About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Enduring Mistreatment Like Christ Did for Us

1 Peter 2:1-25   The 1st Epistle of Peter [in Smaller Chunks]

[For this reason, lay] aside all: malice, [a.k.a. desire to harm others;] guile, [a.k.a. deceit; hypocrisy, a.k.a. saying one thing & doing another; envy;] & all evil [conversations.] [Mark 7:6-7 [Jesus] answered & said to them, [Isaiah has] prophesied well [about] you hypocrites. [Like] it is written [in the Scriptures,] This people [honor] Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. [However,] they worship Me in vain, teaching the commandments of men, for doctrines.]

[Instead,] desire the sincere, [a.k.a. pure,] milk of the Word [of God,] [like] newborn babes, [so] that [through it,] you may grow. [1 Corinthians 3:2-3 I have fed you with milk, & not with meat. For [until now,] you weren't able to bear it, & neither are you able now. For you are [still] carnal, [a.k.a. focused on worldly desires, since] there is [envy;] strife, & divisions among you. Aren't you [worldly,] & walk, [a.k.a. follow,] like men?]

If [it's] so, [that you have tasted, [a.k.a. experienced,] the Word of God,] you have tasted that the Lord is gracious. [1 Timothy 2:1-6 Therefore, I [urge,] that first of all, [requests;] prayers; intercessions; & giving thanks, be made for all: men; kings; & all in authority, [so] we may lead a quiet & [peaceful] life, in all godliness & honesty. For this is good & [appropriate] in the sight of God our [Savior, Who [desires to] have all men to be saved, & to come [into] the knowledge of the Truth. For there is One God, & One Mediator between God & men. [Born as a] man, Christ Jesus; Who gave Himself, [as] a Ransom for all, to be testified, in due time.]

*To Whom [we come,] [like] [coming] [to] a Living Stone, indeed [rejected by] men, but chosen [by] God, & precious. [Psalm 118:22-23 *The Stone which the builders refused [has] become the head Stone of the corner. This is  the Lord's doing; & it is [marvelous] in our eyes.]

[Like] a [Living] Stone, you are also built up [as:] a spiritual [household; & a] Holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God, [through] Jesus Christ.

*[For this reason,] it's also contained, [a.k.a. within,] the Scripture, [Watch,] I lay in Sion, [a.k.a. Zion,] a chief Corner Stone, elect, [a.k.a. chosen,] & precious. And he, [who believes in] Him, shall not be [ridiculed.] [Isaiah 28:16 *Therefore, the Lord God [says this, Watch,] I lay in Zion for a foundation, a Stone, a tried, [a.k.a. tested,] Stone, a precious corner Stone, a sure, [a.k.a. secure,] foundation: & he, [who believes] [that precious corner Stone, a.k.a. Jesus Christ,] shall not make haste, [a.k.a. shall not come soon.]

*Therefore, He is precious to you, [who] believe. But to [those, who are] disobedient, the Stone that the builders [rejected,] the same is made the Head of the corner, & a Stone [causing] stumbling. [Isaiah 8:14-15 *And He shall be for a Sanctuary, [a.k.a. a Sacred, Holy Place,] but [also] for a Stone [causing] stumbling, & a Rock [causing] offence to both the houses of Israel for a [trap] & a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. And many among them shall stumble; fall; be broken; snared; & be taken.]

And a Rock [causing] offence, even to [those, who] being disobedient, stumble at the Word [of God,] [which] they were also appointed [to teach.] *But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, [a] holy nation, & a [special] people, [so] that you should [declare] the praise of Him, Who [has] called you out of darkness, & into His [marvelous] Light. [Psalm 36:9 *For with You, is the Fountain of Life. In Your Light, we shall see Light.]

[Those,] [who] in [previous times,] weren't a people, but are now the people of God, [who] hadn't obtained mercy, but now have obtained, [a.k.a. received,] mercy. [Acts 13:46-49 Then, Paul & Barnabas [grew] bold, & said, It was necessary that the Word of God should 1st have been spoken to you, [a.k.a. Jews.] But [since] you put it from you, & judge yourselves unworthy of Everlasting Life, [look,] we turn to the Gentiles. For the Lord [has] commanded us so, saying, I have [put] you to be a Light [for] the Gentiles, [so] that you [should] be for Salvation unto the ends of the earth. And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, & glorified the Word of the Lord. And as many believed, were ordained, [a.k.a. appointed,] to Eternal Life. And the Word of the Lord was [declared] throughout all the region.]

Dearly beloved, I [urge] you [like] strangers & pilgrims, [a.k.a. wanderers,] abstain from [worldly] lusts [of the] flesh, which war, [a.k.a. struggle,] against the soul. [Have] honest [conversations] among the Gentiles, [since] they speak against you [like those, who do evil.] [Titus 2:8 [Be of] sound, [a.k.a. balanced,] speech, that can't be condemned. [So] that [those, who are] contrary, may be ashamed & [have nothing] evil to say [about] you.]

[So] they may [through] your good works, [a.k.a. deeds, that] they shall [see,] [you doing, & also] glorify God [on] the day of [His] visitation. [2 Corinthians 9:7-8 So, let every man give according, [like] he [plans within] his heart; not [begrudgingly,] or of necessity. For God [loves] a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you. [So] that, you always [have] all [that is] [sufficient] [of] all things, & [you] may [continue to] abound to [do] every good work, [a.k.a. good deeds.]

Submit, [a.k.a. yield,] yourselves to every ordinance, [a.k.a. rule, by] man for the Lord's sake. Whether [it's] to the king, as supreme [authority,] or to governors, [like] to [those, who] are sent by [the king] for the punishment of evil doers, & for the praise of [those, who] do well. For [this] is the will of God, that with doing [good,] you may silence the ignorance of foolish men.

[Like] free [people,] & not using your liberty, [a.k.a. freedom,] for a [disguise for malicious] [actions,] but [instead, use your freedom & be] [like] the servants of God.

[Honor, a.k.a. show respect to,] all men, & love the brotherhood, [a.k.a. fellow-believers.] Fear, [a.k.a. respect,] God, & [honor, a.k.a. show respect to,] the king.

Servants, be subject, [a.k.a. yield,] to your masters with all fear, [a.k.a. respect.] Not only to the good & gentle [masters,] but also to the [harsh.] For this is [worthy of thanks,] if a [man's] conscience [endures] grief, & wrongfully [suffers, for] God, [which is commendable.] [Matthew 5:10-12 Blessed are [those, who] are persecuted for [the] sake [of] [righteousness:] for theirs is the Kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you, when men shall [ridicule] you; persecute you; & shall say all [types] of evil falsely against you, for My sake. Rejoice, & be [exceedingly] glad. For great is your reward in heaven. For they persecuted the prophets, [who] were before you, [like this.]

For what glory is it, if, when you [are] buffeted, [a.k.a. struck,] for your faults, & you take it patiently? But, if when you do well, [& are wrongfully punished,] & suffer for it, [it] is acceptable with God, [that] you take it patiently. [Luke 6:32-36 For if you love [those, who] love you, what [thanks] [do] you have? For sinners also love those, [who] love them. And if you do good to [those, who] do good to you, what [thanks] [do] you have? For even sinners do also the same. And if you lent to [those from] whom you hope to receive [something in return,] what thanks] [do] you have? For sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much, again. But love your enemies; do good; & lend, hoping for nothing [in return.] And your reward shall be great, & you shall be the children, [a.k.a. people,] of the Highest. For He is kind to the unthankful & to the evil. Therefore, you be merciful, [like] your Father is also merciful.]

For even [until now,] you were called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, [so] that you should follow [in] His steps. [Romans 8:16-18 The [Holy] Spirit [bears witness, a.k.a. testifies,] with our spirit, [through Jesus Christ,] that we are the children of God. And if [we are His] children, then [we are] joint-heirs with Christ, if [it's] so, that we [also] suffer with Him, [so] we may also be glorified together. For I [realize] that the sufferings [now,] aren't worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed to us [in heaven.]

[*Christ,] Who [didn't] sin, & neither was there any [deceit] found in His mouth. [Isaiah 53:9 *And He made His grave with the wicked, & because He had done no violence, & neither was any deceit in His mouth, [& He was] with the rich in His death.]

*Who when He was [insulted, didn't insult in return.] When He suffered, He [didn't threaten;] but committed Himself to [God, Who Judges] righteously. [Isaiah 53:7 *He was oppressed, & He was afflicted, & [still] He [didn't open] His mouth. He is brought [like] a lamb to the slaughter, & [like] a sheep is [mute] before [its] shearers, so He [didn't open] His mouth.]

*Who His Own Self [bore] our sins in His Own Body, on the [cross made from a] tree, by Whose stripes, [a.k.a. whip marks, we are healed. [Isaiah 53:4-5  *Surely, He [has] borne our griefs, & carried our sorrows. [Still,] we [didn't respect] Him, [suffering; struck;] & afflicted [by] God. *But He was wounded for our [sins,] & He bruised for our iniquities. The [discipline for] our peace was upon Him; & with His stripes we are healed.]

[So] that we, being dead [because of our] sins, should live unto righteousness. *For you were [like] sheep going astray. [Isaiah 53:6 *All we, like sheep, have gone astray. We have, everyone, turned to his own [ways.] And the Lord [has] laid on Him, the [sin] of us all.]

But now [you] are returned to the Shepherd & Bishop, [a.k.a. Overseer,] of your souls. [John 10:11 I Am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd [gives] His Life for the sheep.]
