] be [yes;] & your [No,] [be] [no;] lest you fall into condemnation.

[Are] any among you afflicted? Let him pray. [Are] any merry, [a.k.a. happy?] Let him sing psalms. [Are] any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church, & let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the Name of the Lord. And the prayer of [the] [faithful,] shall save the sick, & the Lord shall raise him up [from his sickbed.] And if he [has] committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

Confess your faults to one another, & pray for one another, [so] that you may be healed. The [effective,] fervent, [a.k.a. passionate,] prayer [from] a righteous man, [avails, a.k.a. helps,] much.

[Elijah] was a man, subject to [similar] passions [like] we are. And he prayed earnestly, [a.k.a. sincerely,] that it might not rain, & it [didn't] rain on the earth [over] the space of 3 ½ years. And [Elijah] prayed again, & heaven gave rain, & the earth brought forth, [a.k.a. produced, its] fruit.

Brethren, [a.k.a. fellow-believers,] if any of you err, [a.k.a. go astray,] from the Truth. [John 14:6 Jesus said to [Thomas,] I Am the Way, the Truth, & the Life. No man [comes] to the Father, [except] by Me.]

And [someone converts] him, let him know, that he, [who converts] the sinner from the error of his [ways,] shall save a soul from death, & shall hide a multitude of sins.
