About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Amos 2:1-16 The Future Punishment of Moab & Unfaithful Judah & Israel

The Future Punishment of Moab & Unfaithful Judah & Israel

Amos 2:1-16                        The Book of Amos [in Smaller Chunks]

The Lord says [this;] For 3 [sins] of Moab, & for 4, I won't [withdraw] the punishment [of it;] because he burned the bones of the king of Edom into lime. [2 Kings 3:26-27 And when the king of Moab saw that the battle was too [severe] for him, he took with him 700 men, [who] drew swords, to break through, even to the king of Edom: but they couldn't.

Then, he took his eldest sons, [who] should have [ruled] in his [place,] & offered him for a burnt offering upon the wall. And there was great indignation [by] Israel. And they departed from him, & returned to their own land.]

But I will send a fire upon Moab, & it shall devour the palaces of Kirioth. And Moab shall die with [chaos,] shouting, & with the trumpet sound. [Jeremiah 48:41-42 Kerioth, [a.k.a. Kirioth,] is [captured,] & the strongholds are surprised, & the hearts of [Moab's] mighty [men on] that day, shall be [like] the heart of a woman in her [labor pains.] And Moab shall be destroyed from being a people, because he [has] magnified himself against the Lord.]

And I will cut off the judge from the midst [of it,] & will slay all the princes [of it] with him, says the Lord. [Jeremiah 48:6-7 Flee, save your lives, & be like the [wastelands] in the wilderness.

For you have trusted in your works, & in your treasures. You shall also be [captured,] & Chemosh, [a.k.a. Moabite idol,] shall go into captivity with [its] priests, & princes together.]

The Lord says [this;] For 3 [sins] of Judah, & for 4, I won't [withdraw] the punishment [of it;] because they have despised the Law of the Lord, & haven't kept His commandments. And their lies cause them to [go astray,] after [what] their [forefathers] have [followed.]

[Jeremiah 1:16 And I will utter My judgments against them [about] all their wickedness. [Those,] who have [abandoned] Me, & have burned incense to other gods & worshiped the works [made by] their own hands.]

But I will send a fire upon Judah, & it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem. [Jeremiah 11:11-13 Therefore, the Lord says [this, Watch,] I will bring [calamity] upon them, [that] they shall not be able to escape. And [although] they shall cry [out] to Me, I won't [pay attention] to them.

Then, the cities of Judah & the inhabitants of Jerusalem shall go & cry [out] to the gods, to whom they offer incense: but they shall not save them at all, in their time of trouble.

For O Judah, your gods were according to the number of your cities. And you have [put] up altars to that shameful thing, even altars to burn incense to Baal, according to the number of the streets of Jerusalem.]

The Lord says [this;] For 3 [sins] of Israel, & for 4, I won't [withdraw] the punishment [of it;] because they: sold the righteous for silver, & the poor for a pair of shoes & [those, who] [lusted] after the dust of the earth, on the head of the poor, & [led astray] the [path] of the [humble.]

And a man & his father [are intimate with] the same [maiden] to [defile] My Holy Name. [Amos 5:11-12 Therefore, [since you trample] upon the poor, & you take [away] from him burdens, [a.k.a. loads] of wheat: you have built houses of [cut] stone, but you shall not [live] in them.

You have planted [nice] vineyards, but you shall not drink the wine of them. For I know your [many] transgressions & your mighty sins. They afflict the just, they take a bribe, & they turn [away] the poor in the gate, from their [rights.]

And they, themselves lay down upon clothes [put up for collateral for a] pledge by every altar, & they drink the wine of the condemned, in the house of their god.

[1 Corinthians 10:28 But if any man [says] to you, This is offered in sacrifice to idols, [don't] eat [it,] for his sake, [who told you] it, & for [your] [conscience's] sake. For the earth & the fulness [of it] is the Lord's.]

[Still,] I destroyed the Amorite, [in front of] them, whose height was like the height of cedars, & he was strong [like] the oaks. [Still,] I destroyed his fruit from above & his roots from [below.] [Isaiah 5:22-24 Woe to [those, who] are mighty to drink wine, & [strong] men, [who mix] strong [drinks.]

[Who] justify the wicked for reward, [a.k.a. bribes,] & take away the [rights] from the righteous! Therefore, [like] the fire devours the stubble, & the flame consumes the [debris, also] their root shall be [like rot,] & their blossom shall go up [like] dust: because they have cast away the Law of the Lord of Hosts, & despised the Word of the Holy One of Israel.]

Also, I brought you up from the land of Egypt, & led you 40 years through the wilderness, to possess the land of the Amorite. [Deuteronomy 2:7 For the Lord your God has blessed you in all the works of your hand. He knows your walking through this [large] wilderness. The Lord your God has been with you, & you lacked nothing these 40 years.]

And I raised up your sons, for prophets, & your young men, for Nazarites. The Lord says, Isn't it even [like this,] O you children [people] of Israel? But you gave the Nazarites wine to drink; & commanded the prophets, saying, Don't prophesy.

[Look,] I Am pressed [down] under the [weight] of you, [like] a cart is pressed [down] that is full of sheaves [of wheat.] Therefore, the flight shall perish from the swift, & the strong shall not strengthen his [forcefulness,] neither shall the mighty deliver himself.

[Jeremiah 46:6 [Don't] let the swift flee away, nor the mighty man escape. They shall stumble, & fall toward the North by the Euphrates River.]

Neither shall he stand, [who handles] the bow. And he, [who] is [fast footed,] shall not deliver himself. Neither shall he, [who] rides the horse, deliver himself. And he, [who] is courageous among the mighty, shall flee away, naked [on] that day, says the Lord.

[Matthew 24:15-18 Therefore, when you shall see the abomination of desolation, [standing] in the Holy Place, spoken of by Daniel, the prophet, (whoever reads [this,] let him understand:)

Then, let [those, who are] in Judaea, [a.k.a. Judea,] flee into the mountains. Let him, [who] is on the housetop, not come down to take anything out of his house. Neither let him, who is in the field, return back to take his clothes.]
