About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible:

About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Hebrews 7:1-28 About Melchisedec, King of Salem

About Melchisedec, King of Salem

Hebrews 7:1-28    Paul's Epistle to the Hebrews [in Smaller Chunks]

This king of Salem, Melchisedec, [a.k.a. Melchizedek] [was the] priest of the Most High God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, & blessed him. [Genesis 14:18-19 And Melchizedek, [a.k.a. Melchisedec, Salem's] king, brought [out] bread & wine. And he was the priest of the Most High God. And [Melchizedek] blessed [Abram, a.k.a. Abraham,] & said, Blessed be Abram of the Most High God, possessor of heaven & earth.]

To [Melchisedec,] whom Abraham also gave 1/10th part of all, [a.k.a. plunder taken.] First, by interpretation, [his other names] being: King of Righteousness, & after that, also King of Salem, which is, King of Peace. [Melchisedec was] without [a:] father; mother; & [descendant.] [Melchisedec didn't] [have] a beginning of days, nor end of life. But [he was] made [similar] to the Son of God, & [abides, a.k.a. remains,] a priest continually.

Now, consider how great this man was, to whom even the patriarch, [a.k.a. the leader of the family,] Abraham, gave [him] 1/10 of the [plunder.] And [truly those who] are [from] the sons of Levi, who receive the office of priesthood, have a [command, a.k.a. order,] to take tithes, [a.k.a. 10%, from] the people, that is, [from] their brethren, according to the Law [of Moses.]

[Although,] they [came from] the loins of Abraham, [a.k.a. were Abraham's descendants.] [Numbers 18:25-26 And the Lord [spoke] to Moses, saying, Speak [this] to the Levites, & say to them, When you take the tithes [from] the children, [a.k.a. people,] of Israel, which I have given you, [a.k.a. priests,] for your inheritance from them, then you shall offer up [a] heave offering of it, for the Lord, even a 10% [portion] of the tithe [you received.]

But he, [a.k.a. Melchisedec,] whose [lineage] isn't [considered] from [those] [who] received tithes [from] Abraham, & blessed him, [who] had [been given] the promises [from the Lord God.] [Genesis 14:18-20 And Melchizedek, [a.k.a. Melchisedec, Salem's] king, brought [out] bread & wine. And he was the priest of the Most High God. And [Melchizedek] blessed [Abram, a.k.a. Abraham,] & said, Blessed be Abram of the Most High God, possessor of heaven & earth. And blessed be the Most High God, [Who has] delivered your enemies into your hand. And [Abraham] gave [Melchizedek] tithes of all [the plunder taken.]

And without all contradiction, the [person with the] less [status, a.k.a. Abraham,] is blessed [by] the better. And here, [a.k.a. on earth,] men, [who] die receive [the] tithes; but there, [a.k.a. in heaven,] he, [a.k.a. Melchisedec, receives] them, [from] [the Lord God,] [Who] [has] witnessed that [Melchisedec lives.]

And as I may [additionally] say, Levi, who [received] tithes, also [paid] tithes [since he was] [within Abraham's] [lineage.] For [Levi] was yet [to be born & was within] his [father's] loins, when Melchisedec met him.

Therefore, if perfection were by, [a.k.a. according to,] the Levitical priesthood, (for the people received the Law under it,) what further need was there, that another priest should rise, [according to] the order of Melchisedec, & not be called, [according to] the order of Aaron? For [when] the priesthood [was] changed, [it was] [necessary] [to] also change the Law.

For he, [a.k.a. Melchisedec,] of whom these things are spoken, [pertains, a.k.a. refers,] to another tribe, of which, no man [from Melchisedec's lineage,] [served] at the altar. *For it is evident, that our Lord [was born from the lineage of the tribe] of [Judah,] [the] tribe of which Moses [didn't speak] [anything related to the] priesthood.

And [still] it is far more evident: that [according to the likeness] of Melchisedec, there [arose] another priest, [Jesus Christ,] Who [wasn't] made, [according to] the Law of a carnal, [a.k.a. worldly,] commandment, [from the Law of Moses,] but [according to] the power of [God the Father, Who has] endless, [a.k.a. Eternal,] Life.

*For the [Lord God testifies,] You [are] a Priest forever, [according to] the order of Melchisedec. [Psalm 110:4 *The Lord has sworn, & won't [withdraw] [it,] You [are] a Priest forever, after, [a.k.a. according to,] the order of Melchizedek.]

For [truly,] there is a [nullifying] of the commandment, [from then on, because] [of] [its] weakness, & [not being beneficial.] [Romans 7:7 Then, what shall we say? Is the Law sinful? God forbid. [No,] I [wouldn't] [have] known [about] sin, [except] for the Law. For I hadn't known lust, except [that] the Law had said, You [shall] not covet, a.k.a. be envious.]

For the Law [didn't] [make anything] perfect, but bringing [about] a better hope did. [Titus 3:7 [So] that, [by] being justified by His grace, we should be made heirs, according to the hope of Eternal Life.]

By [this hope,] we draw [close] to God. And he, [a.k.a. Melchisedec,] was made [a] priest without [taking] an oath. (For those, were made priests, without an oath [from the Lord God,] but with this, an oath [was made] by [the Lord God, Who] said to [Jesus Christ,] The Lord [God] [swore] & won't [withdraw] [it,] You [are] a Priest forever, [according to] the order of Melchisedec.) By [this oath,] Jesus was made a [much more significant] testament, [a.k.a. Covenant.]

And [there] truly were many priests, because they were not [allowed] to continue [being a priest,] [because] of death. But this Man continues [forever,] because He [has] an [Eternal] Priesthood, [that can't] [be changed.]

For this reason Jesus Christ,] is also able to save [those,] to the [fullest] [extent,] [who] come to God [through] Him. [Since, Jesus Christ lives forever,] to make intercession, [a.k.a. makes requests on their behalf,] for them..

For [Jesus Christ] became [for] us, such [a] High Priest, Who is: Holy; [Innocent;] Undefiled; [set apart] from sinners; & [was] made higher than the heavens. [Philippians 2:8-11 And being found in the [image, like] a man, He humbled Himself, & became obedient [until] death, even the death [on] the cross. *[For this reason,] God [has] also highly exalted Him, & [has] given Him a Name, which is above every name. [So] that, every knee of things in heaven, & things: [on] earth, & under the earth, should bow at the Name of Jesus. *And [so] that, every [mouth] should confess to the glory of God the Father, that Jesus Christ is Lord.]

[Jesus Christ,] Who [doesn't] need to offer up daily [sacrifices like] those high priests [did,] 1st for his own sins, & then for the people's [sins.] For [Jesus Christ] did this once, when He offered up Himself. [Matthew 20:28 *Even [like] the Son of Man [didn't come] to be ministered to, but to minister, & to give His Life [as] a Ransom for many.]

For the Law [of Moses,] [makes] men high priests, [who] have [weaknesses.] But the [Words] of the oath, [sworn by God,] was [after] the Law, & [makes] the Son, Who is consecrated, [High Priest] [forever more.]
